Let's talk about the power of touch. I'm writing a little ebook about how to improve your sex life and came across an exercise that was created by Esther Perel in a series that she did called Rekindling Desire. And this one is about a little game that you can play with your partner around the power of touch. And she encourages you to put your palm open and then to trace your fingers up your partner's arm to their elbow using a circular motion, and then back down again and up again in a circular motion, using all different types of touch, whether it's shallow and fast or hard and slow, using your fingertips, using one finger, using two fingers, whatever. Just vary it up and then swap over and do it to your partner. You might even want to blindfold them and do it that way just to really, really encourage them to feel those fingertips going up their arm. Why do we do this? Because it's about building connection. It's about creating that level of intimacy without necessarily going towards sexual penetration. It's about looking at all the different ways that we can be intimate with our partner that encourage and build that connection without necessarily going to the main act, as some people see it. I think it's a really great technique, and I encourage you to give it a go.
