Are you one of those people that have, as you age, started to feel uncomfortable about the way you look? Maybe you're looking down at a stomach that you didn't have when you were younger. Maybe you've got scars. Maybe you've got a bit of cellulite, some flaps, some wrinkles, whatever. And for me, one of the best ways to just get over all of that is to come here to France, to this naturist village that I'm staying in for 5 days where basically everything is on display and you realize that even the people that with their clothes on look outstandingly attractive, once they take them off, have got bits of cellulite, stuff that, you know, might have a scar, might have this, might have that. Nobody is perfect. And for me, the ability to wander around this place with no clothes on just makes me feel, especially when I get home, that yeah, you know what, this is my body. It's my body. There's other people in their bodies, and people are of all shapes and sizes, and everybody just accepts that. And for me, that's one way of gaining confidence in my own body, is just seeing other people around in their bodies doing their thing, feeling confident no matter what their shape, what their age, what their size. And yep, might seem like trial by fire, but it definitely works for me.
