How to Turn On an Older Woman

Older women experience responsive arousal, meaning they need context and emotional buildup rather than spontaneous desire. Start with flirty texts, extended foreplay like massage and slow kisses, confidence-boosting lingerie, and a relaxed environment. Scheduling intimate time in the afternoon and investing effort benefits both partners.

Men love a little bit of flesh. They love a woman that's confident, that feels great about her body. And what makes you feel great about your body? For me, it's about putting on things that just make me feel sexy. Let's talk about how to turn on an older woman. It is one of the most popular topics that I ever talk about, and I will not stop stop talking about it, because if more men knew how to turn on more women, more women would want to have sex with them. And I think that would be a good thing for everybody all around. But of course, the thing is, as we get older, our bodies change and stuff happens that we really can't ignore. And when it comes to older women, one of the main things to understand about the difference between an older woman and a younger woman is that older women have what's called responsive arousal, and younger women have what's called spontaneous arousal. With responsive arousal, which is what we're concerned about, sex happens as a result of context. When we were younger, we could just spot somebody across the room, or we'd be having a flirty conversation, all of those juices would be getting started, and we'd start to feel really horny, and it would all be very exciting. And when we're older, it It's going to take a little bit more than that. Now, at this point, I suspect a lot of guys will just be saying, "Screw that. Do you know what? I can't be bothered." But if you can be bothered and if you want to actually invest some time in knowing how to please your partner and get your own rocks off in the meantime, then you should carry on listening because here's the thing about responsive arousal. Responsive arousal means it's good. Going to take a little bit more time and effort to get aroused. Now, that doesn't necessarily start in the bedroom. For me, and I suspect for lots of other women, it can start just by sending a series of flirty texts, just thinking about what you might enjoy doing with your partner later on that evening and spelling it out for them to get them excited. Excited, in the mood. That's going to get their brain whirring away and thinking, yeah, I am totally up for this. Some women love sexy texting, some women don't, so check in with your partner first to see if it's something that they enjoy. I know for me that when someone sends me a message and tells me about how much they desire and want me and gives me an indication of all the fun things we're gonna do together, I am already getting excited way before I get to the bedroom. The second thing is physical touch. So physical touch does matter. Guys can often get their rocks off in like 7 minutes. For women, it takes 20 minutes just to get us warmed up. So that means lots of foreplay, massage, kissing, hugging, just sensual touch. Now, lots of women don't like it hard and fast. They like it nice and slow. They might like really light touching, just fingers trailing along their body, a hug that lasts a little bit too long, a lingering kiss, a nice massage. All of these things can make a woman feel more inclined to have sex with you. Like I said, lots and lots of foreplay. And I even hate the word foreplay because foreplay to me can be the main play. But it's about, again, getting in the mood, lighting some candles, sexy lingerie if you're a woman that wants to to know and feel just more desired. If you're feeling a little bit uncomfortable about your body, a lovely silky robe can make all the difference in covering up those bits of ourselves that maybe we're like, eh, I don't think he really needs to see that. Ladies, believe me, when you're in the mood, when you're in the motion, when you're in the flow, he's not thinking about those little bits of cellulite on your legs. He's thinking about lots of other things that just feel better and just doesn't care about that. So let's get over all these little bits of ourselves that we just think, "Eh, eh, why would anybody like that?" Men love a little bit of flesh. They love a woman that's confident, that feels great about her body. And what makes you feel great about your body? For me, it's about putting on things that just make me feel sexy. Even just inexpensive lingerie from the high street shops, can just make all the difference from me feeling, uh, I don't really care whether I have sex tonight, to no, I am totally, totally up for it. I have got a crazy pair of shoes, these ones, that I wear sometimes, and I don't walk around with them, but I do love wearing them in the bedroom, and they just look great. So, you know, some fun shoes can do it. Some sexy, sexy playing around costumes. This is a, this is a cheap nurse's uniform that I've got. It's kind of fun, but anything that just makes you feel like, yeah, you're more inclined to have sex. So for me, it's about setting the mood, getting ready, being prepared, all of that stuff, putting it in the diary, scheduling it so that you can just get excited about what's going to happen days, hours before, and you can get yourself ready, take a shower, shave your legs if that's what you to do, ladies, put on some sexy lingerie. Guys, go out and buy her some sexy stuff. But you know what, it's all about setting the mood, setting the tone, making her feel desirable, taking as long as you want. If you're as old as I am and your kids have left home, I've got all afternoon. I am not gonna do it in the evening because I'm too tired. So just do it in the afternoon and you'll find that you've got loads more energy. Forget about the washing, forget about stuff in the dishwasher. None of that stuff matters when you are having a good time in bed. Then everything else just disappears. But the fact of the matter is, you gotta want it, you gotta make the time for it, you gotta get her in the mood, get her feeling juicy and desired and beautiful, and boy, you guys and you girls are gonna have such a good time.
