Let's talk about lube. Why shouldn't we talk about lube? Because lots of older women need lube just to help things, you know, feel better. Nothing to be ashamed of. Unfortunately though, a lot of lube that's on the market really is not very good for you. Check out anything that's got glycerin, avoid that. Plenty of good stuff, but this stuff is really super interesting. It's actually plant-based lube. As you can see, it's super tiny. It's called Intimate. Intimate, it's made in Nigeria of all places, and it's the most unusual lube I've ever seen, and it works. You basically take a little bit of it, it comes in very small amount, very small amount. You just add a little bit of spit or water, it goes, starts dissolving, goes all slippery and becomes a lube. You can use it inside yourself, you can use it on your partner, It's incredibly compact, very unusual, completely plant-based, and yeah, I think it's really interesting. I'm going to put the link in my bio. Check it out. Intimé, made in Nigeria. A very nice lube.
