I want to talk about something I really haven't spoken about before, which is that I've had two long-term partners that both unfortunately ended up dying. One was back in 2004. He turned out to be an alcoholic. I didn't know that at the beginning, and he had liver cancer. And the other one was just a couple of years ago, and he ended up having late-stage bowel cancer, and he also died relatively quickly. It's one of the reasons why I'm very, very focused on my own health and why I am very, very focused on being with people who also take their health very seriously. I notice one of the big challenges as I get into my 60s is that I meet a lot of people who are overweight, who don't eat properly, and who basically don't look after themselves. And I shy away from those people because of my past experience. And I know that, you know, we're not all going to live forever, and hopefully we're all going to live to a nice ripe old age. And the only way we can do that really is by looking after our body and by looking after our mind. And if we don't do that, then shit happens, as I know only too well.
