Older adults wrote in to say they're still having sex multiple times a week, countering the myth that sex stops after 60. If you're not, the issue is usually poor communication with your partner, not your body. Sex therapy and non-penetrative intimacy can help rebuild connection.

Thank you so much to everybody who left comments about their amazing sex lives. I asked the question if you were still having great sex over 60, and so many of you responded positively, which was so encouraging. Because you know what? I get so many reports and surveys that suggest that people over 60 just aren't doing it, or it's painful, or there's erectile dysfunction. And yeah, we know all of that stuff goes on, but there are still people out there who who are doing it, enjoying it with their partner 3, 4 times a week, well done guys. I get it maybe once. And yeah, and for those of you who said, "What is that?" Meaning you're not having sex, you know, often that might be a result of just the fact that we don't have the skills to be able to communicate what we want with our partner. Because I hear a lot from people who say that they're incredibly dissatisfied with the fact that they're not having any sex in their relationship. And if they're not, I often wonder what they've done to address that. Have they gone and seen a sex therapist? Have they spoken with their partner about it? Have they articulated how frustrated they feel? Have they tried to do things that were non-sexual to just get into a space where people just feel comfortable again, just touching each other? And because I think that sometimes we just associate sex with just penetration when we know that the menu is so much more extensive than that. But anyway, I just want to say thanks everybody who answered my video and who responded because it really cheered me up.
