Did you know that stress is the number one libido killer? When you're stressed, your body produces a hormone called cortisol, and cortisol can have an impact on your libido, reducing it and making you just not desire sex. And I know at the moment I'm juggling far too much, and I'm feeling pretty stressed out actually, and I'm just not feeling very sexy or wanting to have sex or even thinking about sex. I'm considering all the other stuff going going on in my life and wondering how the hell am I going to get through any of that before the holiday season kicks in, or has it already kicked in? Who knows? Anyway, if you're one of those people who are also under a lot of stress, you might wonder and consider whether this cortisol is the reason, and if so, consider what you can do about it to make yourself feel perhaps less stressed and a bit more sexy.
