Hi, I'm Suzanne Noble, and welcome to Sex Advice for Seniors. I'm glad to have you here. Bit of background about me: I'm not a professional sex therapist, although I do a weekly podcast with my co-host Zoe Kors, who is a professional sex therapist, and we've talked about all sorts of things over the past weeks and months that we've been working together. So do subscribe to that if you're interested. What I am is a woman in her 60s who just really like sex, and I've had quite a lot of experience in that area. I spent a considerable period of time as a swinger, and I learned a huge amount, which I like to share with others. But if you're looking for professional advice, then obviously seek out professional help. Otherwise, I put some links in my TikTok shop to books that I think are fantastic by my favorite authors about sex and relationships, and you should check them out if you're want to have— go and have a look. Um, what else do I do? Aside from this, which is a very small part of my day, I run a course called Startup School for Seniors where I help people over 50 start businesses, and I sing jazz and blues professionally in London where I live. I started this channel really as a bit of fun and being encouraged by my sons, believe it or not, who thought that lots of people might want to listen to a woman with funny colored hair, um, talk about sex who's in her 60s and they turned out to be right.
