It is a solo advice/talk in which the speaker gives five practical tips to revive a stalled long-term couple's sex life: longer hugs to boost oxytocin, sexting, leaving flirtatious Post-it notes, switching who takes the lead in initiating sex, and surprising your partner (gifts or weekend breaks). The speaker also mentions non-penetrative sexual activities (mutual masturbation, oral sex, massage) and notes that health issues can impact sexual activity.

You've been in a long-term relationship for a while, your sex life has stalled, and you're probably wondering, what the hell can I do about it? I've been there, I know where you are. Sometimes there's nothing you can do about it, you've just both reached that place and it's just dead. Or maybe one of you has a health issue which is impacting on you having sex, although as I've said before, penetrative sex is just one way to have sex. There's loads of other ways too— mutual masturbation, oral sex, massage, all sorts of ways to improve intimacy. But here's my top 5 for just trying to perk things up if your sex life has gone a bit dead. One is more hugs. Hugs, longer hugs. Hugs stimulate oxytocin, which is the love hormone, and they just make you feel closer to the other person. And frankly, when somebody gives me a nice long hug, I start to feel sexy. Number 2 is sexting. Sexting's not just for young people. All of us have at one time or another sexted somebody that we want to have sex with. And whether it's just sending them a naughty message about something you're fantasizing about or an explicit image, making sure that nobody else has access to their phone, then sexting can be a really fun and flirty way of getting things started. 3 is just leaving nice little Post-it notes around. Bit similar to sexting, but a bit more you know, on paper, just leaving Post-it notes around with lovely little messages where you know that your partner might find them, on a pillow, bathroom cabinet, places like that. Number 4, taking the lead. I always think that sometimes we get into this predictability in our relationships where one person is always the one taking the lead, and it can really damage your self-esteem if it's always you. I know I was in a relationship where I always took the lead, and after a while I stopped having sex because I didn't want to take the lead anymore. So do something like take the lead if you're not that person to take the lead. And finally, number 5 is surprises. Who doesn't love surprises? Anything you do that's unexpected, unpredictable is always lovely. A booking a weekend break, um, surprising somebody with a little gift— if it's a woman, flowers, or a man— and anything that you can do to surprise your partner and just show them that you care.
