Let's talk about masturbation. Why not? I think, you know, men do it and everybody knows about that, but for women it's always been a bit taboo to talk about masturbation. I know growing up I wasn't told anything about it and I just discovered my intimate area and all the pleasure down there by the wonders of a shower hose, a detachable shower hose. But as an older woman, especially if you don't have a partner and you want to keep that area healthy, active, juicy, then solo pleasure is actually a really important aspect of your life. And we shouldn't be ashamed of it. We shouldn't believe that it's something that we aren't or shouldn't do. I think we need to talk about it and we need to say it's okay. It feels wonderful. And yeah, why not? Love yourself.
