One person's take on sex and sound: they need quiet or barely-there spa music, because lyrics pull focus. Energetic songs are too distracting. What works for you?

Music on or off while having sex, making love, whatever you want to call it. For me, it's definitely quiet time. I can just about cope with a spa playlist on Spotify, but anything more energetic than that and I'm completely distracted, especially if there's like people talking outside my door or lyrics in a song. I just end up focused on the lyrics and hearing the words to the song in my head, and I can't concentrate on anything else. But I know that we're all very different. Quiet time, or do you have a favorite song?
