Suzanne Noble. Let's talk about exercise. I know, that word that we all hate, or many of us hate anyway. But at some point in your life, especially when you get to your 50s or 60s, exercise becomes pretty necessary. And if you want to have an active sex life and not fall over, then getting regular exercise is probably a good idea. Now you're probably wondering what kind of exercise to do, and there are many people that argue about this. But from what I know and what I've read and what I do is that strength training, especially for women, is the thing. Being able to keep your bones healthy and just be active, and it gives you cardiovascular exercise as well. And what I like about it the best is that it's quick. So you don't have to run for hours, you don't have to walk for miles, you just do 30 minutes a day and you feel really good and you get fit and you can have more sex.
