I want to talk about herpes because I think it's one of those things that so many people carry around and are ashamed about. And cold sores are one type of herpes, and blisters and things going on downstairs is another type of herpes. It's really easy to pass on to another person if you've got an outbreak, and that's why it's so common. Apparently, 50 to 80% of all Americans have some form of herpes, so it's not something we really should be ashamed about because it's likely that whoever we meet may have herpes themselves. But of course, if you've got an outbreak, then the one thing you don't want to do is kiss somebody else if you got a cold sore, and you don't want to have sex of any type downstairs if it's going on down there. I just think that you don't necessarily need to tell somebody if it's not if you haven't got an outbreak, because let's face it, you can go decades without having any outbreak. But of course, if you are having an outbreak, then it is sensible to tell your partner that you won't be able to have sex with them and why.
