You've seen or heard of the trend "shallowing." I hadn't until I picked up an article by Forbes. What is shallowing? Shallowing is a sexual act whereby a finger, a vibrator, or an aubergine focuses on the entrance to the vagina, just about the first inch in, and that's because we've got loads of sensitive nerve endings that are just at the entrance. So if you just focus on that first inch rather than trying to go in deep, you will drive your lady crazy. She will love that. I know I do. But yeah, it's called shallowing. It's a thing, apparently. It's a bit of a social media trend on TikTok or wherever, Facebook Reels, whatever. Anyway, it's just that first inch Just focusing there where we've got loads of sensitive nerve endings. Ladies love it. Men, you're, you're gonna love it too. It feels really nice for both of you. Just don't go in much deeper than that. Just concentrate on that opening. Drive your lady crazy. By the way, I'm Suzanne Noble Noble. I am not a sex therapist. I do consider myself somewhat of a sex educator. I'm a podcaster. I've written an erotic memoir or two, and I'd love if you would like, follow, comment, tell me that I'm awesome. That would be really great. Thanks for watching.
