Slow sex or a quickie?

In your 60s, slower sex works better. Orgasms take longer and happen less often, so rushing doesn't help. Take your time on weekends or holidays when you're relaxed, and you'll actually enjoy it more.

Slow sex or quick? We think slow is the only way to go because when you're older, everything takes a lot longer. And whilst it's not always necessary to have an orgasm, it's nice to have one from time to time. And generally it's going to take longer, and we know that it's probably only going to happen once. So slow, slow it down, just take your time. I don't think that there should be any rush. Quickies were great when we were young, and I loved a quickie when I was in my 20s, but now that I'm in my 60s, although they sometimes happen, it's rare. And I suspect, like many of you, it can just take a lot longer. So I think there's nothing wrong with going slow. Slow can be really nice, especially if it's the weekend or the holiday season and you've got lots of time and you're not stressed out and you don't need to go to work. Just slow it down.
