Let's talk about unreliable erections and a few of the foods that you should avoid if you want to make sure your erections are more reliable. Number 1, pretty obvious, is fatty foods. Fatty foods can lead to your arteries getting clogged up, and when your arteries are clogged up, then the blood's not going to flow as efficiently to your nether regions, and therefore your erections may become a little less reliable. Number 2, alcohol. Alcohol reduces your sensitivity. I know it does for me as well, and when your sensitivity is reduced, you may again find the erections are not quite so reliable. Number 3 is soy. There are some reports that suggest that soy-rich foods decrease testosterone, and again, when your testosterone is decreased, then again, you may find your erections are less reliable. There's also some suggestion that eating lots of carbohydrates aren't good for your erections, and similarly sodium-rich diets, diets with lots of salt in them, potentially aren't great for your erections either. So what does that mean for your diet if you want to make sure that your erections are more reliable? I would say eat less fat. Go for lean meat, fish, lots of green vegetables, you know, basically all the healthy stuff. Avoid processed foods and potentially avoid soy-rich foods as well, and your dick will stand up straight as a pole.
