This Tool Might Change Everything" (published 2026-06-21). It features a single presenter (one-speaker monologue) giving step-by-step guidance on using a penis pump for erectile function and penile rehabilitation—covering prep (shaving, lubrication), operation (pumping, timing, air release), clinical uses (post-prostate surgery rehab, medication-resistant ED, possible help for Peyronie’s disease) and a caution to consult a doctor. The speaker also promotes subscribing and a newsletter at sexadviceforseniors.com, indicating a target audience of older adults/seniors seeking sexual-health advice.

Let's talk about how to use a penis pump. Yep, you heard me, a penis pump. What does a penis pump do? Well, it creates erections by drawing the blood into the penis using vacuum pressure, and they're super helpful when medication doesn't work or it's not suitable. They're also incredibly important for penile rehabilitation if you just had prostate surgery or radiation. We really should think of penis pumps as just being really great for overall penile health. So here's a penis pump, and this is one with a hand device. There's also electric versions that you can buy, but the first thing that you want to do is shave around the area where the pump is going to go. So you want to shave around the base of the penis and the pubic hair because that's going to make the pump grip grip a lot better. And then what you want to do is you want to lubricate around the ring and put the pump over your penis and start pumping. And that's going to create the vacuum pressure and also going to create your erection. And when you see that you've got a nice strong erection, you're going to just leave it there for about 2 minutes, and then you're going to release the air. This one has a device like this that releases the air and freeze the device so that it can be removed. You can do this a couple of times a day, and this is really going to help, as I said, for your rehabilitation after prostate surgery. And in some cases, it can also help if you've got Peyronie's disease, which which is a curvature of your penis. But what I would say is always consult your doctor before you use a pump.
