The Benefits Of Sleeping Apart - Sex Advise For Seniors

Ages ago, I did a video about the benefits of sleeping apart and having separate bedrooms, and I know that I am an incredibly light sleeper, so I'm really, really dreadful when it comes to sleeping with other people. I never get any sleep, and I usually wake up in the morning feeling completely and utterly exhausted and shattered. Well, I've come to Istanbul where I am at the moment, and I had a hotel room last night with somebody else whom I came with. But by the morning, I think we both realized that that was not going to work. He didn't get any sleep. I didn't get any sleep. And after he left at 6 o'clock in the morning to go off to a conference, I booked a room in another part of town, cheap, where I could just have my own bed and my own space, and we'll meet up for dinners and stuff like that. When he's available. But you know what, I mean, that's the thing about being an older person is if something doesn't work for us, then it just doesn't work, and we can make decisions about what we want to do about that. And for me, that's getting a cheap hotel room on my own.
