Penile Botox relaxes the muscle sheath around erectile tissue, letting it fill with blood more easily. Combined with Cialis or Viagra, it produces faster, fuller erections because the drugs increase blood flow while Botox removes the muscular resistance that blocks it.
So what penile Botox does, it actually relaxes the sheet of muscle that surrounds the corpus cavernosum.
