'Cause the old beliefs of you have to look a certain way, we were given that message and it's just not true. And when we can really do that reprogramming, which is my specialty, is to like really get to the core of like why do we feel so inadequate and then take back our power. It's not like I look in the mirror and go, ooh baby, baby. But I mean, I feel comfortable in my body and I feel beautiful in my body. And it's taken a journey to get here, but it doesn't have to end there for people and just, oh gosh, no one's gonna want me or love me, but we need to love ourselves first. We need to truly give to ourselves and then we can open and take our clothes off and we don't have to take our clothes off right away either. Ladies, you could go slowly. Go slowly.
