Peyronie's disease affects 1 in 10 men over 40, causing penile curvature from scar tissue. Surgery risks reducing size, and medications work inconsistently. The Rama vacuum pump uses progressively larger tubes to straighten the penis without surgery, and also helps with erectile dysfunction.

Let's talk about Peyronie's disease. What is that? I hear you ask. Well, Peyronie's disease is curvature of the penis. So instead of looking like this, it looks a bit like this. Obviously it's not clear and pink, but this is just my demonstration penis. It's caused when there is scar tissue under the skin which calcifies, and that's what creates the curve. Believe it or not, it impacts roughly 10% of all men over 40. So this is not a problem that is not significantly impacting a lot of men. A lot of men have Peyronie's disease. Maybe they don't even know it. Why is it a problem? Well, as you can imagine, the curve can make it difficult to have an erection. It can be painful, and it can be difficult to have sex with a partner. What can you do about it? Well, there are several things. The most extreme is surgery. Which unfortunately has been shown to sometimes decrease the length and girth of the penis. It's the most extreme example of what you need to do. Second thing is there are oral medications and injections that sometimes can be effective. Or if you want to go down the non-medical, non-surgical route, you can use a pump like this, the Rama from Medintim, with a special Peyronie's kit that you can buy as extra. What is it? It's actually a series of inner tubes of varying sizes, starting from small to medium to larger, which, as you see your penis start to straighten up, you start increasing the size of the inner tube. So the idea is that you start with the smallest one, you put your penis in, you start pumping like this, creating that vacuum, and over time in use, you will see your penis start to straighten out. Scientifically. This has been proven to work for a significant number of men, and the good thing is as well about this particular pump is that you can just use it for erectile dysfunction as well. It's a really nice German-made pump, easy to use, very easy to control as well the amount of vacuum pressure you create inside the tube. So I do highly recommend it. It's from The Urology Shop, and I will put the link in the comments below.
