Talk about those words, "I'm not sure that you love me anymore," or "I'm not sure that he loves me." There's so many different ways that people express their love, and it's not just through saying those 3 words, "I love you." You may have heard of something called love languages, and love languages are the way that we give and we receive love. And there are 5 different types of love languages that some of you may be very familiar with. One of them is gifts. So that's pretty clear. Just giving gifts, flowers, jewelry, just nice things. Second one is affirmation, telling somebody that you love them. Another love language is the gift of service. So that's just somebody— and I've had lots of boyfriends like this— that have done really just nice things for me around the house without being asked. And then there's a love language of physical contact, physical touch. Intimacy, all of that sort of stuff that tells the other person that they love them. And then finally, there's the gift of time, which is actually spending time with your loved one, devoting time to them when you're just exclusively focused on them and you're not looking at your phone, you're not watching television, you're actually just listening to them and spending quality time with them. But love can be expressed in all different ways. I'm curious, what is your love language?
