Let's talk about the top 3 ways you can sort out vaginal dryness, which impacts a lot of women, makes sex really painful, is caused by the changes in our hormones. So it's not necessarily a result of the fact that we're not turned on, it's just a natural function of aging for many of us. So number 1, the pharmaceutical solution is vaginal estrogen. That's what I use. Complete and utter game changer. Twice a week, sorts everything out. Number 2, the household solution is coconut oil, but it doesn't work with condoms. So if you are using condoms, you won't be able to use coconut oil. And 3, the organic solution that you're going to be able to pick up in your pharmacy is a lube by, say, Yes, or Ceteal is another good brand. Do check what's in your lube though, because glycerin isn't going to react very well with the all of the stuff that goes on down there and often can cause thrush. So my top 3 recommendations: pharmaceutical vaginal estrogen, household coconut oil, number 3, organic Ceteal or Yes lubricants. Find the links in my bio.
