Let's talk about what an older woman wants in bed. And I can only really speak to myself, but also I can speak, I think, for a lot of other older women, because when it comes to what we like in bed, a lot of us like the preparation, like getting started way before we get to the bedroom, because most of it is going on in our brain. So turning on our head is going to turn on the rest of our body. And how can you do that? Well, in lots of little ways. One of them is my favorite, sexting, telling the other person what you'd really like to do to them. Maybe suggesting what you might like for them to be wearing when you get together, to have some sexy lingerie set aside. To put on some nice music, some candles, and perhaps to suggest some of the things that you might really enjoy doing with them. Of course, ask their permission first if this is something that they enjoy too. Not every woman loves sexting, but I think quite a few of us do. You also want to ask if these things appeal to them, because what you don't want to do is assume that everything that's going on in your head is going on in their head as well. You might be suggesting some things that actually are a bit of a turn-off. It's best to negotiate that before you get to the bedroom. So prepping an older woman way before you meet is essential. The other thing, of course, is we love lots of foreplay, and that's because we're older, so it takes us a little bit longer to get turned on. So Lots and lots and lots of foreplay. You might have a toy or two ready. Small bullet works for me, but there's so many great toys on the market. I think of toys as enhancing our pleasure and not detracting from them. But those are just a few little tips. Prep us before you want us to be ready. Tell us what you'd enjoy doing. Get that atmosphere going. Negotiate. What you both enjoy so that you don't risk doing something that might upset the other person. And then finally, have a few little toys around just to add to the fun.
