I want to talk about testosterone, which is this stuff that I have been taking now for, I guess it's just over a year. Um, it's actually male testosterone because where I live in the UK, they haven't yet made the female version, which is usually under the brand name Androphem, available to us yet. So I take this, I use a pea-sized amount every night, and this little packet is supposed to last approximately 8 days, and basically what it has done for me is it has definitely improved my desire to have sex, and that's always welcome, made it slightly easier to have an orgasm, and by slightly I don't mean that I'm coming in like 2 minutes, I mean it still takes a while but it's definitely easier than it once was. Main thing that I've noticed is that it has improved improved my focus. That is the thing that has become most apparent to me, is I'm not so easily distracted and just generally I feel a lot more focused. The third thing that it has done is that when I'm in the gym, when I'm lifting weights and stuff, that feels easier. So I feel stronger, I feel more capable when it comes to doing my gym-based activity, and it's just easier overall. So those are the 3 things: it's improved my desire for sex, it's improved my focus, and it's improved my strength and just generally feeling stronger. Um, and it did take a while for my doctor to prescribe this for me. I went, had to have some blood tests, all of that sort of thing. So if you are thinking about going on testosterone, do find a doctor that is willing to listen to you and take your, you know, situation into consideration because they don't always want to do that. But after being quite persistent, I finally got the stamp, and I have to say, I'm not considering coming off it anytime soon.
