Let's talk about no fucks given. There are simply not enough no fucks given for all of those people, mainly men I have to say, who think that it's somehow appropriate or even helpful to comment on my choice of glasses or my lipstick. It's not. It's my choice. It's my body, and it's what I choose to do. And I think I speak for lots of other older women who are on platforms like TikTok or YouTube or Instagram Instagram or Facebook most days trying to create short videos in order to make older people feel better about themselves and to lead a healthier, happier life. So any of you who choose to be critical of somebody's eyebrows or their lip color or the fact that they've decided to keep with their gray hair, you know what, you can keep those opinions to yourself. It's not helpful for any of us, and it certainly doesn't make you look good either.
