Hello, my beautiful friend, and welcome to the Mind Body Alignment podcast. I'm your host, Tessa Romero, and also your coach. I'm here to teach you powerful skills and tools to not only know who you are, but how to become exactly who you want to be with a mindset that finally supports you. I'm so grateful that you're here. Let's get started. Welcome back, my friends. We are doing something really exciting kicking off on July 1, and that is our first group, like me and you together, 100 day challenge. This will be my second 100 day challenge, and that's why I wanted to invite you to do it with me for this second time, because I loved it so much the first time. Now, obviously, the bummer is I'm just now telling you about it. So if you're not on my email list or follow me on Instagram, and my podcast is kind of the only place that you hang out with me. My bad team. Poor planning on my end. For sure. That's okay. I can take total ownership of that. And this will still be a benefit of you for you, because you don't have to start on July 1st, but I wanted to give you all of the details and the resources. Like, I made a really cute A Hundred Day tracker so that you can use that too. Um, and you can just do it on your own time so you don't even have to worry about, like, oh, my Gosh, I missed July 1st. Yeah, that's partially on me too. Okay, so I can take that. But. But you can still start on July 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, August 1st, whenever. Whenever. I love this 100 day challenge. It's such an amazing concept, and it's. It's an idea that I actually got from Lindsay Teague. She has a book called Wake Up 100, and I follow her on Instagram. She's incredible. I think she's really awesome. I've also read her previous book, which is Boss Up, I'm pretty sure it's called. Anyway, that's a side note, but she's been doing these hundred day challenges for herself for a long time. Like, a long time. So when she talked about doing one starting March 1, I was like, you know, I'm going to jump in and I'm going to do this just for me. So I kept it pretty quiet that I was doing it. I mentioned it here and there on Instagram, but I just. I just wanted to make a commitment to myself and follow through without thinking, oh, my gosh, all these people are doing it with me. So. So I need to do it because they're doing it. I just, I wanted it to be about no, I told myself I'm going to do this, so I'm going to do it because I told myself I'm going to do it. And I wanted to give you that opportunity to do that too because it was really meaningful to me to have that chance to do it on my own, to decide what I'm committing to, to track every day on my own and really just praise myself every day along the way instead of looking for outside validation, acceptance or approval which goes right back to our identity. So I really feel that this a hundred day challenge and the freedom that you have to decide what you commit to, what your rules are, I'm going to tell you all about this, ideas, I'm going to tell you more, but I just think it's an incredible mindset opportunity because you're going to be a little bit challenged, obviously, because what happens on the day that it feels hard to do the thing that you committed to, that's mindset, that's self talk. What happens on a day if you miss doing your commitment? What are you going to do? Well, you get to decide. So anyway, the 100 day challenge, let me break it down for you. Starting on July 1st through October 9th, every single day for the 100 days, I am going to be keeping a commitment that I make to myself and I'll share those what I'm committing to with you here to give you some inspiration and more ideas to help you along the way. But that's basically what you'll do from the day you start, which again, it's okay if it's not July 1st, but from the day you start 100 days out, what you're doing is keeping a commitment to yourself to do the thing that you said you're going to do for no other reason than you told yourself you're going to do it. What an incredible opportunity for your mindset, your relationship with yourself, restoring trust in yourself that yes, I do the things I say I'm going to do, it's really important. It's such, I just think it's an incredible opportunity. I keep talking about that because I loved my first challenge so much and now I wanted to invite you to do it. So that's the goal of the 100 day challenge. You are going to find a commitment and it can be something you take out of your daily life, something you add into your daily life. You get to decide and you are going to do it every day for 100 days. And your mindset will be challenged because there will for sure be days that you don't feel. Feel like doing it, which we've talked about. Our feelings. We are not our feelings. So your feelings say, I don't feel like it. And you say, well, too bad, because this is what's going to help me feel the way I want to feel. And I get to stay intentional about that. I get to make empowered choices because my feelings are not leaders, they're messengers. And sometimes that exact thing that your feelings are trying to talk you out of is the exact thing that's going to help you figure out feel the way you want to feel. Right? Feelings are valuable. They're meant to be felt. I love them tremendously. Come on, feelings, tell me all the things that I need to know, but you don't actually control me. Right? And that's a great perspective. So that's where the mindset work is going to come in for you. On the days that you don't feel like doing it, on the days that you miss something, on the days that you want to make an adjustment, how do you talk to yourself? You know what, what are your thoughts about? About what you're doing, how you're doing it, what you're thinking, what you're feeling. Controlling all of that is the mindset work. So for this a hundred day challenge, my second time doing it, like I said, I have a free 100 day tracker. If you want to use that, just print it. You can write at the top what your commitment's going to be. For me personally, this time, it's going to be daily journaling, which as a gift to myself for completing my last 100 day challenge, I got myself a new custom journal. So I'm going to be journaling in there, and it takes me about 30 minutes to fill a page. You, if you want to journal, let me just clear this up. If you want to journal, you do not have to start with 30 minutes a day. That might be the exact reason that you end up not journaling is because it was just not meeting yourself right where you're at. Like last week's podcast episode, you got to meet yourself right where you're at. What can. What commitment can you make to yourself right now that truly meets you where you're at. Are you at opening the journal and writing one sentence? That's a commitment. What would happen if you just made a commitment to sit down with your journal, open it up, and write one sentence every day for a hundred days? Do you think eventually you would write two sentences, three a paragraph, fill a page. I think you would. I think you would because you would be establishing that confidence in yourself and the trust to just show up and do it. And one of those days you are going to crave writing more. There are totally days that I spend 30 straight minutes just pouring in my journal. My mind is flowing and I get to the bottom of the page and I'm like, I think I want to write another page. But that wasn't my intention when sitting down at the journal. Right. I met myself right where I was at. I kept my commitment and then I just let it flow from there. And that's what I want you to do with yourself too. So just because you tell you make your initial commitment for the a hundred days to sit down at your journal, open it up and write one sentence, that doesn't mean you have to stop at one sentence. It just means that's the commitment you're going to keep. Like, I'm going to do that and then see where it goes. And it. I just love it. I love it so much because there's so much opportunity for you to just meet yourself where you're at and build on that, which feeds into being your own best friend, to becoming who you want to be. Set goals based off of who you want to be, not who you've been or who you're showing up as right now. Make your goals based off of who you want to be. Do you want to be someone that journals every single day? Set the goal. Set the goal. You can set a goal that meets you right where you're at. One sentence. So personally, that's my first commitment to myself, is to sit down in my journal and journal every single day to fill a page. And filling a page is very doable for me. So it's not like this far stretch because I've been doing it for a very long time. Um, and I will be using my. My signature alignment journaling method that I just released in that course. The alignment journaling course. You're welcome to find the details on that in the notes below. I'll link it for you guys. But basically, that method just allows your mind to take your actual thoughts, feelings and circumstances that are going on in your life and, and work your thoughts in a way that is extremely empowering, positive, shows you solutions that you didn't see before, and aligns your mindset with who you want to be. Remember I said set goals based off of who you want to be, not who you've been and what You've always done. It's the same thing with the journaling. We are focusing on who we want to be and emphasizing positive mental rehearsal so that we can show our mind. Like, look, this experience is possible and this is what it's. This is what I'm going to do before you're in the difficult moment trying to do it. So it. It's my favorite thing. I've done a podcast episode about the journaling method before, and now I actually have a course for it. So the course is linked. That's what I'm going to be doing. Hundreds of other women have committed to using the alignment journaling course with me for the 100 day challenge, and I'd love to see you do it too. Journaling is not required for the challenge. Just going to emphasize that you don't have to journal if you want to do the a hundred day challenge. So let's talk about my other commitments that I'm going to keep to myself. Um, so now we know the journaling's there every day. I've decided that I'm going to outwardly express appreciation towards my husband. So just, I mean, anything. And that's totally a commitment I can keep. And it's extremely beneficial toward for the. I mean, newborn stage and postpartum stage that my family's heading into because I'm 35 weeks pregnant. It's important. It's important for everyone in my home to feel appreciated. And I want to be the person that sets that tone and that leads by example to do that. So I made it my part of my commitment for that. Appreciation towards him, appreciation towards my kids. So really emphasizing positive communication with them, which I'm already really good at. But I thought it would just be nice to have extra accountability going into the newborn stage and daily physical touch with my husband. That can be a whole range of things, right? A daily kiss, give him a hug, hold his hand, slap his butt, initiate, you know, like, it could be so many things. And I just really wanted to express that here to you on the podcast because maybe you're feeling just a little bit disconnected in your relationship and you want to put some emphasis there. Focus on appreciation, focus on physical touch, Focus on vulnerable conversations and connections, or challenge yourself to send your significant other a text every day. Maybe that's not something that you normally do and it feels more comfortable than them coming home and you saying something you appreciate about them every day. Again, meet yourself right where you're at, and it will be so much easier to grow into those vulnerable conversations. If you just start somewhere. So a daily text is another idea, but daily physical touch with my husband, whatever that looks like, uh, daily appreciation towards my husband, daily appreciation towards my kids, daily journaling and screen limits. That's my fifth commitment that I'm making to myself is to set and keep screen limits with myself. If you have ever had a baby, I feel like that is a very tempting time to be on your phone excessively, because you're feeding in the middle of the night, you're trying to stay awake, you're in the rocking chair for 40 minutes, nursing your baby, trying to figure things out. Especially in those earlier days where you've got to learn about your baby and your bird and your baby's learning about you and you're finding the new rhythm. When we're doing that, it's really easy to just pick up a distraction, and I want to better manage that this time around. I don't want to just pick up my phone in the middle of the night and sabotage myself. It doesn't make me more calm, more patient, more aligned with the mother and wife and coach. I want to be for those that I want to serve and I care about tremendously. It doesn't make me a better person. When I spend more time on my phone, I personally feel impatient, I feel irritable, I feel distracted and disconnected. And then my mind sometimes goes to these weird places of comparison, and I'm like, let's not so my phone limits. I still have a couple days to lock this in. But considering the fact that I do work from my phone, like, I respond to emails, I create content, I manage my social platforms. Um, I personally don't hire things out when it comes to that. So I'm. I feel more comfortable setting a limit of four hours a day. I think that's challenging, but doable. And I always take Sundays off of social media, which my phone use on Sundays is like 45 minutes. So I'm like. And it's like taking pictures so I know I can do it. It's just implementing that mindset, really. Like, I don't even believe it's a discipline thing. I just think my mindset on Sundays about phone use is so good that I don't want my phone, Like, I really don't want to be on it at all. But during the week, I'm like, oh, I could post this. This is an idea. I should film this. I could respond to emails right now. Like, there's just so many things that my mind says during the week. So basically, I just have to take what I apply on the day off social media, on Sundays, and into the daily commitment of four or less hours a day on my phone. And that includes all of it. All phone use for four hours or less is what I'm committing to. And that may seem like, oh, my gosh to you. So I am being very vulnerable sharing that with you. And I understand that some of you may be judging me for being on my phone. Like, that just sounds so crazy to be on your phone for four hours a day. Um, but I know me, and I know my intentions. I know I'm doing the best I can. I know that I do stay extremely intentional on my phone. But there's some. There's some times that I'm on, like, Pinterest, you know, and I don't have to be on Pinterest or looking on, like, getting distracted on social media, like, oh, I was here to edit a reel, and now I'm watching her reel. That's not what I'm supposed to be doing. So the opportunity to set that screen limit really just helps me stay accountable to myself. And if you're feeling nervous about, like, where to set your screen limits, you know, I'm vulnerable enough to tell you, and maybe you're feeling really good about where your limits are at right now that you've heard mine. But basically, if I set my limit for four hours a day, and why I chose four hours is I've evaluated my screen use throughout the week, and looking at the averages, I know I can get it down to four hours. Like, I know it, and I just have to stay intentional. And with the newborn stage coming up, like I said, I don't want to just be on my phone scrolling while nursing my baby. I. I personally breastfeed. Um, so I don't want to be doing that. I don't want to reach for it in the middle of the night. I. Especially with, like, babies waking up throughout the night, I don't want to look at the clock. Like, I really don't. I don't want to attach myself to time when I know at least the newborn's gonna be up. I mean, Luke, he's 2, and he's been up several times for the. Several times a night for the past couple weeks. For whatever reason, last night he had a bad dream. Like, so there's that. But anyway, I know it's gonna take a lot of intention on my mind to just. On my part to just keep my mind in a really good headspace and scrolling my phone in the middle of the night or looking at the clock. Like, associating time with what I'm expecting, experiencing in that moment is not going to help me through it. So those are the proactive decisions that I'm making now, and I can start practicing them now before the baby even comes, so I can feel extra confident when this happens. So, anyway, those are my five commitments to myself, and I want to share them with you in case it inspires you and helps you feel more comfortable with doing this challenge. Because it's not about what I'm doing. It's not about the day that I start or making sure that your commitments look like anybody else's commitments. It doesn't have to. Did you notice I didn't make one commitment to, like, daily movement? Why is that? Because I'm about to have a baby. Because I'm about to have a baby. Why? That's not a good idea. Right. So I'm not gonna commit to something that doesn't even make sense for the season of life that I'm going into. Personally, I love daily movement, and I can trust myself to incorporate that at a pace and. And at a time that makes the most sense for me. But having that commitment and then knowing, well, that doesn't fit the season of life that I'm going into. What is that going to do? It's an opportunity for me to bully myself. Right. It gives my bully in my head, and we've talked about this. Everyone has a bully in their head. It gives your bully ammunition to use against you. Don't do that. Don't do that. Meet yourself exactly where you're at, and if you grow in this hundred days to add more things in. Great, Great. So let's talk about those rules of the 100 day challenge, because I know a lot of our minds work in a way where we're like, we want all the answers, all the guidance. Tell me exactly how to do it. And I'm just not gonna do that for you for this challenge because I want you to go inside. I want you to look at your life, see what's going on, what you need, what you want, and feel confident enough to pursue that without thinking you need someone else to tell you how to do it. I'm just telling you a length of time, basically, just that's all I'm telling you is the length of time. It's a hundred days. And the overall goal is to do the things you say you're gonna do, like, whatever you commit to do that. That's it. So when you're thinking of the rules. Let's talk about some common questions you might be having right now. Number one, what do I have to commit to? Or how do we have to do this? You don't have to commit to anything. You don't have to journal. You can make an entire emphasis just on your movement every day. Or maybe you've been wanting to pick up a meditation practice. I've talked about some ideas with your spouse, with your kids. Maybe you're trying to declutter and you just want to get rid of one thing in your home that no longer serves you every day for 100 days. There are totally things in your home that don't serve you. And you can reach that hundred, that 100 marks. Just don't go crazy the first day, you know? But maybe, I mean, just look at what goals you want to set based off of who you want to be. Set goals based off who you want to be. And then evaluate what commitment could I make to myself to do every day for the next hundred days that better reaches those goals? Do you want to read a certain amount of pages every day? Maybe one page a day or ten pages a day, depending on where you're at. And daily journaling, meditation, stretching. If you commit to stretching every day, that might grow into a yoga practice or exercise every day or daily walk. But start for sure where you're at, look at your goals, and then evaluate from there. Water intake is another awesome commitment you can make to yourself for the hundred. For the hundred days. So to increase your water, maybe fruit or vegetable consumption, how many meals a week you're cooking from home, or like how many meals a day you're cooking from home. Rather than eating out the way that you are communicating, that could be a good commitment to make to yourself. I mean, really, anything and everything's on the table. Everything and anything's on the table. And you could even decide on things that you're not going to do for the hundred days. I am not going to watch TV for a hundred days. I'm not going to eat fast food for 100 days. I'm not going to drink soda for a hundred days. I'm not going to speak to this specific person for 100 days. But whatever, it's your hundred days, right? So now you see, like what you have to do, what you don't have to do. It's entirely, entirely up to you. It's just really fun that you know, you're not alone doing this. Other people are doing it too. And if you start on July 1st you're doing it at the same rate as me. And if you start on August 1st, guess what, you're like 30 days behind me. And that's awesome too. So another question you might be happy having that applies more to rules is what happens if you skip a day? What happens if you completely miss a day? You don't do the thing you say you're gonna do. Let's think about it as journaling, because that's what I'm gonna do every day. If I miss a day. Journaling. What. What should I do? Because there are no rules. So no one's telling me what to do. No one's telling you what to do if you miss a day. So this is seriously where mindset work becomes so obvious to you about what your mindset is about missing a day. Because your mind might be saying, oh, my gosh, I'm out of the challenge. I blew it. Of course I blew it. What are you doing? You're feeding your bully. You're giving her the ammunition to use against you. And it's really just a thought. It's not a fact that you blew anything, that it's ruined that it's over. All those negative thoughts you're having about yourself because you missed a day. I mean, what if my labor is 24 hours, guys? You think I'm in a journal that day? Probably not. If I have a 24 hour labor, I can basically promise you that I'm not going to journal. Not happening. But I will still stay in my hundred day challenge. Hundred percent. So if you miss a day, you decide what happens. And there's so many options here. And it doesn't have to be quit. You don't have to quit if you miss a day. Are you kidding me? You could stay right on track with your a hundred days moving into day 11, and maybe you give yourself a makeup activity like, okay, I'm still gonna journal. And now I have to face my natural consequences of getting two pages of journaling done today. Wow. I've shown myself that I am devoted to keeping the commitments that I make to myself, but I'm also accountable to facing the natural consequences that happen when I miss a day. I make it up. You could do that. You could have the opportunity to just have really positive self talk and stay flexible and adaptive when you miss that day so that you have those solutions come to mind. Quitting is not. I mean, seriously, don't even let it be an option. But it's not the only thing you could do in any, any situation. Right? And Again, this is great mindset work for you. So if you miss a day, you decide what happens. Do you make it up? Do you practice positive self talk that day? Do you have, do you add a day to your hundred days? Do you just repeat that day like, oh well, yesterday was supposed to be day 10, but actually today is day 10 because I didn't do it yesterday. You get to decide. So basically for me, if I, if I miss a day for whatever reason, I'll make it up. I'll journal two pages in that day. I have positive self talk at all times. I do not bully myself. Yes, we all go through things where we feel like, oh man, I didn't want that to happen. I wish I would have known that this was going to happen this way so I could have prepared differently, blah, blah, blah, but, but it's important to check that. It's important to check that and understand that you're always doing the best you can, always doing the best you can and to find the best parts of you so that you will do better. And I have podcast episodes on that too. So again, if you miss a day, you decide what happens. Now let's say you get to day, I don't know, 17 and the motivation is trickling away and you're like, this is actually crap. I don't wanna do this, I don't wanna commit to this hundred days. This is too hard. I don't feel like it's. Maybe you made a commitment to yourself to wake up at 5:30 every morning and you're noticing that it's just like it was really easy the first two weeks to do it and now you're just hitting a wall and it's getting really difficult. Okay, you get to decide what happens. Do you change the goal? Do you Change it to 6 or do you know I am perfectly capable of waking up at 5:30. I'm going to keep the commitment that I made to myself and, and this is my chance to emphasize my positive self talk. To have an earlier bedtime that I didn't anticipate that I'd need, but looks like I need it to get off of your phone a little bit earlier before you go to bed, to start your mornings differently, to change the sound on your alarm. What are you gonna do? You get to decide if you move the commitment around or if you hold strong to it and emphasize more of your devotion to that commitment rather than just changing it when it feels really hard. I do want you to meet yourself where you're at and you're the one making all of the rules. And I want this to be extremely encouraging for you. But personally, like I, I've, I have made commits. My first 100 day challenge to wake up earlier. I didn't say a specific time, but now like my natural rhythm is just to wake up earlier. Like I'm usually up by 5:30 every morning and, and I feel great. Like I feel so great. And I've loved it so it, there were times that it felt hard to do it. But I'm really grateful that I kept that commitment to myself because I'm loving this morning routine and doing it for a hundred days. I mean over 100 days now. And again I'm going into the newborn stage. So I didn't, I'm not making like a commitment to like, okay, keep this 5:30 routine going with a newborn. Let's not. But still have healthy mornings. Staying proactive and productive and intentional. All of that's remaining the same. It's just the time of day that I wake up for at least the first little bit is whatever, whatever it is, it is. I mean my other kids will still be up. So here we go. I'm gonna see how that works out. But my point is like you get to decide if you are hitting that wall, which we're all gonna hit. You're gonna hit a wall. I hit a wall in my first hundred days and now I don't really hit a wall with journaling, but I'm gonna hit a wall with something. Oh, those screen limits. Hundred percent. There's going to be a few days in there in these a hundred days coming up that feel difficult. And honestly telling you guys my commitment of four hours a day, setting the screen limits on my phone, anticipating that this is company, that this is coming up and gonna happen, my mind has been having negative thoughts about it, right? And it's because it's unfamiliar, it's uncomfortable. I don't want to fail. Right? Like my. That's why my mind's having negative thoughts. But I don't want to stay where I'm at. I don't want to just let all the boundaries go and all the commitments go because that's easier. I want to do what's harder. I want to keep that four hour commitment or less. I want to prove to myself that I can do this and that I can seek out other healthy activities. Activities. If I want something to do while nursing my baby, why can't I read a book? Right? Why can't I talk with my kids? Why can't I Listen to uplifting music or a good podcast or an audiobook. Like, why can't I do something else that isn't staring at my phone? I can do those things. And it's about that mindset. So if your negative thoughts are coming, thinking, oh, my gosh, I don't know. I can't keep this commitment. This sounds really scary. I want you to meet yourself right where you're at. But I also want you to challenge yourself. Just like I'm challenging myself and I'm being very vulnerable telling you about it. I'm going to keep this commitment. I'm going to. And that mindset is what matters. Your mindset about your commitments. Your mindset about when it feels really hard and what you're going to do matters tremendously because it will make the difference in you doing it or not. You're the only person deciding if you're going to do something or not do something. You're the only. The only person deciding what you think every single day. And if you're gonna help yourself or if you're not gonna help yourself, you're the one responsible for that. You're the one responsible for who you believe you are. So if you have this self talk that says, I am inconsistent, well, yeah, that's gonna make things harder. But that's not who you are. You're the only person deciding that you are inconsistent. Sure, someone might have a opinion of you saying, oh, you're inconsistent. What the freak do they know? Do they really know you better than you know you? No, they don't. You know you better than anyone else. Anyone else. And as soon as you change the direction of your focus, I am consistent. You'll start seeing just how consistent you are. Even if you're not making your bed every day. You consistently don't make your bed. That's consistent. You consistently don't get dressed. You consistently don't shower. Don't put on your mascara, don't eat meals, don't drink water. You do a lot of things consistently, my friend. You are consistent. You just have to shift the perspective. And then you start saying, I am really consistent. I consistently do the things that matter most to me. Here we are having an identity conversation. We're supposed to be talking about the 100 day challenge, but they are so strongly connected. So let's keep it going. But you're going to start saying, I am consistent. I'm consistent to the things that matter most to me. I am working to change what matters most to me. Me sleeping in doesn't matter. Most to me because it's not increasing my energy. Going to bed earlier matters most to me. I'm going to consistently go to bed earlier because that matters most to me. I'm going to consistently make my bed because that matters most to me. When you change that internal narrative and you build yourself up and you pick yourself up and you start feeling better, you do better. It's magical. I know, I know. That's why I keep talking about it, because I freaking love it that much. But anyway, that's kind of the 100 day challenge in a nutshell. And if you're feeling super bummed that I didn't talk about it sooner, my bad friends, I just know that I love you tremendously. And I promise you next hundred days that I do, I will stay so early about telling you about it, but this one's going to run July 1st through October 9th, and maybe you not having a lot of time to think about doing it or not is a good thing because then you can't talk yourself out of it. Like if I were to tell you on, I don't know, July 15, which honestly was my intention, so if I were to tell you on July 15, maybe you would have over analyzed everything and over thought and talked yourself out of it. Now I'm just giving you a couple days. You're welcome. See, perspective, it's everything. So anyway, those are my five commands I'm making to myself. You decide the rules, you decide what you commit to. You can find the free 100 day tracker downloadable PF PDF right here. I'm going to attach it for you. I'm going to attach the link to my journaling course. So if you want to challenge yourself to do one sentence a day of alignment journaling, I mean, you seriously have to read the reviews that I've gotten back from hundreds of women using this alignment journaling course. I'm so grateful that it is available to you because it is changing mindsets. Before you go doing all the 12 weeks of more intense work for self discovery and healing inside my Mind Body alignment program, which isn't even available again until New Year's of 2023, to work with me, you can start changing your mindset today using that journaling course. So go to my Instagram highlight under journaling and you can read all of the reviews. You can read so many reviews on there and see how other women are using it and loving it and start to understand why I do it every single day, why I mentally rehearse who I want to be every single day because I deserve that and she's in me. But I can't be doing all this negative mental rehearsal about how terrible I handle things and expect to show up differently. It's not gonna work. So the Alignment Journaling course is available to you. It's linked below and I'd love to hear from you if you are going to commit to this 100 day challenge with me starting July 1st or the 5th, 6th, August 1st, whenever you're listening to this, do a 100 day challenge for yourself. Make that commitment to yourself. Because I promise you, when you start doing the things you say you're going to do, you build back trust in yourself. And when you trust yourself, you feel so much better. Your self talk improves, you view yourself higher and you show up better. And I would love for. I would love for you to experience that too. So anyway friends, I'm going to let you go. I hope that this inspired you to do your own hundred day challenge with me or on your own. And I know you can do it. So positive self talk, positive mindset and let's get you to where you want to be. Thank you for joining me on this week's episode. If you enjoyed the podcast, don't forget to subscribe and share it. I love spreading the message of how positivity can come in so beautifully to help you through your journey of self discovery and healing. I'm cheering for you. I believe in you and I'll talk to you really soon.
