Hello my beautiful friend and welcome to the Mind Body Alignment podcast. I'm your host, Tessa Romero, and also your coach. I'm here to help teach you all the skills, tools and encouragement that you need to not only know who you are, but how to become exactly who you want to be while going through a healing journey that allows you to build a mindset that finally supports you. I'm so glad that you're here. Let's get started. Hello, hello, hello. I'm so glad that you're back and this week's episode is very exciting because it's the first time that I've ever completely broken down my coaching program for you to understand it before you've even been through it or anything like that. Normally I do one on one interview calls to tell women everything that I'm about to tell you, which I still love those one on one calls. But things have just grown so quickly that doing it in this form I think would be awesome for serving everyone because so that you can know if my program is a good fit for you and something that you're looking for before you even go to apply or enroll in Mind Body Alignment in general. So I hope this helps you. What we're going to do today is, yes, I'm going to completely describe every single detail of the coaching program and what you can expect when you're coaching with me, but also answer some questions that I got about the coaching program. So I gave the opportunity to ask me on Instagram what are you wondering? And I'm answering it here in the podcast for you. So super, super in depth about my coaching. If you have no interest whatsoever about my coaching program, then this episode's not for you. Come back next week and I'll have more tools and skills for you to be working on. But if you're like, hey, I've been really wondering about this and maybe it is a good fit for me. Maybe it is something that I'm looking for or you're not sure. Listen in and see if I can give you all the good details. So let's begin with what Mind Body Alignment is and how it started. So Mind Body alignment is the one on one coaching program. It's 12 weeks long and I offer it to women all over the world. And it's always been a one on one format for the past three years. And now that I said things have gotten pretty busy, I'm branching it out into a group setting. But it's not just a group, it's a community base and you all have access to one on one coaching with me. But more on that later. Let's talk about why I started Mind Body Alignment in the first place. So if you're unfamiliar with me and my story, I have talked openly about my own challenges, hardship and trauma that I faced throughout my entire life and how my journey, how my healing journey kind of unfolded before me when I didn't even understand what I was doing at the time. I didn't know that I was going and building shame resilience and healing my past and forgiving myself and creating a new identity. I did not know I was doing those things. I really didn't. All I knew was that I was pregnant with my first child. I struggled with anger and I really didn't want to act that way. That's not who I wanted to be as a mother and I knew that. So I just kind of figured out like, okay, if I don't want to be this, then I need to figure out who I am on the other side of things. And it again, like, unfolded to this beautiful healing journey that I've been able to take all of those pieces that I had to focus on and put, put it into a coaching program for you. And over the last three years of coaching, through Mind Body alignment, I have been able to really just like pull in and see like, what is it exactly? Because I told you guys I didn't know what I was doing at the time. But now I completely understand how all of those pieces were working. It's kind of like hindsight's 20 20, and when you look at your challenges in life and you reflect on them, you're able to see just how much they helped you become stronger or they built up a certain quality in you that you really love or they showed you what you really do and don't want in your life. Challenges serve us right, but we don't always know what we're going through at the time and how this entire perspective is going to shift in the future. You don't see that in the moment. So in the past three years, I have refined this program and I revamp it and I relaunch it to make it better. So starting though, when I went through my healing journey, I really, I mean, call me naive, I don't know, I did not think that other people struggled the way that I struggled. Truly, I just didn't. I thought that I was the only one struggling with shame and not knowing who I was and had a mindset that wasn't helping me and was white knuckling my past Experiences that were so hard and white knuckling that shame and not allowing myself to be who I want to be. I thought I was the only one. I thought everyone else had everything figured out. I was like, okay, it's just me. And obviously that's not true. But even just, I mean, seven years ago when I met my husband, that's truly what I thought. So about five years ago is when I really started the healing points of things, because I understood that I had some serious issues with my anger and lashing out and working myself up over things and not being able to be who I wanted to be, even as a wife. Like, I don't want to ignore my husband when he upsets me. Like, I don't want to blame him for the way that I'm feeling or the way that I'm behaving. I want to take full ownership over myself. So throughout the first couple of years of my marriage, I was able to see, like, okay, I need to do some work on myself. Although it was a hard pill to swallow, and still to this day, there are hard pills that I have to swallow all the time. So if you're ever thinking when you see my content, like, oh, that's a hard pill, it's because my mind is constantly giving me hard pills to swallow. So I'm sorry, know that I love you and I do it with the best intentions. But, yeah, when my. When I married my husband, I knew, like, okay, I've got to work on myself. But it was when I got pregnant with my first son, Liam. He's three and a half now. That's when it really hit me, like, I'm not going to be able to be the mom I want to be and feel this way about other people and even myself. Like, I can't do this. I can't have both. You know, Imagine that both of your fists are just clenched in front of you and you have to choose. Are you going to keep your fist clenched at what you believe? And you refuse to shift the perspective. You refuse to take ownership of yourself. You refuse to heal your past and let go of certain things or anything like that. You refuse to do any of that growth and that's white knuckling it. Or you open your palm and you're like, okay, I'm giving it away now. I'm letting it go now. I'm ready to see a different perspective. I'm ready to soften my heart. I'm ready to set new intentions and change my perspective and do the growth that I need to be who I want to be. I'm ready. You gotta choose. Clenched or open palms. Your choice. If you're here, it's because you have open palms. You're no longer wanting to clench your fist. And I know that feeling. So when I got pregnant with my first son, I already knew that I wanted to change. And that's when I really dove into my healing journey and be able to see, like, oh my gosh, anger's a choice. And I know a lot of people don't agree with that, but that's seriously what hit me the most in my healing journey, was that no one has the power over me to make me anything, anything, yell, shut down, ignore them, be mad, not take care of myself. No one makes these choices for me. I make the choice. So that was one of the biggest moments for me. And I remember I was on a walk with my first son. I mean, he was like, pregnant. I was pregnant. Goodness. I was pregnant with my first son, on a walk with my dog. And it just hit me and I was like, are you freaking kidding me right now? You're telling me for the past. And I, like, had this conversation with myself. You're telling me for the past 12 years I have been angry over this and it was a choice? Are you serious? Like, and then I felt mad at myself for doing that to myself. And that's when it clicked to me. Self forgiveness. I need self forgiveness. So I hope you guys are kind of like picking up on the big pieces of my healing journey and how this kind of all came about. But what really started it was again, I had my son in June and I wanted to be a stay at home mom so badly. I mean, every ounce of me was just. And you guys all know this feeling, like every ounce of me was just like, I can't leave. And fortunately, my mind was just like cranking and gearing and what are the ideas? What are my solutions? How am I going to solve this problem? And I was in a much more creative headspace because I have been working on my healing. And when you reduce your stress, you're much more creative. So I decided that I would start an online workout community for women. And there's more to that story than just that decision. Obviously there were, I mean, one on one, FaceTime calls training women for eight bucks each session. Like, that's how it really started. But I turned it into an online community for women to come work out with me. And I was like, okay, this is gonna be awesome. It serves me. I get to still focus on my health. I get to stay home with my son and I get to serve all of these women and help them too. This is awesome. I. So I did that and then in nine months I just kind of made this observation like, there's something missing. Because women would rock my four week, six week challenges, whatever. Win cash, win giveaways, win all these things, lose weight, literally reach their physical health goals. And then the most bizarre thing would happen. They would just stop, they would stop showing up. They wouldn't come on for workouts. Like, it was so weird. So it wasn't really about the weight, it wasn't about winning, it wasn't about any of that. The missing piece wasn't them not reaching their goals. The missing piece was self love. The reason why we do it, because the reason really can't be because I want to lose weight, because how long is that going to stick around? Like, it needs to be. Because I deserve to feel my best. Because I love myself, because I'm grateful for my body and I want to nourish it through movement and meditation, like stillness and nutrition and hydration and sleep. Like, I want to take care of it. That's the kind of self love. So I made that click and I was like, okay, well, I can help women love themselves. Like, I have found a new profound way of loving myself since being on my healing journey. So I can do that. And again, this, at this point, it wasn't about staying home with my son. It was about solving a problem, like fulfilling a need because I was already staying home with my son. But turning it into a coaching program was just like such a beautiful step for me. And really everyone that I've been able to help since and I've been able to see like, okay. And it's not just about self love either. But that was the first connection I had to make. Like, why aren't they staying consistent? Okay, self love is missing. We have to have that worth. You have to be worth it to do it when you don't feel like it. And you have to be worth it to do it when other people are doubting you or anything or when something bad happens to you. You have to be worth it to pull yourself back up. So I made that connection, like, okay, it's self love. And then I kept asking myself, like, well, what's deeper than self love? Like, how do we build self love? And that's how I created this program. The first time was, how are you going to love yourself if you don't know who you are? And to me, that question Just made so much sense. Like, of course we need to know who it is that we're loving, because we can't be trying to love the version of ourselves that we know we don't like. We need to outgrow that version of ourselves that we don't feel aligns with who we want to be and overcome that through the healing journey and turn it into who we want to be through full permission. And that's where the love comes in. So I knew that I wanted to start with identity. I brought it into mindset. Like, okay, what's your mindset? What's your limiting beliefs? How are you thinking about yourself and exercise? And this first year that I did this coaching program, really the emphasis was physical health. It was weight loss, it was nutrition. It was really just taking care of the physical sides of things because I still thought this is what's needed. And it was to an extent, sure. I just didn't understand. Still. I was naive to other women struggling with shame. That was a huge part that I was still like, not quite clicking on because I hadn't had the experience to see other people struggle with shame. So after a year of running it that way and doing the one on one coaching with women, I was like, oh, my gosh. That's when I was able to see firsthand you guys struggle with shame too. It's not just me and having just finished my. I mean, I'm not done by any means on my healing journey, but having just been through some of the biggest parts of my healing journey, it was easy for me to see, like, I can help you with that too. I've literally just walked that road and I'm still walking it. But now I have shame resilience. So I can teach you how to have shame resilience. So I revamped my coaching program again in year two to include shame and self forgiveness and boundaries and journaling because those were other, like, key tools that I found that have helped me tremendously in building a skill set of not only being who I want to be, but having a mind that supports me. So in my third most recent revamp, what I've done is I honestly took out the nutrition because it's clear, like, it's not about that. You will find whatever works best for you and your home and your family. And when you're an intuitive eater, because you love yourself and that's the way you were born, you're going to crave those nourishing foods. And I do still talk about lifestyle in the program, which we'll get to how I break down the entire program. But I don't go into depth about the nutrition parts of things. Like I just want this to be about your healing and self discovery. Like we are just getting so laser focused in here. But anyway, so in this most recent revamp for year three, I extended things. So yes, I took out nutrition. But we spend more time in mindset, we spend more time with the shame material, we spend more time in the self love material. So it's worth it to have taken out that to, to give you more time with self forgiveness and those amazing skills and tools that you're implementing into your daily life and really giving yourself the opportunity to practice them instead of like going through this healing journey and then going into nutrition and you're like, wait, what? So I did make that correction and I swear I just, I get better and better. But it takes, I mean as we all know, whenever you're working on anything, it takes the vulnerability of trying and having the courage to try to knowing this isn't going to be perfect. Perfection is not the goal. It's about learning and growth and progress and helping other people through what you know right now and then continuing to help them as you get better. So that's really my goal here. And in this past year of coaching with my newest version of my coaching material, it has been so phenomenal and so successful and I'm just throwing thrilled with it. And again, the demand for my coaching has drastically increased in the past six months. So that's why I decided to take my coaching program and put it into this type of format. It's not self guided. Okay? It's not you purchase this course and you take yourself through it. No, it is me coaching you through it in a community setting. And what that means is let me talk about the program now. So that's kind of how the program became what it is through my own healing journey, turning it into. Oh my gosh. Other people struggle with this too. And now here we are today with the one on one coaching that I do, wanting to offer it to communities and run those communities myself. So in the coaching program itself, we're going to talk about that before we talk about the specific questions that I received on Instagram. I'm going to answer all those. But first I want to talk to you about how I break down the coaching program so that you know what to expect if this is something that you're wanting to register for. And we're going to talk about sign up dates and all of that. Actually I'll just give you a little note right now. The red, the pre registration which gives you 20% off. 20% off my coaching program, which I've never done. But because this is new, I just want to, I mean I just want to serve you and show you like, look, this is going to help you. I know it. It's the skills and tools, that's what it's about. It's not quick fixes by any means and it's not just, you know, continuing to validate yourself without working through things like I want you to have the skills and tools to heal and grow. So now let's go through and talk about how exactly I break up the coaching program. So like I mentioned, it is 12 weeks long. None of this four or six week business that I've seen a lot of programs launching. Nope, we go in for the four full 12 weeks because I want you to feel supported throughout every single step that it takes, not just rushing through or anything like that. So 12 weeks long and there are seven modules and these are called modules because for week one we focus on identity. But for weeks two and three we focus on mindset. Remember how I told you I spaced some things out? So it's modules to help keep it organized. Seven modules spaced out over 12 weeks. And the way that I support you through each module, here's an example. Module one is going to walk you through identity. So this is where you understand not only who you believe you are today, but who you want to be with that bigger version of you, like the best version of you. What does she look like? What does she do, what does she sound like? You got to get attached to her and I'm going to help you do that. So inside the identity module you will understand how identity sticks idea's mindset and how your actions follow from that. So creating a new identity and fully healing the past belief of who you are is an absolute foundation to your healing journey and the work that everything stands on that we're going to do together. Identity is first, it is foundational. So that's the module, the bigger idea of it. And then I break that up into lessons for you. So lesson one, we're focusing on identity. Lesson two, we're focusing on your why. What's driving you to make these changes. You need to feel passionate about that and purposeful towards it. And then finally you'll have an assignment through a lesson that I will coach you through. So that's what, you know, a module and lessons look like inside of my coaching program. But How I support you through each lesson is there is a video module of me helping you through every single lesson in the program. Over 35 lessons I have video modules for to coach you through the PDF downloadable material that you will receive and pay attention to that you downloading. It means you have lifetime access to my coaching material and the exact layout that I use for my own healing, my own self discovery. When I'm feeling ashamed, what do I do? When my mindset's steering negative, what do I do when. When I need to set a boundary, what do I do? And journaling and self forgiveness, how do we do it? You keep all this for life. That's very important to keep in mind. So I have the video modules to support you through the lessons and then in addition to that, so you have all the support to work through all of the material that I have for you. In addition to that, I offer the private student Facebook community to help you even more. So you're working on this material, you have the video module and you're like, something's just not clicking for me. Get in the Facebook community. I'm going to be live in there at least two times a week, at least twice a week. You can also use that community to ask specific questions. You can message privately to stay anonymous if you have a specific question. The thing about healing is there is a lot of vulnerability that comes with it. And I don't want you to think for a second that you have to share anything that you don't feel comfortable sharing. And in that space, that's not what it's about, it's about you. You need to start telling yourself the real story, the truth. That's what you need to do. You have to own your story so that it doesn't own you. I'm not saying you have to get in the community and be as vulnerable as I get and share all the stories. No, you don't have to do that. But if you need additional support and help, you can message me privately, email me privately and I'll bring it up on the live anonymously so I can address your specific concerns and obstacles. This is about you and you're getting the coaching and attention that you need to go through this healing journey and self discovery. And I can't wait to be a part of it. So after module one, we go into module two, which is mindset and like I said, there's seven modules and there are lessons to accompany each module. So it walks you through every specific step. Module three is going to be about lifestyle. So that's why we're talking about your habits, your water and your sleep. So remember, I took nutrition out, but I mean, there are just foundational things that we have to do to support our physical wellness and mental and physical wellness work together. You can't really have one thriving without the other. We need to focus on both. So I like to do it just through habits, water and sleep. And in module four, we're going to move into shame. Now, shame, if you're not familiar with it, I've done podcast episodes on it. But it's an attack on self. It's what's wrong with me. I'm a bad mom. Why am I so terrible? I can't believe that I did that. Like, that kind of talk. You're shaming yourself. And when you're shaming yourself, shame basically makes it so that you hide in the darkness. You hide in the darkness, and it thrives in the darkness. You're not owning your story. You're not digging deeper. You don't even want to look at it, so it owns you. But in my coaching program, we create a safe place, place for you in your journal. You don't have to talk about this in the community, but in your journal to know exactly how to process through every single life experience of something that you feel ashamed of that you've done, or terrible things that have happened to you that you feel ashamed of. So it can be something that you've done or things that have happened to you. I have both, which is why I look at shame this way. Not only what I've done, but what has happened to me and how the shame works in both ways. I give you the roadmap that I have personally used to overcome my shame and build shame resilience. And it has been foundational. It's like identity. It's foundational to know this because shame is a human emotion. We are all going to experience shame at one point or another. And if you are a mother, I mean, even if you're not a mother, but especially, especially if you're a mother, it's not just about you building shame resilience and learning really everything in this program, it's about being able to teach your kids. So when your kids come up to you and say, I'm stupid, you're able to coach them through that in a very gentle and positive way so that they're not shaming themselves. Or if they tell you, I'm a terrible person, what's wrong with me? No, no, we don't want this for our kids. But if it's your same self talk that you're witnessing in them, you're probably feeling hopeless and helpless and how to handle that because you don't even know how to help yourself. So really being the mother that you want to be means first being the woman that you want to be. That's what has to come first. Because motherhood is a role. It's a role that's a part of you. You aren't a part of motherhood. Motherhood is a part of you. So you've got to get you in line first if you're going to be the mom that you want to be. And I am a huge believer in that because I've had to do it myself. So in after module four going through shame, we're going to go into module five, which is self love. And within the self love module, we spend two weeks there and we're really focusing on the self forgiveness. So now you that you've owned your story and you're like, okay, yeah, I don't feel ashamed of this anymore. But now what? You have to forgive yourself. It's not just close the door, lock it up, send it away. No, it's, you know, I don't mind leaving that door open. I'm not afraid of anything that has to ever come out of that door. I might even forget the doors are there entirely. I'm not going to worry about it anymore. I forgive myself. I know exactly why I've done what I've done. And most times I get this question, like, what do you mean self forgiveness when it comes to things that other people have done to us? If you're not familiar with my story, I. I grew up with a pedophile for a few years in my teen years. And what that did to me was very traumatizing. Yes. But it just made it so that I, like, I abandoned myself, I stopped honoring myself, I stopped loving myself. I held onto anger and resentment that did not serve me. And no matter who does what to me or to you, they don't have that kind of power over us. That's something that we did. So with self forgiveness, this is extremely vulnerable to be able to say like, oh my gosh, I forgive myself for holding on to all that anger. I mean, I was doing the best I could. Absolutely. At that point in time, I had no idea. I have no remember, I had no idea how to heal. Okay. So at that point in time, yes, I did the best I could to my mental and physical capacity. But looking back, that was a lot of self sabotage. That was a lot of self hate. That was a lot of just like I said, abandoning myself. And that's something that I need to forgive myself for because if I'm going to have a wonderful relationship with myself, I better make peace with everything that I've done or the things that I've done because of what's happened to me. I need to get crystal clear on that and take full ownership. And so do you. So that's why I coach on self forgiveness. I don't tell you you have to forgive other people. Although I know the power in forgiving other people. Usually we're like super hesitant to that. We're like, well, why should I forgive them? Like, why should I make them feel good about themselves? I know I asked myself the same exact question. But when I understood that I could forgive myself first, it softened my heart and I was able to have empathy, which is another part of the shame and self forgiveness is building up empathy to have that for other people so that you don't have to wear the burden of that anger and resentment anymore to. Do you have to accept what's happened in your life? Yes, you do. Do you have to approve of what other people have done? No, absolutely not. You can disagree. You absolutely can. You can feel however you want to feel about what's happened to you while still honoring the fact that you don't want to hold onto it. You're done with that chapter of life so you can accept your past without approving of what's happened to you and still, still having empathy for other people to see. Like, wow, you know, what are you going through that this is the best you can do? What have you experienced in your life that this is how you have become and turned out and this is how you want to treat people and how you want to influence people in their lives, especially at young ages. What have you been through? That empathetic view is life saving. You stop attaching to everything that people say to you or about you or what they might be thinking or even what they've done. You stop attaching to all of that and, and you become very observant and conscious because now you are in the driver's seat of your own mind and that is so powerful in your healing journey. So after module 5 of the self love and we go through. Okay, I kind of skipped a little bit, sorry. The self forgiveness, self love and tools. That's how I break up module 5 to discuss self love overall. And then we go into module 6, which is tools and within the tools module. I'm teaching you two specific tools to help you reaffirm your identity, build up that awesome mindset, and protect yourself while respecting others for the rest of your life. You're going to need some tools. So I coach you through journaling and boundaries within journaling. You're building up that great identity. Right? You're helping yourself solve the problems that your mind is saying is relevant. You. You are resolving a lot of what ifs and fearful outcomes that you're not even sure of. So I kind of coined the term manifestation journaling, and that's just what I've been doing for the past two years, and it's helped me tremendously. So, really, my whole coaching program is based off of what has helped me become who I want to be, because who I am right now is completely different than who I was seven years ago. I'd say my energy is the same, but I feel like I have gotten so much better. And my husband and I have even talked about this so many times, about how I'm so different, but like, the same. It's weird. It's. I'm not. It's not like my husband's married a completely different person. It's like, what happened to you? No, it's just I've allowed myself to step into that full, true version of myself, and I'm kind to myself, and I'm proud of myself, and I put in my full effort to everything that I do, and if I have a vision, I trace after it. Like, I've just bloomed. I'm not a. It's like he married the seed of me, and he's got to watch me grow and bloom into who I'm meant to be from that seed. Sometimes you get the seed and you're like, what am I? What's going to grow from this? And no matter what grows from it, it's beautiful because that's what life is. That's what nature is. It's beautiful. I really like that analogy that we just came up with together. Good job, guys. So, anyway, after journaling, we go through boundaries, within boundaries. I have specific formulas for you to use to communicate your boundaries in a way that protects you, but also respects others. I don't want you ruining relationships and damaging friendships and. Or your relationship with your husband or your kids or yourself with these boundaries. No, I want you to protect yourself and respect others. And if that means some distance is created, then it's done in a healthy way with mutual understanding. And. But overall, that's usually not even the Case you don't have to have consequences or scary things attached with these boundaries. I give you the roadmap. And after we go through the week six tools module, we're going to week seven, I'm sorry, module seven, for a final reflection module. And within this module, you're reflecting on your identity and mindset, shame and self love, and the tools you have learned. So the prior six modules, we're reflecting on all of that because I want to make sure with absolute certainty that you feel confident who you are and you have built the mindset that you need to support you while having these great tools and skills in your back pocket forever. I want to make sure that you have that before I say, see you later. So we spend that last module together to just, you know, wrap up, answer those final questions, see what's missing, how can I help you with the final things, tie up loose ends. Like, what is it? I'm here for you, to support you. So that is the complete breakdown of my coaching program for you. Now let's talk about the questions that I got on Instagram from women that are interested in going through my coaching program. And honestly, guys, I have no idea how many people are planning on registering. I have no idea at all. But I feel excited regardless. Because even if one person trusts me in their healing journey to go through this with me, I mean, I'm honored. Like, I think it's so exciting to. To see people not only step up and have the vulnerability to say, like, hey, I want to work on myself. I need to work on my mindset. I need to know who I am. I need to figure out this shame gremlin that I have on my back. It's really vulnerable to get to that place. But it's also just like, so exciting to see you at the ground zero of your healing and growth is what it kind of feels like. I'm with you right there. And what a freaking gift it is to be with someone with when they're struggling and then to watch them bloom. Like, my husband has got to watch me bloom. I get to watch you bloom. And there's just nothing better. Like, it's so freaking wonderful. And yeah, we talk about hard things, for sure. I talk about the way my mom has treated me. I talk about my family relationships and dynamics and how I was the outcast forever and everyone turned against me. And that's how boundaries came into play, by the way. But also my own shame. Like, what is it that I feel so ashamed of? Well, I bullied two girls in middle School. And I feel awful that I did that, but I had the shame resilience that I'm not thinking I'm this terrible person. I know I'm not a terrible person. And I've tried to right my wrongs to the best of my ability. But, you know, when you carry that shame and then the things that have happened to you. Pedophilia is a huge one. But, like, also the way I was treated as a child after my dad passed away, and the things that were said about me my entire life, like, there was a lot of hardship, and we talk about hardship together. Because again, when you own your story, it doesn't own you. And you don't even have to fight for it to let go of you. It just lets go. It loses its power. And I just think, like, can you imagine something better? I mean, maybe. Maybe I'm biased because I'm just, like, so obsessed with it, but I just can't imagine something better as a career for me than to watch women come to me as that seed, the shell. And I already know it's going to be something beautiful because it's nature, and everything in nature is beautiful. And then I get to see you open up and bloom and grow and thrive and flourish, and I'm just like, oh, my God, like, you were a rose bush this entire time. Or you were like, guys, I'm not. I'm not well versed with plants. Okay? So, anyway, I had a. Grow a garden this past season for my. My first time trying a garden. And it's funny, my green bean plant was my favorite plant, and I started it from seed. Like, I got to watch it grow the whole way, and it was just the most, like, beautiful thing. So, honestly, what I'm envisioning my mind right now is green beans, not roses, not some crazy beautiful flower like hydrangeas and lilies and, I don't know, tulips and gladiolas. I'm literally just picturing green beans in my mind. So you know what? I would be honored to be a green bean seed that grows and, you know, feeds other people and does all the cool things. So, anyway, that is the breakdown of my program. Why I do what I do, how it was created. Now let's talk about the questions I received on Instagram. The first question being, how long is the program? I'll say it again, it's 12 weeks long. You will be covering seven modules and over 35 lessons. I say over because I know there's 35, but I was debating on adding an intro Lesson video module. So I have to say at least 35, but it might just be 35 of those videos for you to go through. And then another question was what all is included? So throughout my when you register right now, I guess next week, the 15th or 19th November for the pre registration, I'm going to talk about the difference in just a minute. When you register for the pre registration, what you're getting is lifetime access to my coaching material. You can download the video modules, you have lifetime access to your student membership. When you sign up, you automatically get a student membership. That's where all of your content is dropped. Every Monday you'll have a new module released to you with all of your lessons PDF support. Like everything's right there. It's so clean and organized. And again like the past three years of coaching, it was never that clean and organized guys like because it was just me one on one. But this platform is so incredible because it keeps it organized for you, it keeps track of your progress. Everything's in one space and it's just, it's simple which I love. So anyway, every Monday the content will drip, will drop for you to have through the module and the lessons. So you have lifetime access to that. You have the 12 full weeks of coaching with me through the private Facebook community for my students. So there will be multiple lives in there every week. You can ask questions directly in there or message me anonymously through. Well all those details will be provided but you can message anonymously if you want me to talk about something specifically but you don't want your name mentioned. Totally fine, I can do that for you. So you have the 12 weeks of access to that. You are also going to get a bonus of my 15 week workout guide which is something that I typically like just sell. But you're going to have that because like I said, I think mental and physical health work hand in hand and they're so valuable when they're used together. But also exercise is a wonderful way to regulate your nervous system if done in a healthy way. So those are the big things included. The seven modules, 35 lessons, my 15 week workout guide and access to the 12 weeks of additional coaching through the private Facebook community. That's what's included. And another question was how much is it? So there are two options here. You can sign up and pre register in November or you can wait until the middle of December. There will be a 10 day window in the middle of December that you could also take advantage of and I'm totally fine with that. Too. But the real difference is if you register in November for the early signups, it's 20 off. You have a 20 discount there. And like I said, I have no idea. I don't even know if anyone's gonna sign up. I have high hopes that at least one person will sign up. I really have no idea. I get so many messages all the time about coaching and pricing and details and people are excited to sign up, but you just don't know until it opens. So what I'm doing is I'm offering the special 20% discount November 15th through the 19th. It's a five day window Monday through Friday next week. And the 20% discount brings it to 996 as a one time payment. So I'll say that again, 996. $996 as a one time payment. And that's available to the first 100 people that register. After 100 people register, it doesn't matter if it's Friday or not, the site will automatically come down because that's the cap for it. But within those 100 people, the first 12 people that register, I just love the number 1212 weeks long. Here you go. The first 12 women that register will receive a free one on one one hour call with me to use at any point in the coaching program. So if you're coming into this and you're like, I already know that I'm going to struggle with the shame stuff, first of all, that's the mindset. So hopefully I can help you with that mindset before we get to the shame stuff. But if you're like, I already know that I'm gonna really struggle with that and I want additional help and support, you can be the first 12 to register. If you just register first thing Monday morning, you're probably gonna get that spot and you'll get a special email from me to know that you got that spot. So the first 12 women will get the one hour coaching call with me to use at any point in the coaching program. So if you wanna use it the first week in identity, or the fifth week when we go through shame, or the eighth week when we go through journaling, like you get to pick when you use that one hour call with me and you just reach out and say, hey Tess, I'd like to one hour call and I'll send you the link to schedule it. It's super easy and simple and you'll know if you were in the first 12 to register to get that free one hour call. So that's a very special bonus happening for this. So on top of that 20 discount, you have the chance to get that. But my 15 week workout guides included lifetime access. All of those great things included the pre registration, early registration that's going on next week is literally just for that 20 discount. It's a way for me to say thank you for all of your support and me growing over the past three years. And, and it's honestly a great way for people with a tighter budget to make this work because I also have a six month payment plan and on the six month payment plan it does increase the cost a little bit. So it adds on about $200, just under $200, but it's six monthly payments of $193. So I'm trying to offer this at the lowest possible price that I can because it's not just like my time with you, it's also everything else that I have to pay for to host this type of stuff so that it really is like the baseline bottom as low as it's ever gonna get. I've never offered it this low before and I never will again. That's what's happening right now at these prices is because this is the first time that I'm launching it and I'm so grateful for this community that we've been able to build. I'm offering this special discount but in December the prices are going to go back up and that will be at 1297 when they go back up in December. So 1297 dollars in December if you do not register for early enrollment for the hundred spots available next week in November 15th through the 19th and moving forward. I don't guarantee prices moving forward for coaching. It really just depends on how this all goes. I don't know. And I also don't know when I'm launching it again. That was one of the other questions that I got on Instagram is when are you doing another round? And this was the last question about like, okay, when is another one coming? I don't know and I'm not going to make any promises or guarantees. The coaching that I'm going to be doing in January, this all launches on January 3rd. So let me clarify that. Even if you enroll for early registration next week, you are still starting on January 3rd with me, if you enroll in December, you are still starting on January 3rd. That's when everything starts is January 3rd. But I don't know when I'm hosting it again. I may not even do it again for the like the rest of the year. This might Just be a every January type of thing or I might do it again one more time throughout next year, but I don't know when that would be or even if. And I don't like to promise to things that I am not sure if I can commit to. So friends, this is basically it in a nutshell. Now you know how long it is. 12 weeks. What all is included lifetime access, seven modules, 35 lessons, access to me in the private student Facebook community. I mean that's everything included. Plus the 15 week workout guide. Like so much value jam packed into here for our 12 weeks together and I just can't wait. So now you have all of your questions answered. You got all the details and if you have specific questions remaining, please please please just email me info info bodybymommy.com that's my email. You can reach me there if you have specific questions in addition to these. But yeah, I tried to just break it all down. This is the longest podcast episode I've ever done, but I tried to just break it all down for you to know how this all started, why I'm so passionate about it. Like this is literally my career calling. I wouldn't say it's my life calling because I feel like being a mother and a wife like that family aspect. But this is totally my career calling. But I wanted to give you guys just this insight, hear it straight from me, break it down for you and hopefully this increases your just your that sense within you that says if this is a good fit for you or not, I want you to have clarity. And if you're still unsure you want to see it all in writing, wait till Monday, November 15th. That Monday my sales page is going to launch. You'll have access to my sales page if you are on my email list. That's a great way, great way. Also on Instagram I'll share it to my story and I will put it in the link in my bio that Monday. And like I said, Once the first 100 spots fill up, then the link automatically comes. It automatically closes. If 100 spots don't fill up then it will be open on Friday until like 10pm I think it was. So anyway, I tried really hard to just get all this to you, but don't hesitate to reach out. You could even send me a message on Instagram if you want to if that's easier for you. So email Instagram if you want to see it in writing, then wait till Monday, November 15 and it will launch for you and you can read it for yourself. I also have several testimonials on there, as well as the most adorable family pictures that some of my clients have sent to me to be featured on my website. They were so kind to let me put those on there with their words of experience with my coaching. And I mean, I just, I cry every time I read them. I think they're so special. But anyway, that will be on there too if you need to just hear it from somebody else. There you go. I have that there too. So you can choose the one time payment996 the six month payment plan193amonth for six months. You choose what works best for you and just reach out to me if you have any questions at all. Because more than anything, like I said, my little seed, I just want to watch you bloom. That's what I want for you. I just want to see you bloom. I want to see what you turn into. And hopefully we're all just a freaking bunch of beautiful green beans because those are my favorite. All right, friends, it's late for me. I'm ready to go to bed. You guys know I film in my closet on the floor after my kids go to sleep. So here we are. This is it. Let me know if you have any questions and I will definitely see you next week for a shorter, very impactful and helpful for you podcast episode. Thank you so much for being here for this week's episode. If this episode served you, please feel free to subscribe to the podcast and share it. I love spreading the message of positivity and healing and how they work together. My goal is to continue serving you and I can't wait to form more meaningful relationships together here on the podcast and elsewhere, such as Instagram and my email list. We'll talk more soon.
