And welcome back, you nasties. If you're new here, no, I'm not really talking about yoga. We're going to be going over a technique you can use when the giving yoga partner is on the smaller side. We're going to be going over something that a couple can do in the missionary yoga pose in order to make this process a little bit easier. As the receiving partner, once you're lying down, you're going to lift your knees and then you're going to reach your arms behind your knees, open your knees just about armpit distance apart, and then you're going to pull your knees toward your armpits. So if you pay close attention, you'll see that when I pull my knees toward my armpit, my pelvis kind of tilts, and that tilt is going to be just enough to make this entry a lot more simple and easy for the giving yoga partner. If I just relax my arms, my knees just kind of float in this pose right here. This is not going to be sufficient for most giving yoga partners who are on the smaller side. We want to actively use our arms to pull those knees in and down. The giving yoga partner can come up onto their knees and then kind of press their weight forward and down on the back of the thighs of the receiving yoga partner. That's pretty much all that I have for today. If you have any questions, you can put them in the comment section. But until next time, mwah, stay spicy!
