And welcome back, you nasties! If you're new here, hi, my name is Angel Ardito, and no, I'm not really talking about yoga. For today's couples yoga pose, we are going to be utilizing a table, and we're going to be doing a very simple pose but also making a small tweak that makes all the difference. Once you're on the table, you want to scoot your hips forward so that you're almost hanging off the edge, and at that point, you'll lie back all the way down onto your back. You'll need to check where your hips are here because if they're not aligned with the edge of the table, you may have to slide a little bit further. From here, the receiving yoga partner will pull their knees toward their chest, again adjusting as needed. Now, once the receiving yoga partner is sufficiently up to the edge of the table, the giving yoga partner can come up behind them and do what they do best. However, a little tweak that you want to do here with the receiving yoga partner— you don't just want to keep your knees into your chest. What you're going to do is take your feet and place them on the shoulders of the giving yoga partner. If you wish to, you can even straighten your legs into a V and and then set them on the shoulders of the Giving Yoga partner. That is pretty much it for today. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section. But until next time, mwah, stay spicy.
