Angel Ardito shows partners how to build a modified reverse pose using 4-5 pillows stacked tall on one end and 2-3 on the short end. The giving partner lies supine with head on the tall stack, knees over the edge, while the receiving partner straddles facing the feet with knees wide. They can rock, circle, or lift hips for different sensations.

And welcome back, you nasties. If you're new here, no, I'm not really talking about yoga. For today's couples yoga pose, we're going to be going over a reverse yoga pose, but we're going to make it slightly more interesting by making a minor tweak. First things first, you want to set up the correct angle. If you're not using a ramp or a wedge, then I want you to stack 4 or 5 pillows on the tall end and 2 to 3 pillows on the short end. The giving yoga partner is going to lie down with their head on the taller end and their knees resting over the edge of the shorter side. As you can tell here, there's a bit of an angle with the shoulders and the knees higher than the hips. That's what we're going for. I'm going to scoot everything this way so you can see what I'm talking about. As the receiving yoga partner, you're going to straddle the giving yoga partner facing their feet. You want your knees to be as wide as they can comfortably go. Place your hands on the ground out in front of where their knees rest. And remember, their knees will most likely be resting right here on the uppermost point of the wedge of the pillows. From here, you can kind of rock forward and back, go in a circular motion, or pop the hips up and down. Because of the elevated knees of the giving yoga partner, the receiving yoga partner gets some skin-on-skin stimulation that they don't usually get in this pose. The giving yoga partner is elevated at the upper end of their body. What's nice about that is that they get a little better of a view. That is all for today. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section. But until next time, stay spicy.
