All right, you guys, if your yoga sessions are feeling repetitive, this is what I want you to do. And before we continue, hi, I'm Angel Ardito, and no, I'm not really talking about yoga. So a really common issue that I see in my comments is that people feel like they're bored with their yoga sessions. I want you to ignore all the noise of everyone else who has anything to say about your yoga life, and I want you to just understand that this is very, very common. And there are many, many people out there who will try and sell you whole entire courses on making things more interesting. Hell, this is like mainly what my page is dedicated to, if we're being completely honest. Here to let you know that there is one simple thing that you can do that doesn't take too much effort that will help your yoga sessions feel a little more exciting. You don't have to buy anything to do this. You don't have to change your hair or wear anything specific, although those can be fun and you might want to try them. But what I'm talking about here is novelty. I want you to change one thing, one thing for 5 minutes, okay? This can be a different room or even just a different part of the room. This can be different lighting. This can also be just a different pace. If you're used to going really, really fast, go really, really slow. If you're used to going really, really slow, go really, really fast. Novelty wakes your body up. Our Our brains are programmed to put everything in autopilot mode, okay? And we have to actively work against that. You don't have to overhaul everything that you're doing in your yoga sessions. Introduce one new thing for 5 minutes, and I promise you that will wake your nervous system up. New doesn't have to mean extreme. Sometimes it just means a little different. Anyway, that's it for today. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section. But until next time, mwah, stay spicy.
