And welcome back, you nasties. If you're new here, I'm Angel Ardito and I'm your online spicy coach. And no, I'm not really talking about yoga. Today's video is a friendly reminder that you can have really fun and exciting yoga with your yoga partner by taking the yoga session out of the bedroom and into a different room of the house. If you're looking for a simple yoga pose that you can do with nothing but a chair, then you've come to the right place. As the receiving yoga partner, you're going to kneel on a chair. There's a few ways you can do this one. You can either open your knees as wide as the chair allows and push your hips back Or you can keep your knees where they're at, press your chest up against the edge of the chair, and reach your hands down to stabilize yourself on the legs of the chair. Obviously, as the giving yoga partner, you would just stand behind the receiving yoga partner and do what you do best. This one's very simple but can also add some excitement into your typical yoga routine. That's pretty much it for today. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section, and I'll get to them as quickly as I possibly can. But until next time, mwah, stay spicy!
