And welcome back, you nasties! If you're new here, hi, I'm Angel Ardito. And no, I'm not really talking about yoga, just language that I have to use in order to avoid getting in trouble for spreading educational content. Today we're going to be going over a couples yoga pose that is super fun, super intimate, and face to face for those of you who really enjoy eye contact. It does, however, require just a little bit of strength and endurance in both yoga partners' shoulders and arms. This one is best done on the ground because it's a nice stable, supportive environment. However, you can also perform this yoga pose on a couch or on a bed, whatever you really prefer. To begin, the giving yoga partner is going to sit down on the ground, lean back on their hands, and then open their legs wide like this. If you're the receiving partner, you're gonna sit between the giving partner's legs with your legs on the outside of their hips. You'll lift up between your hands and your feet, rock your hips forward till everything is into place, and then from here you You can motion back and forth or even do some circles, and if you wish, you can also come down onto your forearms. That's it for today. If you have any questions, you can leave them in the comment section down below, and until next time, mwah! Stay spicy!
