Do THIS for an upward curve #notyoga #yoga #educational #pov #stayspicy

When the giving partner has an upward spinal curve in partner yoga grinding, they should lower onto their forearm instead of staying upright. This lets both partners get hip rotation without pain, even if it limits the circular motion a bit.

What happens when a giving yoga partner has an upward curve and this makes grinding incredibly difficult for the receiving yoga partner? Both yoga partners may still want to experience this motion, but it just feels kind of off or wrong for the giving yoga partner. Well, don't stress because I'm here with a few tips to make this a little bit easier for you and your yoga partner. I'm just going to set you down here. Basically, anytime that you have a giving yoga partner who has an upward curve, you really have to think about the receiving yoga partner coming downward. As the receiving yoga partner, we want to stay upright because this feels a little more natural to us. But for a giving yoga partner who has an upward curve, this can be incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of staying in this upright position and doing a circular motion, we're actually going to come down onto our forearm, and then we're just going to do some circular motions from here. And yes, this downward motion restricts some of our circular mobility, but it's a great way for you and your giving yoga partner to still get that experience of the circular hip motion without the discomfort that being upright brings. That's pretty much all I wanted to talk about today. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section. But until next time, mwah, stay spicy.
