A partnered pose that tests how well you work together. One person lies on their side while the other straddles their leg, then you push and pull against each other like an ocean wave. The trick is neither person takes over.

And welcome back, you nasties. If you're new here, no, I'm not really talking about yoga, just language that I have to use to avoid getting in trouble for spreading educational content. Today's yoga pose is a very simple one that most people can grasp and understand. However, you want to make sure that you're working with your partner and that neither one of you is trying to take control and do all of the movement. The receiving yoga partner is going to start with both knees bent. They're going to come all the way down onto their side and then lift the top knee and try to straighten that leg just to get it out of the way for a minute. At this point, the giving yoga partner is going to straddle the receiving yoga partner's leg that's on the ground and kind of inch their way forward until they're able to make things happen, if you know what I mean. Once the giving yoga partner is in place, the receiving yoga partner is going to bend this knee, push back up onto their forearm, and put their tippy toes on the chest of the giving yoga partner. Now, this yoga pose does require a little bit of give and take. It requires a little bit of motion from both parties. Partners. You want to think about this one as more of an ocean wave than a hammer. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section, and I'll respond to them as quickly as possible. But until next time, mwah, stay spicy!
