A partner movement sequence using a couch where one person lies down while the other stands with one knee on the couch, one foot on the floor, then does hip rolls and figure-eights with their hands on the partner's chest. The host offers adjustments for reach and fatigue, keeping things playful throughout.

And welcome back, you nasties! If you're new here, no, I'm not really talking about yoga. The giving yoga partner is going to lie down on the couch. Let's pretend that their head is right here and they're laying face up. Now, as the receiving yoga partner, you're going to stand up and you're going to take your knee that's closest to the back of the couch and plant it toward the back of the couch. Your leg that's toward the outside of the couch, you're going to plant that foot on the ground. Okay, so you have one foot on the ground, one knee on the couch, and you're facing your giving yoga partner. From here, a great option is to roll your hips and kind of have fun with it, but if you're ready to get into it a little bit more, you're going to take your hands on the giving yoga partner's chest or on the outside of their shoulders and rock your weight forward. There's a number of things you could do here. You can rock back and forth, you can pop up and down, or you can draw figure eights. If you're short and you're having a difficult time reaching one foot to the ground and one knee to the couch, then I want you to lift up that bent knee and plant that foot instead. And this pose, paired with some grip on the back of the couch and a hand right here, will help you to get that up and down motion if that's what you're looking for. If you're doing any of these motions and you're getting kind of tired because you're in a perpetual squat, then I want you to flip it around, place your other knee, and have your back to your partner. I promise you they'll thank you for it. That is pretty much it for today. If you have any questions, go ahead and leave them in the comment section. But until next time, mwah! Stay spicy!
