And welcome back, you nasties! If you're new here, no, I'm not really talking about yoga. If you typically do the dog couples yoga pose like this, I'm gonna give you a recommendation for a slight tweak that you can make to make it just a little more spicy. Typically there are two ways that people usually do this couples yoga pose, and either it's on all fours on their palms or on all fours on their forearms. What I'm gonna recommend here is for the receiving yoga partner to come onto all fours onto their palms and lower down onto their forearms, and then try to lower even further down until their chest is touching the floor like this. This one is made a lot easier if you turn your head to the side so that your cheek is on the floor. And depending on the flexibility of your back, it's actually a pretty easy pose to hold. That's pretty much all that I have for you today. If you have any questions, please put them in the comment section and I'll respond to your questions as quickly as I can. But until next time, Mwah! Stay spicy! Oh, they're so precious! You guys are so sweet! Me, me, me, me, me, me, me!
