And we're back with some more couples yoga. If you're new here, no, I'm not really referring to couples yoga. And yes, I call it couples yoga because otherwise I get in trouble for spreading educational content. This couples yoga position is going to be more for a flexible receiver. If you're that flexible receiver, then continue listening. First and foremost, you're going to have your partner lie down on the ground like this. Once your yoga partner is on the ground, you as the receiving yoga partner are going to straddle on top of them. You're going to take one leg, lift that leg up, and plant that foot. You're going to lunge forward, letting your hips come all the way forward, and you're gonna take that back leg and scoot it as far back as you can, like this. Basically, you're going to be in a deep lunge. You can take your front leg and stretch it even further forward down into a split, which of course I don't yet quite have, but I'm working on it, you guys. If you don't yet have a split, that's totally fine. Do the deep lunge. If you do have a split, you can break this one out to surprise and impress your yoga partner. I hope that you all have an amazing day today, and of course, stay spicy.
