Try THIS If You’re Flexible! #stayspicy #notyoga

A partner stretch where one person folds forward to touch their knees while the other pulls them closer from behind. No equipment needed, works in tight spaces, and the presenter promises it's easier than it looks.

Class is back in session, you nasties! For those of you who are new here, no, I'm not really talking about yoga. Today's yoga position is going to be for a more flexible receiving yoga partner. If you're that partner, then you're in luck. This yoga position is actually really, really easy. It's something that you can do when you're in a cramped space, and you don't need any surfaces to accomplish it. Basically, what you're going to do is you're going to stand in front of your yoga partner. So pretend that my yoga partner is right back here behind me. Once you're in front of your yoga partner, you're going to try to keep a flat back as you lean forward, but we're not going to stop here at the halfway point. We're just going to keep going all the way forward, basically like a forward fold, touching the ground and basically just trying to kiss your kneecaps. Once you're here, your yoga partner will stand up directly behind you. You are going to reach around your legs, grab the back of your yoga partner's legs to help pull in close, like so. And once you're in that deep forward fold, your yoga partner can do what they do best. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section and I'll respond to as many as I possibly can. But until next time, mwah! Stay spicy!
