Angel Ardito walks through a playful partner positioning routine he calls yoga. He shows how the giving partner positions themselves behind the receiving partner, how to shift from side-lying to back-lying, and how to adjust legs for comfort. The video ends with his signature "stay spicy" sign-off.

And welcome back, you nasties! If you're new here, hi, my name is Angel Ardito, and no, I'm not really talking about yoga, just language that I have to use in order to avoid getting in trouble for spreading educational content. First things first, you and your partner are going to lie down on your sides. So the giving yoga partner is going to be behind the receiving yoga partner. Now the receiving yoga partner here is actually going to angle their chest a little bit further forward, so they're more perpendicular to their partner than they are parallel to their partner. The receiving yoga partner is going to lie down on their back, so you're turning from side to your back, and you're gonna pull your knees up. Keep your knees bent and then just kind of drape them over your yoga partner's legs. If you wish to, you can also straighten your legs up like this. You can also keep one leg straight and one knee bent. Whatever feels right to you in the moment is totally fine. As the giving yoga partner, you're going to take your top foot and plant it behind your bottom foot. This is going to give you a little bit of leverage to kind of push off of. If you wish to, you can come down onto your side in order to be a little more face-to-face with your partner. If you have any questions, go ahead and put them in the comment section and I'll respond to them as quickly as I possibly can. But until next time, mwah! Stay spicy!
