And welcome back to Couples Yoga Positions. Yes, I call it couples yoga because otherwise I get in trouble for spreading educational content. So let's get into today's yoga position. This yoga position is going to be utilizing a chair. What you're going to want to do is bring the chair to some other surface like a bed or a couch. You're going to have your partner sit in the chair. You are going to step over them and come down. We're not going to stop there though. At this point, once we're sitting all the way down on our partner, we're going to have them place their arms around our lower back to support the next movement. Once your yoga partner's hands are supporting your back, at that point you're going to lean all the way back onto your forearms like this. Once you're on your forearms like that, your yoga partner's hands are still going to be supporting the small of your back. This yoga position is going to be a little more slow moving. You really want to match your movements with your breath, and your yoga partner who has their hands on the small of your back is going to assist assist in the yoga movements. Overall, this can be a really enjoyable yoga position, but it can take some time and patience to learn. Just enjoy the process of figuring it out. Laugh at yourselves if you need to, take a break if you need to, and of course, if you ever feel like you're forcing something, then just don't do it. And as always, stay spicy.
