Welcome to the Soul of Innovation podcast. I am Thomas Anglero, and I have been talking to people all week, and I want to make a very strong point right now that I think is very important for you to think about when it comes to yourself and your future. And that is, do you have what it takes to be a leader, a true leader that everybody needs in this world today after COVID? And nobody wants to talk about that word, but yet COVID changed everything. People are not the same. You're not the same. Hence, the world needs new leaders. This is one of the greatest opportunities for you to be— to go from where you are today in your position, your level in life, to being that person that you always wanted to be, to being that person you see on TV, on Instagram, on Facebook, or whatever. This is that moment for you. Because the world doesn't have enough leaders. The world has too many bosses, has too many managers, has too many people who know how to yell and scream. But the world doesn't have enough leaders to say, listen, I could take care of you because you're broken. I could take care of you because you've missed being hugged. I can take care of you and I can give you guidance for the future. If that's your calling, if, if I'm talking to you and you're going, yes, Thomas Anglero, that's who I am, then this is your moment. And what you got to do with that moment is, if you're in school, you go to your teachers or you, you go to your professors and you tell them, I want extra assignment, I'm that person. You go to your guidance counselor, you say, listen, I want to apply for the hardest job that there is that nobody can ever get, and I know my GPA and my grades are not good enough, I still want to apply. You— it's time for you to step up because there's not enough people applying for the most difficult jobs. The biggest corporations and the best leaders, because there are some great leaders out there, are looking for people who are willing to be a leader. No one's willing to do it across the board, no matter what industry, what country I'm talking to. There are not enough people who believe in themselves and say, I am a leader. I want you to go forth, spread beauty and light, and tell people that you are that leader. I'm Thomas Anglero. Until next time. Thank you for listening to that episode.
