I made $3.4 million in one year selling AI to boring businesses. And in this video, I'm going to give you my entire business model and everything that I did so that you can literally just copy it for yourself. Now there's two types of people watching this. If you already run an agency, I'm going to give you the exact blueprint that took us from 50k a month to 500k per month in just 12 months. And if you're brand new just starting an agency, I'm going to give you step by step, the exact guide that I wish I had when I first started. And this is coming from somebody who is actively running this business every single day, not just somebody who's trying to sell you a course. Alright, so let's dive in. Last year I made $3.4 million with my agency. Here are literal screenshots of deposits into my bank account. So you can see every single month exactly what we did in cash deposited in our bank. And this is not just something that we did one time. And then all of a sudden I'm yapping about it on YouTube. This is a business we are actively running. This is literally yesterday's revenue and then today's revenue, $26,780, $10,300. So I am actively in the trenches. This is not just something that I did one time and then I'm not doing it anymore because it's not that good of a model. I'm doing this right now. This is my main source of income. So let's start off with what we actually do. So basically we install AI client acquisition systems into insurance agents and financial advisors businesses. So essentially what that means is there's three key components. Automated lead generation, AI qualification, and then booking appointments directly on their calendar. So the way that that actually works is we run ads on meta Facebook, we then send those ads to an AI appointment booking bot that conversates back with their leads and then books appointments directly on their calendar. And then we also have automations that follow up with those leads, nurture them and convert them into sales. It's a pretty simple business model. Or basically generating leads, booking appointments using AI and then helping our clients close deals on those leads. And I don't have some crazy coding or tech skills or anything like that. I literally just learned how to market and run ads on Facebook, which anybody could do. Created a AI one time that I duplicate for all of my clients so that I can use it and help them get results. And then I built a team around helping me fulfill this service and was able to scale it up. Now later on in this video, I'll show you in depth of exactly the tech stack that we use and how you can literally just copy the exact bot that I made for my clients so you can use it for yours. But first let me explain who you should actually be selling this to. So what I recommend is finding a niche. Don't try to go broad and sell to anybody that has a business or an llc. That's stupid. You'll get completely smoked. Okay, what you want to do is you want to find the perfect niche. Now there's three things that I look for here. Number one is you want to sell to people that sell expensive things. So for example, I want to sell to a client where every time that I get them a customer or a client, it's a more than pays for the entire cost of my service like three times over. So for example, if I'm selling to construction companies, if I bring them one client, that could be a multi six figure, a seven figure or a multi seven figure deal. Well, if I'm only charging them a few thousand dollars a month, how many clients do I have to bring them per year or per month to pay for my services? Maybe one to three a year. Right now that's in the extreme example. But if we look on the other side of the spectrum, like very low ticket things, if you're serving a barber shop, if you're chargin them 3,000 or $5,000 a month for getting them clients, if they're charging like 40, 50 bucks for a haircut, you got to bring them over 100 clients just for them to break even on your service. So that's basically four clients per working day that you would need to bring them in a month just to break even on the service that you're paying them versus construction company. Like we said, you bring them one client for the year and you've paid for your entire service. So that's the type of leverage that you want to look for. You want to sell to people that are selling high ticket services. So for example, lawyers, wealth firms, roofers, plastic surgeons, telemedicine, orthodontists, dentists, businesses like this that sell things for a high ticket package, ideally $5,000 or more are going to be great niches to look for. The next thing we want to look for is businesses that already spend a lot of money on marketing. So I don't want to have to go to a business and convince them that they should spend money to acquire more Customers, there's already enough things that I'm going to have to convince them of. When it comes to working with my company. I would rather go to businesses that already in their mind believe that they need to spend tens of thousands, or ideally hundreds of thousands, in some cases even millions of dollars a month acquiring new customers. So if I go to a restaurant that's not used to spending any money on marketing, and I then have to convince them, hey, you guys should spend money on marketing and you should pay me to do it for you. That's a much more difficult sale than if I go to a roofer that already has a door knocking team that goes out and knocks every single door in their city until people call the cops on them. That company is already pretty invested in customer acquisition and in paying for marketing and lead generation. So a good way that you can identify these good businesses to sell to is look at who's on billboards, who's on tv, whose ads do you see often, who's sending you direct mail in your mailbox. And that would be a pretty good place to start, because if they're already spending all that money on marketing, if you just redirect a little bit of that money to a better form of customer acquisition, you're going to make a lot of money. And the next thing you want to look for is stable businesses. So ideally, you want customers that don't go out of business. The way that you need to think about this is whenever you're building an agency, you're basically building MRR or monthly recurring revenue. So you want to walk into month three with more revenue consistently than you started with in month one. Right? And the only way that you do that is if your customers don't churn. If they stay with you, over time, it starts to build. And you see this graph right here. It grows over time. So for example, if you sold to college students who don't have any money and you're expecting them to pay you thousands of dollars every single month, your mrr, your revenue is going to look like this, right? Over time, your revenue is going to spike and then dip, and then spike and then dip. You want to sell to established businesses that do not go out of business. They make money every single month like clockwork. Because the stability of your business is built on the foundation and the base of the businesses that you sell to. So if you sell to people that have unstable businesses, your business is going to be up and down all over the place, and eventually you're going to just die and go out of business. But if you sell to businesses that are consistent, you know, ideally businesses that have been around for decades, if not centuries, you can find a business that's been around for 100 years and now you are the one providing the marketing and lead generation. You're in a good spot. So sell to established, stable, consistent businesses. All right, so what do you actually sell them? I gave you guys kind of a high level overview. You're running ads, you're generating leads, and then you're helping them book appointments. So how do you actually price that service and then how do you fulfill it? So first let's talk about pricing. So right now we have two different main offers. We have an offer for $8,000 and an offer for $15,000. Both of those offers are three month programs. If I was first getting started and here's exactly what I would do. So basically there's three different ways that you can price inside of an agency. All right, you have your retainer model, which is the most simple, lowest risk for you, type of way to charge. So basically with a retainer model, you charge somebody a flat fee every month, be it 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000amonth. It's a flat price per month that your clients pay you. Now it's easy to deliver for you and, and it's low risk for you, but it's high risk for your clients. So it's harder to sell. The next way is called pay per X. So essentially X can be subbed out for anything. So X could be pay per lead, pay per appointment, pay per showed appointment, pay per qualified appointment, pay per client, whatever. So you're essentially selling them a deliverable of whatever X is. Again, I went through that. Now pay per X is very easy for you to sell, but if you don't know your costs, you can end up in hot water. So I don't actually recommend starting with paper X unless you have an idea of what it's going to cost you to fulfill the last model, which honestly I don't recommend for anyone starting out, and I only would recommend if you're working with big established businesses, is a revenue share. So one of my mentors, he works with big high ticket businesses and he'll basically go in and take 10% of the profit that he brings. That business complicated to set up. It requires a lot of trust on your end and on the customer's end and only makes sense if you're good at what you do, really good at what you do, and you're working with businesses that are established and wanting to scale. So that really narrows us down to the two options, retainer and pay per X. What I recommend starting off with is a retainer model with a guarantee. So if I was first getting started again, I would basically have a retainer anywhere from probably 1500 to $3000 a month for a beginner. As you start to get more established, you can charge closer to 3,000 to $5,000 a month once you have a proven track record. But in the beginning, I'd be doing 1500 to three grand a month and I would have a guarantee attached. So, for example, three months, $9,000. We guarantee you 30 appointments a month or you don't pay. Right. So my offer is very simple, easy to explain and low risk for my clients. Then once you've kind of established what your costs are, you could then move over to a pay per X model. So you could charge somebody per qualified lead that you booked them. And because now you've served and delivered for a few clients, you know what your costs are going to be to deliver a qualified lead. So then you know what your costs are. You mark that up. And then now instead of charging people retainers, you can just sell them leads or sell them appointments or sell them signed clients. Right? And that becomes easier to sell. More risk on you to fulfill. But once you know your numbers, it's easy to do. So now that we've established how to price your services, what are you actually delivering again? Put simply, we are creating Facebook ads. We use tools like nano, Banana and VO3 to create the ads. I'll go more in depth on that in just a moment. We build out AI and automations inside of GoHighLevel. So the AI will text and conversate back and forth with your clients leads, book appointments directly on their calendar. You can build all of this inside of GoHighLevel. And again, if you guys want direct access to my exact chat bot, just join my free school community down below. I'll give you the exact bot. You can just copy it for your own industry. But we built all of that on GoHighLevel. And then the last piece is we provide coaching for our clients. So one thing that I've seen huge success with is you deliver for a bunch of clients and you find your one client that is the best at sales. Because the biggest thing you're going to struggle with when it comes to getting clients for your customers is you can do everything right, but if they can't sell, they won't stay. So you Find one of your clients that's really good at sales and then you pay them or you incentivize them, you can give them the service for free. And then they jump into your community and do coaching on how to sell. And it increases the retention of your overall service. So our service includes those four deliverables. We get them the leads, which then we use AI and automation to book them appointments. We build all of that out on GoHighLevel and then we provide them coaching on how to sell so that they stay longer because they're continually making money. So let's talk about the tech stack again. We build everything out on a software called GoHighLevel. So the cool thing about GoHighLevel, it's $97 a month for their base plan. Then it's 497 if you white label it to your clients. So you can pay $500 for 97 and you can sell Go High Level over and over and over again to your clients. So inside of our agency, we actually make 20,000 doll month in profit just from reselling our Go High Level to our clients. And we just charge them the same price that Go High level is, which is 97amonth. But it's a massive profit source for us on the back end. And then the cool thing is, whenever we onboard a client, all we have to do is click one button and we can take all of the work that we've done and just immediately copy it into the new client's account so we don't have to set everything up from scratch. It makes it tremendously easier and it's a massive source of profit for us on the back end. All right, so now let's talk about how we actually create the ads using AI. So we use an AI tool called Manus, which we've basically trained on how to write ad copy for our specific niche and clients. And then whenever we need new scripts, we go to Manus, we give it a prompt, it goes and scrapes the Internet, does research, writes a scripts, then we can take those scripts and we use nano banana and V03 to create video ads, which we then edit, clip up, and then we run those on Facebook. Facebook to generate leads for our clients. So we can actually automate and create the ads entirely with AI and a little bit of marketing knowledge and understanding of how to get high quality leads. And instead of having to pay a bunch of actors to create the ads and do all this stuff, or me having to film them myself, I can literally just do it. All with AI. All right, so now that I've explained what we're actually delivering, how do you actually go about getting clients? Well, for us, we basically run ads on Facebook, on meta. We generate the leads, we send them to a survey that they fill out and then they book directly, directly onto our calendar. Then we have a sales team that takes those calls. They're usually 45 minute calls over Zoom and they sell the clients into the service. It's pretty simple. Now, obviously there's more that goes into it, there's more strategy that goes behind it. If you want our exact sales script and all that stuff, it's going to be linked inside of the free school community with a bunch of training on how to sell and how to generate leads. But this is just kind of a high level overview for you. Now, I'll have my editors throw up some examples of what these ads look like. But basically you're just going to take your guarantee or your offer you and then put it in your ads and explain what the guarantee your offer is in the ad very simply, right? So if you have a good offer, you don't have to put what I call window dressing on it. Like if my offer is you only pay per client that we get you, I don't need to like write a whole song and dance about why that's good, right? Like, I just need to say, hey, this is what we do, this is what we deliver, this is how we deliver it. Click, learn more if you want to be a part of it. And it's the easiest marketing ever when your offer's good. So that's why you want to spend time mastering and figuring out what your guarantee is going to be so that you can attract customers. And then the marketing and the advertising process to get clients is easy. And then the next step, once you have your ads, getting clients, bringing them in, you're delivering your service consistently, is you just start to spend more in ads and slowly increase in scale. You hire more team members, you bring more people on and then it really just becomes a process of making sure that your operations and your fulfillment don't break. Now, if you want a step by step guide of exactly everything that I would do if I was starting my agency over from scratch, check this video out right here. It's a 40 minute full free course on exactly what I would do if I was starting over from scratch. See you guys there.
