Copy This AI Facebook Ads Strategy, It Got Me an 11x ROAS (Post-Andromeda)

In this YouTube tutorial Timothy Schucker explains how Facebook advertising has fundamentally changed in 2026 – a shift he calls the “post‑Andromeda” era – and why traditional tactics like interest targeting and hook‑centric testing no longer work. He presents a three‑part system that delivered a 4× overall ROAS and an 11× ROAS on a single ad. The system consists of (1) crafting precise, audience‑specific messaging that lets Facebook’s AI handle targeting, (2) using generative AI to produce large volumes of ad scripts, images, and videos in minutes, and (3) deploying a simple Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO) campaign structure that can be scaled without a media buyer. Schucker walks through the process of building a detailed customer avatar using Pareto analysis, documenting the target’s circumstances, obstacles, desires, and preferred language. He then shows how to feed this avatar into AI prompts to generate 15 ad scripts and 15 image ads, how to produce or outsource the video assets, and how to organize them into three ad sets (broad, interest‑based, and look‑alike) with equal budgets. He explains how to monitor cost‑per‑call, identify diminishing returns, and duplicate campaigns while pruning under‑performing ads to keep scaling. Throughout, he emphasizes that the creative copy is now the primary targeting mechanism, and that AI can handle the heavy lifting of creative generation and audience inference. The video ends with a call‑to‑action for viewers to apply for one‑on‑one help.

If you're running Facebook ads right now, you know that the game has completely changed. If you're still running ads the old way, making a bunch of different hooks, trying to configure your targeting to go after the right people, then you are getting absolutely fucked in 2026. Your CPMs are skyrocketing, your cost per lead and cost per book call is through the roof, and your ROAS probably makes you want to cry. And I was in the exact same boat until I learned how to run ads using AI in the post-Andromeda era. And right now we're getting results like this. 4x ROAS across all of our campaigns just this month. And one of our ads has an 11x ROAS. And in this video, I'm going to give you the exact system that we are using right now. It comes down to 3 simple things. Number 1, dialing in your messaging so that the AI in the algorithm does all of the targeting for you. 2, using AI to build out all of the creative that you need in 15 minutes. And 3, using a stupidly simple campaign structure that lets you scale without even having to pay a media buyer. And again, we are literally using using this exact system that I'm about to show you to get a 4x ROAS. For every $1 we put in, we're getting over $4 back. Now, really quickly, if you want me and my team to help you implement this system into your business, click the link down below to apply to work with us one-on-one. But for now, let's get into the video. All right. So we're going to be talking about how to get a 4x ROAS using AI in the post-Andromeda era. As I was saying earlier, here's a 4x ROAS on $53K spent this month. And here's one ad that we're running that has an 11x ROAS and has produced us $22,000 of profit this month. So far. Now here's the thing: Andromeda basically changed everything, and what used to work a year ago is now just gonna cost you money. Okay, so a couple different things that people used to do that no longer work. One is interest targeting. You used to go on Facebook and you'd make all these different interest stacks and do this thing and do that thing, and you would target people based off of like credit score and their income and all that stuff. That is obviously no longer a thing, but frankly, interest targeting is not even that relevant. I'll give you guys some specific examples in terms of where you can use it, but it's not going to be the main way that you're be reaching people. Okay. The next thing, which is by far one of the most propagated ideas when it comes to running ads, which is the hook does 90% of the work, which is still true to some extent. But what you used to do is you would make an ad and then make like 10 or 20 different hook variations of that exact same ad. So you wouldn't have to go out and make brand new ads. You would literally just change the first 3 to 5 seconds of an ad that is no longer working, which again is one of the most like commonly understood principles of running ads is put all the effort into the hook, tweak the hook out test different hooks. So that's what used to work. That's what a lot of people are still doing. But this is what's actually working now. So now the messaging of your ad is everything. Targeting is dead. The words in your ad do the targeting for you. Okay. The next thing you have to have tons of variety of ads. Again, what you used to be able to do is you would literally just get 3 bodies, right? And then you would have like 3 hooks of each body. So you basically have like 9 different variations of an ad. You throw that up into Facebook and you can spend thousands of dollars a day on it. Now it's all all about variety. So you need a mix of images and videos, and the images and the videos need to be completely unique. AI does the heavy lifting. So AI is going to basically take a look at the video or the image that you upload. It's going to index it, look at the actual asset, and then determine who it should show it to and who's most likely to respond. And then the last piece— so this is a campaign structure that I got from one of my mentors, Jeremy Haynes. I'm going to show you guys how we actually structure the campaigns. So it's very simple. You can scale it up and it honestly takes less work than ever before. So if you really implement this and you do it right, you can get a higher ROAS than you probably have ever gotten on Facebook with less work than you've ever had to put in on Facebook. So if you're an idiot, this is the worst thing ever. But if you are smart and you adapt, you're going to make more money than you've ever made running ads. All right. So let's start with the first piece, which is mastering your messaging. So before you film a single ad, you need to understand 3 things about your market and who you're going to create the ad for. So number 1 is who are you actually targeting? All right. Number 2 is what are their circumstances, obstacles, and desires? And number 3, how do they want to be spoken to? So let's go through and kind of break this down. So first and foremost, who are you going to target? Right. Well, you can't create messaging and you can't figure out who you want to go after if you don't even know who you're trying to attract. So you want to get very, very dialed in on this because again, the creative is the targeting. So you're not going to be figuring out who you're going to target by configuring all this stuff in the ads manager. You're going to figure that out now before you even write your ad. So the best thing to do is to look at who your current customers are, who you have, and take the top 20%, the people that spend the most and complain the least. Right. So this is called the Pareto principle. 20% of your customers result in 80% of your profits. Doesn't always break out exactly like that, but those are the type of things that you want to look for. Who are your customers that are spending the most money, buying the most, giving you the best return, closing at the highest rate, highest LTV, all of those things, right? Then you want to analyze what those people actually have that are different than your other customers. So you want to make a detailed profile. What is their age typically? What is their income? What is their profession? What is their revenue level? All these different things. And then you want to dial that avatar in and ignore everybody else. All right. So once you figure out who you want to actually go after, then we're going to move on to the next step. So let me give you an example. So let's say, for example, I had a marketing agency that sold to lawyers. Why am I determined that my best clients are lawyers who are making $5 million or more a year, own a successful firm, they have multiple attorneys. They're spending a bunch of money on marketing and they want to dominate their market and open multiple offices right now. The next thing we want to call out their circumstances, obstacles, and desires. So let's say for that particular individual, the person that's doing $5 million a year or more, I want to basically get inside their head. So circumstances, what does their life actually look like right now? Are they successful? Are they struggling? Are they scaling? You want to be able to paint the picture of their current reality and actually write this down on a Google Doc. Next, their obstacles. So what is stopping them from getting what they want? Right. Ideally, you would actually start with the desires next. So what are their current circumstances? What are their desires? Right. So what do they want? More cases. They want to dominate their market. They want to have multiple offices. They want to be the top dog in their city. And then what are the obstacles that are stopping them from getting there? Right. So circumstances, obstacles, and then desires. So you want to write all of these things down. And then lastly, you want to figure out how they want to be spoken to. Right. So figure out how to speak their language. The fastest way to lose a prospect is to talk to them the wrong way. If you talk to a successful lawyer like you would talk to a brand new entrepreneur, you're just going to completely offend and turn away the lawyer as a client. Right. But if you talk to a beginner entrepreneur like you would talk to a lawyer who's doing $5 million a year, they're going to have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. Right. So you need to match their intelligence, speak specifically to them for lawyers specifically. Right. So you would need to speak to them as equals. You want to talk to them like they actually know what they're talking about because they do. Cut the fluff. Just be very direct. For the example here that I'm giving of lawyers, they can sense through bullshit because they deal with bullshit all day and they talk bullshit all day. If we're being real, if we look at what lawyers actually do, so they know what bullshit looks like. So you would just speak to them very directly, telling them exactly what you do, what it is, why you're different. Right. But that would depend based off of who you're targeting. So you always want to understand what's the language that you need to figure out to speak to your audience. So once you have all of that down and again, you can use AI to help you kind of like create all these things. Now you want to upload this into an AI. I'll show you guys how we do this in just a moment and we're going to have it create the ads for us. All right. So I'm going to have it create 15 scripts, 15 images based off of the ideal avatar. I want to go after the circumstances, obstacles and desires, and then the language with which they want to be spoken to. All right. So I just had AI go through and build this whole doc, the 7-figure law firm owner. So we have the avatar. Who are they? Their current reality, the golden handcuffs, what they're doing, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever their obstacles, their desire, where they want to go, and then how to speak their language. So now I'm going to basically prompt this to take this doc that it made and then it's going to write me 15 ad scripts and then make 15 image ads based off of who we want to speak to. So let's just say that my offer was— let's say I was an SEO agency for lawyers. All right. So here we go. We just made our prompt. I literally just voice prompted this off the top of the dome. So let's say I run an SEO agency for lawyers and I help them rank at the top search results in their local area. Make me 15 unique ad scripts with different angles. That's the key. Follow copywriting best practices. So I uploaded this whole doc that I made that has the best practices for writing ad copy. If you guys want this, join my free school community link down below. It'll be posted inside of there. And then also make me 15 image ads that demonstrate, show our offer in an easy to understand and compelling way. So I'm just going to paste this prompt in here. We're going to let it generate those. We'll come back in a couple of minutes and see what it created. All right. And here we go, boys and girls. Let's take a look at these scripts. These are a little short, so I would just re-prompt it and have it make it a little bit bigger, but not terrible. I would probably give it some examples of some good scripts and I would just re-prompt this and we could have it cooking. But here we go. The photo ads came out absolutely banging. Look at these. All of these photo ads were made completely from AI. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. I mean, you guys literally just saw me prompt this. We got all of these ads that were made. So there we go. Now let me show you guys what you would do next. All right, cool. So once you have those scripts made, you have two options. You can either film the ads yourself or you can hire an actor, or actually there's 3 options, or you could use Veo 3 or some other AI to go and create those videos. Then you're going to send them to an editor. At this point, I have not found an AI editor that can edit ads as good as a human. So for now you got to use a human. And then what you're going to do is you're going to upload all of those ads into Facebook. So let me show you guys the campaign structure that you're actually going to use. All right. So this is what we use. It's an ABO scaling system. So again, I did not come up with this. I got this from a mentor of mine, Jeremy Haynes, has some banger content on marketing on YouTube. If you haven't checked him out, I would recommend it. So basically what we do is we create an ABO campaign. So ad set budget optimization. What you're going to do is you're going to make an ABO campaign. You're going to have one ad set within the campaign that's just completely broad, and then you're going to do two other ones that are going to be an interest that has worked for you in the past, or it could also be a lookalike audience. So remember earlier when I was saying sometimes you'll use interest stacks? In this case, you would use an intro stack. Then what you're going to do is you're going to put those 15 images and the 15 videos that have been edited into that ad set. And then you're literally just going to have 3 ad sets with all the same ads inside of them, but different audiences for each of the ad sets. You're going to set the budget equally across all of the ad sets and then just let them rip. So what you're going to notice is as your campaign starts running, you're going to start to get results. One of the ad sets may be performing better than the others, and then you would allocate more budget to that. Now, the cool thing is you can really just start to scale these up until you start to reach a point of diminishing returns. So let's say, for example, I want my cost per book call to be $100. Well, let's say I scale up, I'm spending $500 a day, my cost per call is $100. I scale up to $1,000 a day, my cost per call is $100. But then I scale up to $1,500 a day and all of a sudden my cost per call jumps to $200. Right now I would want to drop the budget back down to wherever I was able to find that optimal minimal cost. And now it becomes what's called a foundational campaign. So you leave this campaign just running. And then what you're going to notice is inside of that ad set, you're going to have most of the spend on like 1 or 2, maybe 3 different ads. So you'll then just duplicate that same ad set, but remove the ads that were getting all the spend. Because again, you made 15 videos, 15 images, you made 30. If only 3 of them are getting the spend, you can duplicate it again and now Facebook will spend on those other ads. Hopefully that makes sense. If you have questions, drop them in the comments down below. So literally what you do to scale is you just spend more, keep making new ads, adding a ton of those ads into those ad sets. And then once you start to reach a point of diminishing returns with one of the campaigns, you duplicate it, take out the ads that are getting all the spend, relaunch it with more ads, and that's literally all that it takes. So here you can see a flowchart of how this works. You launch it, you scale it, watch your costs closely. You want to set your KPIs for whatever you want from that campaign. Once you start to hit a ceiling and you're hitting diminishing returns, you just duplicate that campaign, cut out the ads that were getting all the spend, and then go from there. So to recap, this is the complete playbook. This is exactly what we literally did to get a 4x ROAS and an 11x ROAS on one single ad. Figuring out the messaging, knowing your exact ideal avatar's circumstances, obstacles, and desires. We then use Manus to create those ads, 15 scripts, 15 images. You then produce the videos, get them edited, upload all 30 into your campaign, and then you literally just scale it up till you hit the diminishing returns and rinse and repeat. So ladies and gentlemen, that is exactly what we do to fucking dominate on Facebook in 2026 and beyond using AI and post-Andromeda tactics.
