Short guidance (spoken) outlining four core principles for running Facebook ad campaigns: 1) keep campaigns organized and structured, 2) follow a prescribed step-by-step process, 3) know and track key metrics (lead cost, leads) both in Facebook and externally, and 4) refresh ad creatives regularly during scaling. The tone is practical, instructional, and checklist-oriented.

So there's four tenets to our kitchen. It relates back to Facebook ads. A good chef always keeps a clean kitchen. You need to stay organized. You need to have your ads in one place. You need to have a structure to your campaign, and you want to be tracking things that are working in your campaigns, the things that are not working in your campaigns. Number two, you must follow the recipe we lay out step by step, what to do, at which point, and we have to follow that to a T. Number three is know your ingredients. By this I mean know your numbers. You need to know what ad is getting you, what lead cost, how many leads it's getting you. And you can track all of those within Facebook, but I would also recommend tracking those you know on an external spreadsheet. The last one is you always need to use fresh ingredients. You need to cycle your ad creatives. Especially when you're running and scaling and you're doing larger campaigns. You want to always have some ads in the pipeline and always have fresh ad creatives.
