8 Ways To Use ChatGPT As An Insurance Agent (SHOULD BE ILLEGAL)

Timothy Schucker shows eight ways insurance agents can use ChatGPT: explain concepts with analogies, write Facebook ads, script YouTube videos, generate sales objections rebuttals, draft emails to underwriting, create organic social posts, craft presentation one-liners, and write stories to emotionally sell life insurance.

Here are eight out of the box ways to use ChatGPT to supercharge your insurance business. Be sure to stick around to the end of the video because I guarantee you that you have never heard of any of these ways to use CHAT GPT. And the eighth one is going to absolutely blow your mind. Starting with number one, which is using ChatGPT to explain complex insurance concepts. As all of you know, insurance can be quite boring, especially if you're not in the industry, and a little bit hard to understand, especially when we get into some of the more advanced markets like IULs or annuities. So what you can do is put a prompt in the chatgpt to come up with analogies or more simple ways to explain life insurance or some of the complex features of life insurance to people that don't understand the product. Alright, so for example, an annuity. I typed in the chatgpt explain an annuity to me using similes and analogies. And here's what it came up with. An annuity is like a regular paycheck that you receive for the rest of your life. Think of it like a water fountain. You put in your coins and then every day you receive a steady stream of water. Your income, the income keeps coming to you, just like your annuity, no matter what happens in the world. Another way to think of it is like a cookie jar. You put your cookies in the jar and then every month you take out a set amount of cookies. This continues until the jar is empty, just like annuity continues until you pass away or the annuity term ends. So the way that I would use this is if you have to come up with a couple different ways to, to incorporate into your presentation to explain an advanced concept. So you could have it explain whole life insurance, iul, an annuity term, life insurance, whatever, and basically just put it down to the simplest possible terms so your prospect gets it. So number two is to use CHAT GPT to help you write ad copy to use in your own Facebook ad. So I've demonstrated this on a bunch of different trainings that we've done in the past. But basically what I would do, go to ChatGPT and I could say, write me an engaging Facebook ad copy to sell burial insurance to seniors and voila, it types all of our ad copy right here and we can just basically read over this, make sure everything's good, and copy and paste it into Facebook. Now number three is to actually use ChatGPT to write out and plan YouTube videos for you so that you can build your own personal brand and generate organic leads for life insurance. So lets say I'm absolutely terrible at planning out YouTube videos and I need some ideas for how to make some videos about insurance. Instead of looking at Cody Askins or David Duford's channel, I can go to ChatGPT and type in give me some viral YouTube ideas that would relate to insurance. And here we go. It's just giving me a ton of different video ideas. Insurance 101, the basics of coverage, explaining the different types of insurance. You can break down whole life versus term insurance. And it's giving me all these different ideas that I could basically break down and I can have it type in different prompts and get even more ideas for videos. So this is another excellent idea that I can use ChatGPT for. And then I could also have it plan the script out for the video for me so I don't have to do that myself. All right, and number four, this one is quite interesting to me, especially on the sales side. I love using ChatGPT to tie into your sales presentation and this one is actually using it to help you over common objections and rebuttals. So the best way to use ChatGPT is to ask it to give you multiple prompts and then you pick what's the best. It's kind of like the numbers game with sales you would want to ask for. Give me five ways to respond to this objection. Instead of just one. Give me five ways to respond to. Let me think about it in a life insurance sales presentation. Alright, well let's be real. This first one's absolutely terrible. The second one is solid, no problem. I understand that life insurance is a big decision. Is there anything specific you need to consider before making your choice? And then it's given me all these different ways that I could respond to this objection. And again, as you can see, based off of number one, this is the reason why we haven't generated multiple responses. Because sometimes just the first one it comes up with is not so good. And as you can see, we can basically just have it regenerate a ton of responses until we basically kind of get a solid idea that we want to expand off upon and then incorporate that into our script. And number five is to help you write emails or cases to respond to underwriting decisions. So let's say you go out and you write a policy on Ms. Jones and Ms. Jones gets rejected because she has heart failure, but she actually doesn't have it. It just showed up on her medical records. Maybe she took a medication that made that pop up. So what I can do is I can go to ChatGPT and instead of wasting all this time crafting this professional email, I can go to ChatGPT and say, Write me an email to send to underwriting to send to the underwriting at an insurance company that argues the case that Mrs. Jones actually have heart failure. She just took a medication that is also used in the email. Polite, but also slightly assertive. And voila, it's writing me this email. Now this is perfect because sometimes, whenever you're a little bit angry about an underwriting musician, when you write the email yourself, you might kind of come across as a jerk. But if you just tell Chat GPT what you want, you'll actually come up with a well crafted response. It looks quite professional, but also cuts your point across as far as what you want done. All right, number six, we're back to the organic lead generation method. And number six is to use ChatGPT to help you write Facebook posts to grow your brand organically. Some people just hate, you know, being on Facebook. They don't know what to say, they don't know what to post. What you can do is we can go to ChatGPT and say, give me 10 ideas for Facebook posts to grow my page about life insurance. And here we just wait and it's going to say share educational content about different types of life insurance. It's giving me all these different ideas. So let's just pick one of them and I can say, I'll go with number one. Write me five posts that follow number one. And as we can see, it's typing all these different posts that I could use on my Facebook page. And all I have to do is just copy and paste these onto Facebook, post them and let the engagement roll my way. Alright now, number seven, we're back to the sales presentation. And this is to use ChatGPT to come up with one liners in your sales presentation. We all know that the best sales people have the best one liners in the slickest, smoothest responses to objections or, you know, little jokes to incorporate into their presentation. Believe it or not, we can actually use Chat GPT to help us come up with these. So what I'll do is I go to ChatGPT and I'll say, Write me 15 one liners to use in a sales presentation about life insurance. Make them funny and clever. Alright, so I'm looking at these responses it came up with. And basically, again with ChatGPT, at least for right now, you kind of want to pick apart different Things from it. You don't just want to take it exactly as it is. So, for example, you know, I could just be like, you know, life insurance, it's the gift that just keeps on giving even after you're gone. It's a perfect one liner. Let's say Ms. Jones gives you a price. Objection. You say, you know, well, Ms. Jones, you know, you can't put a price on peace of mind, something like that. Here's another one. Life insurance is the ultimate act of love that you can give for your family. It's the last love letter you ever get. Here's another one. The safety net for when life throws you a curveball. So I was actually using ChatGPT earlier and it gave me this absolute stunner of a one liner. It said, you won't need money in heaven, but your family sure will when you're gone. So be sure to use Chat GPT for some one liners in your script so that you can sound smoother and slicker when you're talking to your clients. All right, number eight, this one is about to blow your mind. If any of you have ever heard the term facts tell stories sell, this is going to set off a light bulb in your mind. Now, without any Further ado, number eight is using ChatGPT to help you develop stories that you can use in your sales presentation that demonstrate the power of life insurance. Let me explain and give you an example right now. So we're going to go to Chat GPT. We're going to say, write me five short stories where a senior didn't buy life insurance and their family was forced to go into debt to pay for their funeral and let Chad GPT write some short stories for us. All right, so here are our stories. We got five of them. I'm looking at number three and I'm going to read it to you real quick. So Mrs. Patel was a thrifty senior who always kept a tight grip on her finances. When she passed away, her family was shocked to find out she didn't have any life insurance or savings to pay for her funeral. They were forced to rely on credit cards to cover the cost, leaving them with a mountain of debt that took years to pay off. So the way that I can incorporate this into my script, let's say you're in a sales presentation and maybe Ms. Jones is getting a little hesitant about pulling the trigger on getting a policy. Here's what I'll say. You know, Ms. Jones, I have to tell you, there's a story that I remember the lady in it actually kind of reminds me a little bit of you. Her name was Ms. Patel. She was a senior who was very thrifty and very tight with her finances. Very responsible lady. And she was in a similar situation to you. You know, she wasn't 100% sure about pulling the trigger on this kind of stuff. She didn't want to spend the extra money just because she was. She was very focused on saving money, making sure that she had enough to get each month. And so she decided to pass on life insurance. Now, when she passed, her family was absolutely shocked to find out that she didn't have any life insurance and they were forced to use credit cards to pay for her funeral. Now they're still paying off that debt to this day, and I would hate for your family to be in a similar situation. There you go. Facts, tell stories, sell, guys. So be sure to use ChatGPT. I've given you eight excellent ways and the eighth way is my personal favorite because you can literally just generate a ton of ton of stories that basically demonstrate the power of life insurance in the snap of your fingers.
