Got the elevator. This apartment complex there is piss on the floor.
Well, we're on the 10th floor.
It's like it gets crazier every level.
This one's armed also.
All right, so to be completely real with you guys, I think we made a massive mistake.
We messed up.
Going on.
Guys, it is Tim and Julian from Advanced Agent Marketing. We're out here door knocking in the Tesla today, trying to save some money on gas. You know those prices at the pump are getting freaking expensive. So we're running on electricity here, but we have about 26, 27 self generated local Facebook leads all within about 10 miles of our, of our house. We generated all of these yesterday on our own Facebook campaign. We got on the clipboard right here a little picture of what the form looks like. We got their name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, beneficiary and you know, gonna go hit these doors. We are on our third one right now. We actually just set an appointment for Friday on our third door knock. But we're gonna keep you posted and let you know how the day goes.
Just got out of the house. It was a.
True tr.
Yeah, so we just got out of a house, almost got hit by a nice Cadillac. But the guy that or the lady that we were talking to, she was super sweet. She was shocked that we got there within 10 minutes of her filling out the form. She was like, wow, that's, that's really fast. I don't, I mean I need to, I need to kind of think about that a little bit. Was, you know, that was her objection. I don't think she's ready to pull the trigger just yet. We went ahead and set up a follow up appointment and you know, let, let her know that we'd be bringing some extra value in the next appointment as well. Pretty optimistic on that one. Super nice lady, she gave us some water, but on to the next one.
All right guys, so I will tell you there is only one downside to running FE in the Tesla and that is this right here charge at 37%. We started off today and I think it was 79 or 80%. But after driving around the county all day, it starts to, starts to wear down the battery. So you know, we're not paying for gas, but there's definitely some trade offs here. It's not all pros.
Yeah, I was stopping by, responding to a Facebook form that's filled out.
Hold on one second. Okay.
Yes. Hey, I was, I was responding to the Facebook form that you had filled out. It was about the ah, yes. Yes, huh? Yeah, absolutely. So I was stopping by because we tried calling, but you probably just thought we were a telemarketer. Yeah. So basically what we do is we just do like a five minute survey with you to see what you qualify for. You have five minutes now? Yeah. Okay, Let me go grab my bag from the car and then we'll fill one up. Okay.
So Tim and I are a couple scammers out here. You know, just went to a door, lady said to come on in, said she wanted some insurance.
You actually heard it because we just played the video for you.
Yeah. So she was super serious about it. You know, we were gonna get in, help her out, whatever daughter ended up, you know, she was hiding behind her door across the apartment. She was like, mom, don't get the insurance. They're scammers. I was like, yep. Yo, what? So I put on my insurance license to show. I said, look, I'm licensed by the state of North Carolina. You know, I have this. You know, I've been checked by the state bureau of investigation. Yeah. Fingerprints. Federal Bureau of investigation. And she's like, look, I can't. My daughter' not going to let me. So we're going on to the next one. But yeah, I thought that one was pretty entertaining. Figured I'd keep you guys posted on that. So we'll see you in the next one.
That's the first.
Never seen that.
Hey, what's going on?
I was stopping by looking for a.
Okay, she had filled out a form on Facebook that looked like this. Earlier today, I was about getting some quotes on burial insurance. She had listed her beneficiary as a checker.
Kids.
Yeah. She.
Okay? Do you know why she would have filled the form out?
I have no idea.
Got you. Guys, she said she's not available right now. Okay, we can give her a call.
A little bit later.
Let me just confirm that we have the right phone number, cuz if this.
Yeah, perfect. All right, well, we'll just give her a call with it later and try to figure out what she was doing the night with. All right, thank you. Have a good one, buddy.
The guy looked like his name is Keith.
All right, so you guys just saw that video of me hitting that last door. The guy who looked like his name was Keith set off his alarm system thinking that was going to scare us away. But after the stuff that I've seen running fe. That's. That's nothing. But guy was kind of a chach. It is what it is. We're gonna hit the next door. Just Got to the Tesla chargers, getting pretty close. We're on 18 right now. Hit a couple more doors since we last spoke, but we're eating a little bit of dinner right now. We have more daylight. After we're finished charging, we're gonna go back and hit some more. But if not, then we're gonna be on the doors early tomorrow morning. Just knocked on one more door in an apartment. Was almost impossible to find this place. But Julian knocked on the door, she opened, told her what it was about. She seemed pretty interested. She was on like a long distance call with her work at 8 o' clock at night, which doesn't make a ton of sense. But anyway, she said, you know, come back another time. We're like, all right, cool. What's your availability? We'll set an appointment. She says, oh, I don't know my availability. Just come back. It's like, well, yeah, that doesn't really work. So we're just gonna call her ahead before we come back because I'm not trying to roll up on here and, you know, waste my time again. So we're gonna give her a call ahead of time. All right, so to be completely real with you guys, I think we made a massive mistake.
We messed up.
So earlier, you know, when we were door knocking these doors, I think we probably had about seven or eight people ask us for a business card. We've been doing all of our business over telesales recently and we just, you know, did face to face again today, and I think we looked pretty unprofessional having no business cards. So we, we're going to hop on ordering those ASAP. No Rocky.
Yep.
All right, guys. So it's currently 10:37 at night. It's funny, Julian and I actually had a bet earlier today when we were in the grocery store. I asked him, I said, how long do you think it's going to be before we get our first lead in our own neighborhood? And he didn't give me a straight answer. But the thing is, we just got it. We just got our first lead within our own neighborhood. It was only three minutes away from our house, so pretty big time. These leads are no joke. I'm gonna go door knock them tomorrow. All right, guys, day two. We're actually about to go hit our first door that is within our neighborhood. So we will see you there.
Hey, how are you? Good.
How are you guys doing?
Good, thanks. I was responding to a Facebook form that filled out requesting information on the final expense program. You'd listed your beneficiary as your wife, I'm guessing you're Mr. Yeah. Okay, gotcha. So, yeah, basically what we do is we go through a little five minute survey, see what you qualify for, and then we can help you.
Great.
And if not, then we'll just keep it moving. You have five minutes.
Now what, what would. What am I qualifying for?
This is for the final expense program. It's looking at like life insurance, you know, for like a funeral.
Oh, okay. I know what you're talking about now.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So we just see a couple health questions because there's bunch of different programs.
That are out there.
Each one kind of has different benefits, different perks.
Okay. Things like that.
You want to just do it out here? Sure.
It's comfortable out here.
Okay. Yeah. Let me grab the. Let me grab the computer from the car.
I can grab it for you.
Yeah, sure. So we just got another presentation off with the gentleman that you just saw the previous door knock of his wife had come out and said, hey, you know, offered for us to come in and everything. But yeah, we ended up going through everything with him. He said he wanted to think about it. You know, we kept pressing to see if, if there was an opportunity to go. Filled an application there. He was pretty adamant and they were talking about leaving to go to Alabama or something. I don't know what that was about. But yeah, I don't know. But yeah, he said he wanted me to follow up with him, something that he wanted to kind of go over and think about. So, you know, I didn't want to press him too hard. Just gonna follow up, not a big deal. You know, if we don't hear back from him, I'll just go door knock him again. But you know, super nice guy. On to the next one. All right, guys, so we just wrote our first policy on this, this week's package. It was 120amonth for six.
About six.
A little over 16 in coverage. Guy was super happy. They called their grandson his beneficiary to, you know, tell him, hey, we're getting insurance, blah, blah, blah. He'd been written previously, but the last agent had written him on a policy for 12 grand for 180amonth. And he had actually said that he couldn't insure the man's wife either, who we're going to come back and get on Monday. But yeah, it was super cool, really nice to help them out. They were really grateful, really good people, locals just like us to the area. But remember guys, you have to read and you have to ask the Right. Questions. If you're not looking over past business that people have written, you're missing opportunities.
Know your carriers too.
Know your carriers. Know the difference. Don't just rely on a quoting tool. It's nice to have that. But you also want to know which questions to ask and which companies to go with. So we'll see in the next. On the elevator. This apartment complex there is piss on the floor.
Well we're on the 10th floor though.
It gets crazier every level here since Orange Belt.
Also we got one more appointment after this one for the day and I think we're going to call it. We've made that one sale so far. Probably going to work some more of these leads next week. But we got to do some stuff for the course and you know all of that. But yeah, we'll let you know how this appointment goes and we'll see you.
On the other side on the elevator of this apartment complex. There is piss on the floor. Smells awful. We got in. We got into this apartment complex. Like portions of the ceiling are missing. There's a.
There's a lot of Fe available in this.
In this. Oh yeah, 100.
Taking the stairs because the pits. Elevator was the only thing that came off.
Oh, thank God.
Well, we're on the 10th floor.
It's like.
It gets crazier every level here.
I've never seen anything like this. I'm gonna have food for.
I don't even door to door and you know section 8.
I don't know if that's someone coming after me or what.
Daddy just needs to push me a shopping stairs.
Somebody coming after us. That's good. Somebody yelled at us, tried to endorse him. Tim, let's.
Start all the way up there.
This is running in sperries.
Good God.
Gatorade bottle wide open. Looks like motor oil and saliva was in.
Let's get the.
Wrong way.
Oh my God.
This way. This one's armed. Also.
I think I saw this in a movie.
The fire alarm door, the arm door didn't even go off. That's a whole other ordeal.
That's a violation of a fire code.
We made it out. There's like an entire walkway.
Yeah, we made it out like the thousands of seniors that will not.
If a fire happens and there's an ambulance there. This is a. It's a whole other situation.
