Facebook Ad Masterclass: I Review Your Ads LIVE

Timothy Schucker and Julian review Facebook ads for insurance agents live, breaking down three steps: messaging (narrow your audience and find their pain point), design (faces and bright colors for photos, 3-second hooks for video), and follow-up systems (forms to landing page to calendar). Real examples show cost-per-lead as low as $1-$6, versus $30-$60 from vendors.

Dude, I just.
Crazy.
All right, so we. Guys, we started this one a little bit early for you guys. Give some people a few minutes to jump on and we're just gonna kind of, you know, shoot the. For the next.
Eight minutes. We'll start seven minutes now. We'll start at 8pm sharp here. 8pm eastern time. What's going on? To the two people who just joined, comment your names so we can shout you out. We got some pretty cool stuff that we're going to be covering today. We're going to be doing a Facebook ads master class, diving deep into everything you guys need to know to start generating your own leads and scale the absolute hell out of your business. So it's going to be. It's going to be a biggin.
I think what Tim meant to say was, what's up, guys? Today we're going to be talking about how we're going to be scaling your ads so that you can write more business than you've ever written. And we're going to cover it all. So stick to the end. If you want to learn about a crazy surprise that we're going to be dropping later this week, bro, I'm just.
Gonna let you be my mouthpiece. I'll just say something and then you echo it back with that level of energy and we'll just. We'll go from there.
I always wanted to, bro. Graham. Stefan. It's like, hey, what's up, guys? So today we're going to be talking about the mock star kit. Like, you know, he always just like throws a little letter flip or some in there. Yeah, I walked around high school for probably. We're gonna get started about six minutes here, by the way, guys, I walked around high school for probably a good four and a half months. And like, walking into my junior year English class, I think it was. And I would be like, hey, what's up, guys? So today we're gonna be talking about. And I'm just talking. I would just literally say some stupid. Did I probably. I milk that for probably four and a half months. And so, like, literally everyone that I talked to, if I walked past him. I was such a clown in school. Like, there was. I was never serious. Like, everybody knew me for just being an absolute clown. Even, like, even when I would give presentations and stuff, I would always just like, go off the rails with some stupid. The same way that I sell. Like, I'm just telling stupid stories and just, like, having fun. But, dude, like, I did. I would give a presentation, like, what's up, guys?
So today we're going to be talking.
About the macroeconomics of the U.
Of the US And. And why we are so pivotal.
Pivotal in the global economy. So if you want to learn more. And then I could just, like, jump in and like, everyone was just like, this guy. There was the, like, the nerds that took it too serious were just like, I hate this guy. Five minutes left, guys, before we jump into why we're going to blow your business up. And I'm not talking about. What is it called an iud Little bomb things.
That's not what IUD is. It is.
It's an IUD or IOD or something, you know?
That is not what an IUD is, Julian.
I'm gonna look it up.
Don't look it up.
I swear it is no ied.
Ied.
Yeah. There you go.
All right, what's up, guys? We're going to be using an IED on your business today so that you can blow it up, make more money than you've ever made, and realize your dreams without ever having to work a job again. Disclosure may not be applicable to everyone.
We got five minutes left, guys. Four now.
Comment down below where you are at. And if you don't want to do that, just comment. Yes, because that's what I'm going to comment. So here we go. Buying your course in the next couple of days. What's up, Keyshawn? That's a course that we're super proud of. Tim actually pioneered the majority of that course, so I have to give him props on that.
Yeah, and now we sleep like babies because we built a profitable business selling insurance, like you should.
Yeet.
Says San Fran 49er fan. That rhymes. South Louisiana here, Tennessee.
What's up?
Jay Cope, San Fran 49.
So, guys, I want to ask you a question. If you had one chance, one opportunity to seize everything you've ever wanted, would you capture it or would you just let it slip? Because today, what we're going to be releasing here in this video is going to be absolutely asinine. It is going to be like medical insane asylum nuts with how much value we're about to share with you when we do this ad review.
Gerardo.
Deep South Texas. What's up, Mr. Deep South Texas was going to have a client out there, but Cleveland throw up spaghetti.
So we got nine.
I feel like Tom Schumacher is me. If I had, like, a slightly different name. If you, like, chat GBT variations of my name, that would be one of.
Them, which is why we're going to be starting in three minutes.
Let's see. So, guys, super excited to share some stuff with you. Tim, give us a quick little overview of what you're actually going to be covering. I know we have sent out a few messages that were a little ambiguous, but I think we're doing some ad reviews.
Yeah. So we're gonna be literally diving into everything you guys need to know to make a profitable Facebook lead ad campaign so you never have to buy leads again. Talking about who to target, how to target them, and then what to do after you get them, which is Julian specialty, which is closing the leads that I get them. So I just focus on generating an absolute ton of leads. And then Julian just calls them and closes them. And we're going to kind of give you guys the backdrop, open up the curtains and let you guys see what's going on so you guys can do the same thing for yourself. And today is the first of two live streams that we got going on this week.
Wednesday is gonna probably be the craziest live stream that we've ever done in the history of advanced digital market.
Actually.
It definitely will be the craziest life that we've ever done it definitely. No question. Absolutely no question. We'll be giving away a free trip to the land down under. And I'm not talking about Australia. I'm talking about Mexico, baby.
South of the border, ladies and gentlemen. And I'm not referencing the Ed Sheeran song, but guys, what I think Tim was, was saying with a little less fervor than I'm going to bring to the table here is that today we're going to be talking about how we're going to be generating leads and showing you how to do it and how we do it on scale and. And how we close a crap ton of them because we have so many and they're all great clients. So if you guys want to learn about some of the ads that we make and how we get people to jump on the phone who are begging to buy insurance. Is there a Q A after? I don't know. Tim, are we doing a Q A tonight?
Let's flip a coin.
Who is a coin? I don't have. Fresh out right now.
I can do an ecoin. All right.
Let'S see. All right, Harold, you call it.
Heads or tails. Comment in the chat below. Guys, we got one minute left until we start. We're going to be talking about how to generate your own leads, create your own ads that are wildly profitable to get prospects that are literally begging for insurance. So call it heads or tails down below. And we will decide whether or not we're going to do a Q A. Had you win, tails you lose, let us know. Comment down below. J. Cope says heads.
All right, let's see. So heads, we do a Q A, tails we do not do a Q A. Is that what I'm getting?
Tails. No, Q A. Heads. Q A.
All right, let's see the people that are joining right now. We're doing a Q A or we're doing a head, a coin flip to decide if we're doing a Q A, which we are. So, yes, here we are doing a Q and A at the end. Everyone that's just joining here, I know those SMS texts are about to flood some people's iPhones and Androids in the next couple seconds here. So I'm expecting this 11 to go up to like 30 in the next few seconds and we'll kind of go in from there. So let me share my screen. And we will dive right into this puppy here.
And what he means by diving into this puppy is that we're going to be covering how to make Facebook ads that are wildly profitable so that you can sell lots of insurance.
Boom.
All right, all right, JD's and lints.
We got this puppy loaded up.
You know, Graham Stephan's new thing is reverse market crashes.
I don't even know what that means.
He made so many market crash videos, he's now. He's now pitching a reverse market crash where the market just keeps going up because he. He's overdone the market crash video.
Really? Are you a big grim step and guy, this is like news to me, bro.
No, I watched a few videos because.
I saw reverse market crash pop up.
And I was like, I've never heard that before. Let's see what it is. And then him and PBD are like going in on making reverse market crash videos.
Anything for the views, huh?
Anything, dude. So, hey, guys, today we're going to be talking about insurance advertising live training here with my business partner, Tim Shooker, who's co founded and managing partner of Advanced Agent Marketing. Today's date is 11:20, 2023. And if you want to make more money selling insurance at a high level, we're going to jump into that here for you. Tim, kick us off.
Let's do it. All right, guys, so again, the topic that we're going to be talking about here, we're basically just going to do a Facebook lead ads masterclass, going through everything you guys need to know to start generating your own leads. On Facebook, we're pretty much just going to be revealing everything here. As much as can reveal in the next, you know, 30 minutes to an hour that we're on here. But without any further ado, let's go ahead and jump into it. So kind of talking about the three things that you need to know whenever you're creating a successful Facebook ads campaign, I put these in the order of what you need to do. So the first thing is basically figuring out what your messaging is, right? Who you're talking to. You don't want to just start talking out into thin air and just screaming at everybody. We need to figure out who we're actually selling to, what we're targeting them with, and what the actual message is going to be.
Right?
So first of all, that would start with like, what product are you selling? You selling term? Are you selling whole life? Are you selling an iul? Once you pick out which insurance product you're selling now we're going to move over into who are we selling it to? Who's our market, right? For final expense, Maybe I'm going to be targeting people with diabetes. Maybe I'm going to be targeting, you know, somebody that lives in Texas because I'm only in Texas. Maybe whoever I'm targeting, I need to figure out who it is, right? If it's term, usually it's going to be like based off of their job. Whether I'm targeting nurses, garbage men, you know, waiters, waitresses, Uber drivers, doctors, whoever I'm targeting doesn't really matter. Cops, first responders, as you guys will see an example later on in this video, really just figuring out who we're talking to so that we can craft the message to talk to them. Then we're going to figure out what their problems are and then what solutions we have and how we can actually solve their problem. Then we basically need to create an ad that speaks to those people. We got to make it attention grabbing, relatable, familiar and attractive without breaking Facebook's policy. So we'll talk about how to do that. Have a really, really cool special type of ad that you guys can use that actually generates lower cost leads that are also higher quality. So I'm going to dive into that as well. And then the last thing is, what do you do after you generate the lead? Basically tracking your data, making sure you know your numbers, and then using AI and automation to actually have your leads turned into appointments without you doing a single thing.
Now Tim, before we dive too deep into this, the comments are looking a little bit dead. Here. So, guys, if we should continue even doing this live tonight, please drop in the chat AI as we are about to reveal some secrets in the industry that most people won't even show you if you work with them for them or use their programs. This is stuff that's like, most companies don't even have access to this type of information here. So drop AI down below if this is something that you think we should release to the public. And here we go.
Tracy just dropped AI. What's going on? Tracy, what's up?
Tracy, Kean, Dan, Johnny, we got some comments coming in here. Guys. Our goal here is to give you guys so much value that you were literally, for the love of God, AI. Lol says Keshawn.
Guys, what we're going to drop here today is. Is going to be. It's going to be pretty gnarly. So I'm excited to jump into it. And I want you guys to think before we switch over and change gears here, I want you guys to really think specifically, a lot of people are like, oh, well, I want to target seniors. What type of seniors are they old seniors? Are the younger seniors? Are they sick? Are they healthy? Are they not? Are they both? Where are they? Let's. So let's get into this, guys. I want you to, you know, put your thinking caps on, and let's really dive in, get specific, and let's just tune in, tune out all tv, tik tok, whatever it is you got going on. Because if you watch this, I promise you, this could change your life the same way that it did ours. So, Tim, without any further ado, let's jump straight in. Looks like AI is in the chat.
So let's run it. There we go. Awesome. So the first thing that we're going to talk about is basically the messaging, which Juan was just kind of briefly, briefly touching on. Exactly. Right. Whenever you're picking your market, you want to narrow down on who that person actually is. So if I'm targeting seniors, I need to figure out which type of senior. Am I targeting grandparents or am I targeting, you know, the single guy that gambled all his money away and doesn't have any kids and is also an alcoholic. Probably going to target grandmas.
Right.
But the message, the ad would actually speak in different ways to those two different people. Right. The ad that I would make to target the single guy would be different from the ad I would make that would target a grandma. So. So we need to figure out who we're targeting, what their problems are, what's going to Catch their attention, how does the product actually benefit them? And then who's our target avatar? Right. So those are the main things that we want to kind of capture and figure out. So once we pick who our person is, in this example, I'm going to do nurses, right? Nurses is. Is going to be something that we would target for term. So I'm selling term insurance. I can do term insurance for nurses. So for this example, that's what we're going to do. And so basically, whenever we're coming up with the message, we basically want to figure out what are their concerns, what are the worries, and then how can we go deeper and deeper and deeper.
Right.
Because whenever you. We're talking about, like, concerns or worries or what's going to be on their mind, there's layers to this, right. It's kind of like an onion. So there's those surface level concerns, like the things that they're, you know, kind of worried about day to day, and then there's the deeper concerns and the even deeper concerns that are, like, keeping them up at night. Right. So the more that we can understand our audience, the easier it's going to be to market to them. You basically want them to see your ad on Facebook and be like, holy, this dude is reading my mind. Like, that is the level of understanding and the level of messaging that you want your ad to be at so that you can catch them out of just like mindlessly scrolling on Facebook, clicking on your ad and then buying life insurance from you.
Now, Tim, I'm curious.
Yeah.
For the agents that are watching this, because it looks like we've got a little crew on here tonight. So thanks guys, for also, by the way, for supporting us just in everything that we do. But I wanted to ask, do you got. For my guys and girls that are on here today, do you guys want to sell Wells term final expense? I want you guys to get the juices flowing here. And the more that you can get out and, and really start to understand who your actual target buyer is, more likely you are to be able to actually understand who they are. Tracy wants to do Iuls. So obviously, Tracy, you're going to be talking to a little bit of a different avatar, right? It's not going to be the. The old lady that's sitting in her house waiting for the phone to ring and begging for insurance. Simon wants to do. IUL's got a few guys on here talking about final expense.
Whole life.
The whole life guys, ourselves. But that doesn't mean you can't target anyone. So get as you're, like, as you're commenting, as you're commenting, I want you to really think about and answer some of the questions here on the slide. Because the more that you understand about your buyer, the more the questions of these that you can answer. You guys can actually take this information, this knowledge and, and literally, like copy paste your comments onto a sheet and get a clear picture of who it is that you're targeting so that you can start cracking these ads asap. Instead of thinking about doing it, can actually start doing it. So let's jump right in, Tim. I just want to share that real quick.
Let's roll. Yeah, I know, 100%, 100%. And if I remember correctly, I see Simon jumped in here. Simon, I think you, like, you used to be a nurse or you are still a nurse, but I remember Simon used to pop on a couple, couple months back when we were, when we were talking about this. And I think his niche is actually nurses. So this should be super relevant for you, for everyone else. Kind of think through like, again, if you're targeting final expense, most of the time, from what we've seen, at least the people that are buying final expense, they're usually going to be women. They're usually going to be in their 60s and 70s and they're usually going to have grandkids and be married. So think about what that person is, what they're thinking about, and like, what's on their mind, what's keeping them up at night? Is it like, more than likely it's not, you know, the various different things, oh, you know, I'm going to lose my investments. It's more about, hey, my grandkids are going to inherit debt, right? My kids are going to inherit debt and have to pay for my funeral. It's those different worries, right? So it differs from market to market. And so the deeper that we can dive, the more that we can understand our target market, the more that we can figure out what their Achilles heel is, which I'm going to dive into next. Simon says, good memory, Tim. Been MIA for a while now. Yeah, man, you gotta. You got a unique name with a unique spelling. So it stood out to me for sure.
So let's kind of dive into the Achilles heel, right? This is probably of all of the things that go into messaging, the most important thing, right? This is the one worry, that one concern that really keeps somebody up at night. It's the job insecurity, the what ifs, like whatever that person is really, really thinking about that's Just like scaring them to death. So for example, somebody give it, somebody give me a niche other than nurses drop in. Like who you guys are thinking about targeting or maybe the majority of people you sell. Like maybe it's truckers or, you know, grandparents or whatever. Like who, who are you guys biggest customers that you guys are selling? And then we'll kind of craft through a Achilles heel for that person.
Police.
Okay, Bingo. So this is actually really on point because we'll be going through a example for police and first responders later.
Right?
So if I'm a cop, my biggest concern, I'm going to work every single day. I'm seeing people get shot at, I'm seeing people in car accidents. Like the stuff that cops see on a day to day to day basis makes them think that the whole world is like totally going to hell all the time because they only see the worst of the worst every single day. So if I'm a cop, my biggest concern is something's going to happen to me on the job and then I'm going to lose my family is going to lose all of my income, they're going to lose my support, they're going to lose their father, their mother or whatever it is. If I'm a cop, that is 100% my biggest concern is dying on the job.
Right.
For a trucker, same thing. What'd you say, William?
I was gonna say I do want to challenge Stan Fran 49er.
Hello.
I'm not sure who that is, but basically I wanted to. I wanted to challenge you on targeting restaurant workers because I used to work in a restaurant. Maybe this is just me, but from what I saw, they were mostly young people and a lot of them didn't really care about anything past the weekend in front of them. We're trying to target the people that are thinking about years in front of them. And so like, that's another thing I would keep in mind is like, if I'm trying to target someone with an ad, a lot of times I want to think about what they're thinking about. Kind of like what Tim was talking about a moment ago. Which is why I'm not a big fan of that restaurant worker niche. Not that it can't work. And I'm not saying you shouldn't test it. Like, take everything that I say with a grain of salt and go and.
Test it for yourself.
Come back, you know, form a hypothesis and make your own judgments and do your own thing. But like, in my experience, having worked in the restaurant industry for several years, I Noticed that a lot of them were young people that liked drinking, doing drugs, and a lot of them either didn't have kids or didn't take care of care of their kids. And I worked in a fairly nice restaurant, so nothing against restaurant workers. That's what I used to do. I'm just saying, like, yeah, yeah, I.
100 agree with that. I think in general, and I don't have any training in this particular live stream that we're doing about picking a niche, but that's some stuff that we kind of have, like, inside of the course. And then I believe on some of our other YouTube videos, we kind of talk about that. But the biggest thing, like, whenever you're picking a niche, you want somebody that has a family and is also willing and able to buy insurance, right? So oftentimes a restaurant worker and like, kind of the way that we pace, like willing and able, usually for younger people, unless they're making more than like 50k a year, they're not really looking to put disposable income into insurance. So I would probably steer away from restaurant workers. We've tested Uber drivers with an agent a while ago, and like, he was able to sell premium, but most of them were like, charging back. So whenever you're looking for a niche, you want to look for a little bit higher income. Usually 50k and above. Right? That's kind of the sweet spot that we've seen. Does that make sense, guys, like 50 can above for. For your niche. That's typically where we're going to go for.
And yeah, Preston, not. Not blowing you up here, man. I know, I know. He just like, we just like, shot.
Like guns you right out of the comments and just tore that apart. But no, no, we're trying to protect you from a lot of pain and suffering. So.
But definitely try it out if you want. Like, if you. If you've served in it, like, you know their pain just as much as, like, I did. You know what I mean? Like, getting slammed, rush hour, all those things like, there. It's definitely worth trying everything because a lot of times kind of like you said, like, you're trying to find a way to get in. If you find something that works that nobody else is doing. Like, if you went to California before the gold rush and you were the only one with pickaxe, you're probably going to get rich if you hit a mine. So maybe, maybe try it out, but let us know how it goes. Love to hear about it.
Yeah. 100. I'm gonna kind of dive back into The Achilles heel here. So basically, Julian, what's the movie called with Achilles in it? Is it called Troy? There's several.
There's Helen of Troy. Troy. Troy's my favorite swim with Brad Pitt.
Yeah, yeah, that one. So basically for all of you guys that do or don't know the story of Achilles, I'm just gonna revamp it for those of you guys that do and tell it for those of you guys that don't. So basically Achilles was this like super great warrior who literally can't be killed.
Like kills people that are probably five times his size. And then turns out he has this one weakness, which is his Achilles heel, which is where like the name for your Achilles hero and everything comes from, Right? So essentially when I'm talking about the Achilles heel here, I'm talking about that one specific thing that just like really gets someone. Like, like, have you guys ever talked to somebody and they're like a really chill down toe person and then you mention that one thing about like politics and just sets them off. It's like that. But the emotional thing that's going to trigger this person to be like, holy, that happened. That would be terrible. And that's what we want to just like punch consistently over and over, right? So for nurses, for example, touching back on this, right? So a nurse's Achilles heel, they're literally seeing death and sickness all day long. They know that accidents happen and that at any point you could get sick or you could get an accident, you could get hit by a stray bullet or something, right? So they're thinking, okay, if I'm seeing this happen to every single other person on a day to day basis, what if this happens to me? And then what would my family be left with? So that's what these nurses are thinking then also, I mean, during the whole pandemic, they were thinking about, what if I get sick, what will happen? Right? So that would be a nurse's Achilles heel. So again, whenever you pick your niche, think about what that Achilles heel is and then that's what you're going to dig on. And there can be multiple sometimes so triggers. Exactly. Bingo. So that's all that we're going to talk about for messaging. The next thing, which is the most important part of your success on Facebook is your ad or what the person actually is going to see. So there are two types of ads that we're going to focus on here, and those are going to be photo ads and video ads. Right now, photo ads are super simple, easy to make, but they're also Easy to copy. So it's easier for somebody to copy your photo ad. Photo ads, you can get really, really low cost leads at a consistent basis. But with video ads, this is kind of our secret sauce, right? This is what we found has performed the best, has generated the most consistent results and has also generated the highest quality of lead. So that is something I'm going to kind of touch on a little bit later here. The first thing we're going to jump into is the photo ads here, right? So when talking about photo ads, there's a few things that make a good photo ad, right? So number one is going to be eye catching visuals. How many of you guys have a Facebook account? Just drop FB down in the chat below. If you guys have a Facebook account.
And how many of you guys scroll through Facebook and you see ads, I'm going to assume most of you guys do, right? You guys see ads all the time. Most of the ads you see are terrible and you scroll right past them every single time because you can tell they're an ad immediately. With eye catching visuals, we want something that's going to stand out against all the other crap that you see. Like when you guys scroll through Facebook, you guys probably see like a cat video, a guy that's getting eaten by an alligator, maybe a car accident. I don't know what, what's on your guys feed, maybe something a little bit more, you know, naughty. I don't know what you guys are into or what's popping up on your Facebook feeds, but there's a lot of things grabbing your attention, right? So whenever we there they were, what you said?
I said I saw a few people jump off when you mentioned that sketchy Facebook feed. They're like, they're not trying to get caught here.
Yeah, I saw the number went down by two people, so definitely somebody felt called out. But basically we need something that whenever you're scrolling through Facebook because there's all these things that are catching your attention, we have to grab the attention immediately, right? Another thing that we want to have is human faces, right? Facebook is a social media platform. So when you have people's faces on there, it's going to make it more relatable, right? You're looking for faces when you're on social media. Bright colors, clear and concise headlines. We want very short text that just says a specific message that we want to get across. Very clear, very short. We want to keep it under like five to seven words if we can. And then also minimal text. Right. We don't want Like a whole image covered with text, which I see oftentimes. And later on, we're going to kind of look at some different examples of ads. I'm going to show you guys what would be a good ad versus what would be a absolutely terrible ad. We can kind of talk through why it would be good versus why it would be bad. Also, we want to have. Yeah, go ahead.
Before we jump any further right now, we've got a lot of people watching this, and there's nothing that I hate more than going to a class, getting smacked in the face with a ton of information, and taking nothing away. Most of you guys probably aren't taking notes. If I had to gather. And I can say that because I know that when I'm on YouTube, I'm typically not taking notes. I want everybody to comment down below. One thing you've taken away from this so far, and if you haven't taken anything away from it, I want you to. I want you to comment the letter Y, because why have you not taken something away from this? Because this guy's spitting gold. So if somebody wants to drop down. Tracy. Not San Fran. 49ers got my notebook. Tracy, nobody's old unless they say they're old. We're young until the day we die. But let's drop some comments down below. I want to see what you guys are taking away from this. Maybe you guys are. Are taking something away that I missed or the Tim missed that. Maybe we could cover a little bit more in depth for you, but we want to make sure that you guys can be successful because there's no reason that. That he should be the only one generating leads, and I'm the only one who's closing a massive amount of deals on people who are begging to buy insurance. So Rachel says this is priceless.
HCW. =. = sign on how to switch slash computers. Nice. Just join. What's up, Jason? Target audiences and native content. Really good takeaway there. It's finding a specific one and dialing in video over photo.
Okay.
Oh, yeah, I know we got a lot of people watching. Or do we only have three takeaways so far? Never wanted. Never knew how to make an ad. Thank y'.
All.
Wait, Tracy, we're not done yet. Stick till the end. You're gonna see. Yeah, this is, like, not even the beginning of it.
Achilles, turn the oven on.
Pain points are always relevant. Okay, Tim, I think that we do have some people that might be taking notes. Why don't we continue on, Guys, if you think we should make More Duke do more lives with like free information like this. Do you want to drop us a like real quick just to let us know what we're doing is is positive. If it's not, don't worry about liking the video. We'll never do it again. But if you do, if you do want to see more like this, give us a like so we can keep providing this content to you. This help out ncw had to switch computers. Pain point crafting the message. Y' all preheating this mf.
Lol.
Awesome.
Cool.
Love. Well Tim, let's jump into some free value and close out this Tuesday night pretty solid or Monday night, whatever it is. Awesome.
Awesome. Let's do it. So again, readable fonts, right? I've seen so many people that will run up a Facebook ad and they're targeting seniors who, let's be real, oftentimes will have a little bit worse vision than maybe some of our younger folk, to put it nicely. And they'll use a font that looks like it's for a freaking laser tag venue targeting seniors with final expense insurance. And like there's absolutely no way that anybody is able to read that. I can barely read it. So make sure you have readable fonts. I'm a big fan of Montserrat. Very readable, very easy to read, very eye catching. So that's, that's a really good one.
Then a strong call to action.
Right?
Learn more, sign up, get a quote, something like that, very simple. And then also targeting your message and including quotes. The biggest frustration people have is like nobody will give them a quote. So if you can include a sample quote in your ad, it gets a ton more responses from what I have seen. So from there we're going to kind of look into a example of an ad. Now this ad that you guys are looking at has literally generated us over a hundred leads at under five dollar cost per lead. You guys realize how valuable this is that you guys are looking at this very ad right here? Like you could screenshot this ad and run it on Facebook. This ad has generated us hundreds of leads for under five dollar cost per lead. So let's actually talk about why. The first thing here is the headline breaking state approved 25,000. Now granted, this is, this is one of those a little bit scammier ads. We personally like to use a little bit of a different style now that actually has a higher cost per lead. But if you guys just want pure volume of people to talk to screenshot this and run it up, this would.
Be for like, if you're starting out like we started out with like a lower budget, I would say this would definitely be a good way to start out. And then as you scale up, you're getting sales, you're learning the game, you're getting, you're learning how to get deals, stay really profitable. Then I would definitely start investing in higher intent leads which we'll cover here in a bit. Yeah, but guys, one of the things that just came to my mind also is that I see a ton of agents that try to make ads and they have multiple calls to action. You notice how it only says tap your agency if you qualify. It doesn't say tap your HC if you qualify. Get a quote, learn more. All in the same thing. We want to make sure that it's super clear what we want them to do. In the same way that when we're in a sales call, I want you guys to think about we're selling on mass and we're not going to ask them to do multiple things like hey, do you want to fill out an application and hey, can you grab a pen and pay all at the same time. We're just going to ask them to do one thing or otherwise you're going to get confused. So keep that in mind as you're trying to generate your own leads and you want to build a profitable business. If you ask people to do one thing, it's a lot easier for them to follow.
So yeah, 100. Very, very good point. Which kind of segues into here, right? Very clear and concise headline. Oftentimes when you can make something seem new or like news. Facebook is a news sharing platform. Like the most engaged articles. The most engaged posts on Facebook are news, right? You guys probably see tons of new news articles on Facebook all the time. Those are the things that get the most clicks. Which is why you often see people using final expense ads that incorporate the news. So breaking state approves $25,000 burial fund to cover 100 of funeral expenses. Very clear, very easy to read. We have this black text across this bright yellow which is incorporating these bright colors. We have eye catching video visuals. Right? This is a very clear, crisp, brightly colored photo. We have the red and the white of the roses really like standing out against the background. Strong call to action. Tap your age to see if you qualify. And it's all very easy to read. There's no laser tag font or anything crazy here. Very, very easy and very, very simple to see. Right. So let's look at two examples. So one of these ads is an ad that I found on the ads library, which, if you guys don't know, that's a way where you can literally steal anybody's ads that run ads on Facebook. You can see anything that anybody is running.
One of these ads is an ad that I got from the ads library. And then one of these ads is an ad that we created. So I want you guys to drop in the chat which ad you guys think is better? Is a better, or is ad number B better? And then after I get a couple responses here, we're gonna answer that question and then dive into why the better one.
Is it A or B? Which ad is better? Which ad catches your guys's attention? Which ad do you think would convert better?
I wonder which one it could be. Tim, what do you think?
Aa. And I'm not talking about Alcoholics Anonymous. I see another A, A, A, A, A. Everybody's saying A. Nobody is saying B. Could be a trick question, guys. You don't. You don't know. All right, I'm seeing a lot of A's. Okay, so you guys are correct. Ad number A is going to be better. Now let's talk about why.
The first reason is we have this big headline across the top that's immediately calling somebody out. I'm saying, are you a trucker? If I am a trucker, I'm going to respond to this app, right? Does that make sense? So if I'm calling somebody out, like, if you see an ad on Facebook that says, are you an insurance agent? You're more likely to respond to that than something that says, most Americans don't know about this. The ad on the right is targeting very broad audience. Most Americans don't know about this. Whereas the ad on the left is saying, are you a trucker? It's speaking direct directly at you, and it's pulling you out from just scrolling through Facebook. And now we have to look at this ad, right? So are you a trucker? Get life insurance that covers you during an accident? Granted, this text could be a little bit bigger. If I were to remake this out, it would make this text bigger. But we're speaking specifically to the pain point we already established. Like, right, if you're a trucker, you're worried about dying in an accident because you're on the road all the time. So are you a trucker? Get life insurance that covers you during an accident. We also have this, like, obnoxiously bright red that's just screaming at you. And on the left, we have this attractive photo of, like, a Brand new, shiny truck. Which truckers are always like, very pride up, very like prideful of their trucks. And they like to have like nice trucks and stuff. So we have this bright red that's calling us out. And we're also seeing these quotes. A hundred thousand, two hundred fifty thousand, five hundred thousand dollars in coverage. Like, that's attractive, that's sexy. That's gonna grab me out of my mindless scroll through Facebook. Right. Then on the right, let's kind of look at this ad. Why is it bad? Well, the headline on the top, honestly, I don't hate it. Most Americans don't know about this. I think we could make that a little bit more attention grabbing. We could make it more. More bold, right? The shocking secret. Most Americans don't know about something like that.
Tim, we lost your audio.
One sec. You got me.
Yeah, loud and clear.
Clicked on it. All right, cool. So this ad on the right, like any, the only person that you're appealing to here is an insurance agent. Like, if I'm not an insurance agent, I don't know what a critical illness, chronic illness, terminal illness, all this. Like, I don't know what that is. I don't care. Average life insurance policy. Life insurance with living benefits. Like, nobody knows what that is except for you guys. Let's be real. Nobody knows what living benefits is unless you're an insurance agent. I guarantee you none of you guys knew what that was before you started selling insurance. So don't expect other people to as well.
Right?
So that is why ad number A is much better than ad number B. Does that make sense to you guys? Do you guys see why ad number A would be better than ad number B? Do you guys see, like the. The psychology that kind of goes behind speaking to the spur, the person specifically, the bright colors, calling them out, touching on the pain points. Does that all make sense?
Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. All right, so now let's talk about the secret sauce sizzle that makes the steak. That's going to be the video ads here, guys. So I'm going to show you guys some examples of some video ads in just a second. But first I want to kind of lay the groundwork, make you guys see what makes a video ad good. So then when you guys are watching it, you can have some context and see like, oh, why is this good versus why is this bad? And then in the very end, I'm going to be reviewing some ads. I got a couple responses from you guys. Most of you guys that filled out the form didn't actually have an ad yet. So I think this training is going to be crazy valuable for you guys because it's going to set. Set the right tone for the first few ads you guys make. But I did find some ads on the ads library that other people are running. And so we'll be kind of reviewing those and seeing if those are good or seeing if those are bad.
Tracy Martinez says, I'm not an actress. That is no problem. None of the people are that actually film these ads. They're all insurance agents. And I will show you guys how to, how to actually do that. So whenever you guys are making a video ad, just like Tracy said, she's not an actress. I'm not an actor. Julian's not an actor. None of these agents that made these videos or actors either. So what you basically do is you have a script and a teleprompter. So let's say I'm filming my ad.
All.
All I have to do is pull my phone out here and then I just hold it in front of me and I just read the script right off of my phone so I don't have to memorize lines or anything like that. Because let's be real, this is not Broadway. If anything, it's Wall Street. We're in the finance business, not the acting business. So always use a script and always use a teleprompter. Never try to remember anything like that. Then. This is probably the most important part of a video ad. It's having an attention grabbing hook. The same way with a photo where it has to be bright and has to be a little bit obnoxious. To be honest with you, your video ad has to have the hook in the first three seconds. You need to grab their attention so that they're forced to watch the video. So we used to run an ad for life insurance for truckers.
Julian, do you want to tell them what the, what the, what the hook was.
Hook was. It was so long ago. I know we had the, the like water thing, but I don't remember.
It was what. What would your family do if blank. Do you remember what would your family.
Do with the black. The black suit guy? That one.
It was a little bit more aggressive than that.
What would you do if you got smacked by a truck? Was it that one?
It was that one.
Yeah. We, we ran a hook that literally said, what would your family do if you got smacked by a truck? This is something that I've actually used to sell a lot of insurance. It's not something that you guys might be comfortable with comment Truck down below. If you would be willing to drop this line on Ms. Jones and the clothes. When you're in the red zone, you're in the paint and you are going in and she's like, you know what, I don't know, I think I need to think about it. And then you just come out of left field and say, Ms. Jones, I totally understand that you need to think about it, but. But I want to ask you one question before we jump, like before we get off the phone here. If you were to get smacked by a truck tomorrow on your way to the store, would your grandkids be able to pay for this or what does that look like? Comment truck. If you'd be willing to do that. I'm seeing a lot of trucks come down here. You guys are dogs.
I love it. Congressive closers here.
Let's see. Yes, it did work. Ms. Rachel. Hey, Giovanna, what's going on?
But yeah, so I mean literally, like we would have this as a hook. So imagine, imagine you're scrolling through Facebook, watching your cat videos. You're seeing a guy almost get eaten by an alligator, you know, NFL highlights, whatever. And then all of a sudden you see Julian's face. He's like, what would your family do if you got smacked by a truck tomorrow? Like, you, you have no choice but to watch the video, right? Or we would also use. If you're a blank, then this is the most important video you'll ever watch. If you're, if you're a police officer, this is the most important video you'll ever watch. You can literally just rinse and repeat. If you're a blank, this is the most important video you ever watch. And it works every single time without fail. If you're a senior, this is the most important video you ever watch. Like literally just steal that headline and just say it with energy and you're good. So attention grabbing hook. The first three seconds make the most difference, right? You also want to keep it short the video. So you don't want to. I've seen people that run like a five minute video ad of him just like talking about the benefits of life insurance, which is probably the worst thing you could possibly do. You want the video to be short and sweet. So under two minutes is recommended. To be honest with you guys, to be completely honest, I would say 30 seconds or less is the ideal time frame you guys want to shoot for. But definitely under two minutes. Ideally under one. In a perfect world, under 30 seconds, right?
And another thing too is I think like One thing that a lot of people like, to your point about the insurance agent that was just sitting there on a five minute video talking about, like, insurance man, like, if we're gonna sell, like, if we're gonna get the insurance ad cooking, we gotta sell the sizzle, not the steak. These people do not care about a paper contract. And all the health questions they've got to get pounded with in the application process and giving you their information and doing this and doing that, that sounds miserable. But when, if you go to a restaurant, they come out, the steak's on fire, tomahawk getting smacked on the table, they're giving you a whole song and dance, you've got like, champagne bot. Like, that's an experience. And that's what we want to give them in these ads, is like, we want to make these people feel like this thing is cool, it's hip, it's fast, it's nice, it's fun. And then when you get on the phone, we're friendly, we're upbeat. It's not like, hey, what's going on, guys? Like, let me tell you about this quote. And then we're like, you know what I mean? Like, if you just sound miserable, I, I heard like, low and slow one time. If you're low and slow, nobody wants to buy from you. And the thing with your ad, if I'm jumping on, like, hey, guys, you can get living benefits because, like, you, you sound like a geek. And people don't want that. They just want to, they want to be inspired about how they can solve the problem that they're concerned about. And if you can, let them know that you're able to do that by showing them that you have the story, appealing to their emotions, giving them what the people want, they will buy insurance all day long. Tracy, try hitting the play button. Sometimes it does stick or get stuck, but maybe try closing out YouTube if it's not working. If you can hear me.
Yeah, let me. Let us know. Guys, are we paused or is this just Tracy's WI fi? Could be our WI fi.
I don't know if we are paused, we wouldn't know because they wouldn't hear us.
That's true. Well, we'll probably coming in either way.
Comment? Yes. If we are not paused.
I was like, comment, yes.
If we're not paused. All right, cool, cool, cool. So keep it short, right? Short and simple. You want to use storytelling. Now. This is, honestly, this is like the most powerful tool you can use in selling and especially in advertising, right? And so if you can Tell them a story that exemplifies the power of having life insurance or the detriment of not having life insurance. That is what sells. That is right. If somebody's going to sell insurance.
They'Re buying the outcome that happens when they're gone. They're not buying the number of, oh, you know, $15,000, and they're not buying the whole, oh, this is last forever. What they're buying is when I die, my kids are going to get a check and they're not going to be stuck in this emotional turmoil of having to freaking go on wash cars to pay for.
We lost you again, Timo.
While he's doing that, I'm going to tell you guys a quick story about.
Why life insurance button keeps hitting itself, like, automatically. I don't know what's going on.
It's getting weird.
Yeah, it is. It's like a phantom mute button. Anyway. Storytelling.
Yeah. I was going to share a story real quick about the importance of life insurance and why it's so amazing.
Go for it.
Whenever I'm in the. Whenever I'm in the paint or the red zone, the close, whatever you want to call it, oftentimes my prospect.
Oh, I need to think about it.
I totally. I totally understand, Ms. Jo. I totally understand. In fact, I had a client a long time ago. This was back when I was doing business face to face in North Carolina in the mountains. You ever been out there? No, I've never been out there.
Oh, gotcha.
Beautiful area, Beautiful area. Totally recommend it. Da, da, da.
Whatever.
But the thing is, it's crazy is that somebody from my company had gone out to visit her two and a half years earlier, and they told the guy they needed to think about it, they wanted to take some time. Time. Which is total, totally normal. Right? But what was really sad was that when I came by two and a half years later, this lady ends up by the end of our conversation, sobbing on my shirt. Just hold, hold, holding on to me, hugging me. And it was really, like, it was really upsetting because between the time that one person visited and the second person came by, her husband had literally gotten terminal cancer. He. He had no health problems. 52 years old, drank a gallon of water a day, hit the gym five days a week. And it's. Sometimes it's just not like we don't expect to be that person until it's too late. And then the crazy thing is, I don't want to see that happen to you. So I respect your decision to think about it, Ms. Jones, but here let's do this. I'm going to set this up for you for next week, next month. That way you have time to think about it. The insurance company understands that we're going to give you 30 days, and now that we can get you approved, you actually have something to think about. Let's go ahead and get this done. Going to confirm some information with you real quick. Was that Tim Shooker? T I M S C H U C K E R Is that correct? And then we're in the game, y'.
All.
But storytelling is what these people want. So we're going to show you some ads real quick. I wanted to jump that out there. You can use your own experiences or borrow from other people's to literally give them the message that they need to hear to make the decision that they want to make. These people don't jump on the phone because they're not interested. If they weren't interested, they wouldn't jump off a phone. Jump into these ads. You're muted again, my friend. Phantom mute.
Now, while Tim is getting unmuted, I'm going to tell you guys about how. Yeah, we got you back.
All right, cool. What were you going to tell them about?
I was just stalling. I was gonna make something up.
Okay, so this part right here, for those of you guys that have stuck around watching, now, this is the probably the most valuable part of the entire training that we're going to show this right here. This single type of ad has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in AP for ourselves and our clients and generated thousands and thousands of leads at a ridiculously low cost. What this basically does is for these three people that you guys are seeing right here, these are all people that before they were either buying leads or doing, like, direct mail. And then after using this video ad, they literally had people that would book calls directly on their calendar asking to buy insurance from specifically this person. Right? Not like, oh, this is some random company. Should we show them insurance from Dan? Let me buy insurance from Shane. Let me buy insurance from eris. Right. They've personally branded themselves in these videos. What you guys will see is all these videos actually follow the exact same format.
Do you think we should.
That being said. What'd you say? Do you think we should show them? That's. Yeah, that's what I was going to get to with that being said, I don't want to waste your guys's time. I know it's late at night. It's 8:42 Eastern Time on a Monday night. Do you guys want to see these videos. If so, comment video.
If not, otherwise.
Otherwise we can skip this slide because it's probably going to take about five, ten minutes to actually show all three of these ads. And I don't want to waste your guys's time if this is not something you guys would find valuable. So comment, video. If it is not, we will move on and go to the next slide. I see video from Vicky Patterson. Video from san Fran Sand. Fran 49er Fan. Press play. A little demanding video. All three. Video, video, video, video. Pull out. I think. I think they want to see the video. All right.
Which. Which one do you guys want to see first? I have local final expense. I have cop and I have parents. So, local cop or parents? Which one do you guys want to see first?
Local cop or parents?
I think you guys are gonna really like this, to be honest.
Parents, let's go parents first.
When I saw go parents first. All right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So all. All. Okay. The first one we're going to show.
Is parents, here's how you can pass on generational wealth instead of generational debt.
All right, I'm going to pause it right there. Did you guys hear that hook? Here's how you can pass on generational wealth instead of generational debt. That's a hook right there. These parents are watching this and they're like, holy shit. That's exactly what I want to do. Let's continue with the video.
Imagine for a moment that something happens to to you and you're no longer here. If you're anything like most parents, your biggest worry is that your son or daughter will have nowhere to go. That ad is crazy.
Yeah, it is. It absolutely is. So Aris started running this ad, I think last January or last February, and she's still running this exact same ad to this day. Like, literally has generated her hundreds of leads, probably thousands of leads at this point. I haven't checked. And hundreds of thousands of dollars in ap. So to give you guys a little bit of context, before Aris had this video ad, she was paying $60 a lead. Her and her husband were like, doing all of the right things just in the wrong way. Right? They were putting in 60 hour week. They were calling all these leads, they were selling ap, but they just weren't profitable since they started running this video. They literally have people that book on their calendar that want to specifically talk to her and because they've already identified with her and they already, like, know, like, and trust her from seeing the ad. So their entire business is completely changed from using this exact ad right here. Is that like, are you guys seeing, like, how ridiculous that is? Imagine your prospects watching a video of you pitching them insurance before they talk.
To you, you guys.
And talking to you by name. Do you guys see, like, why this works so much? Like, why this, why does this work so well? Like, how am I able to write business at a high level while running an entirely separate business in addition to. Right, like selling and writing insurance? If you do think so, put comment pen down below because we're all writing business. But comment pen down below if you can see how this would blow your business up, how you can get things like that cooking. So, guys, yeah, you guys are. While you guys are typing that in, I wish there was an. I wish There was a YouTube channel in the insurance business that like, gave out free content on how you could do this on the channel with, like, tutorials of some blonde guy in it.
Gosh, that'd be pretty cool.
If you guys do want to find that channel, you are. You are here. You have found it. So please subscribe if you aren't already so that we can let you. Let you see these videos. Send these videos out. I'm getting a scam call, so if you lose me, I'm sorry, can you guys.
Did you guys hear the video when I played it? Could you guys hear the audio?
We could all hear it, but, like.
We couldn't see it.
It's like frozen. You.
You can see it.
It's like frozen. I think your service is just in a dark place when you're streaming from there.
All right, let me see what I can do. I might be able to download the videos. You said audio, no video. What the hell? Okay, let me download this, and then I'm gonna play you guys the next one here. I'm gonna show you guys. Okay, I'll. I'll leave it up to you guys. You guys want to see cop or local Next.
Or local?
Audio good, video bad. Only audio.
There we go. That's. That's right in line with doing very, very simple. Text, audio good, video bad. That gave me everything I needed to know in just four words.
All right, local or cops? We will show them all. It just depends on the order you guys want to see them. Local cop first. So let me do this.
Could you guys. You guys see how. How it's possible to have someone jump on the phone and be like, hey, Tracy, or hey, hey, or hey, Johnny, I wanted to ask you about first responder.
This could be the most important video that you ever watch.
You guys hear that? You see the hook in action that I was talking about earlier? Literally just copy and paste for anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Okay, so let me play this video. I'm going to let you guys listen to that hook again, and I'll let you guys hear this video.
If you're a cop or a first responder, this could be the most important video that you ever watch. You see, I was a cop for 13 years. And here's the thing. Most of us get our insurance, life and health, through the department. But there's something that you probably don't know that could cost you and your family tens of thousands of dollars. They don't tell you this, but your life insurance only covers you while you're working. Meaning you get in a car wreck like one of my buddies did, and you can no longer go to work. You're of part. Policy is gone. Or if you decide that with all this craziness going on in the world, you just want to totally pursue a different career. Policy's gone. Here's the crazy thing. Even if you stay at the apartment, totally retire. Guess what? Your policy is gone now. You got to get a new policy at an older age. Oh, here's the craziest part. Most life insurance pays out to your family tax free, but your policy through the department can still be taxed. So here's what Myself and thousands of other cops and first responders have done to protect their families. There's a brand new program allowing first responders to get up to a million dollars in coverage for their families for less than a price of a cup of coffee per day. That way, in case you get hurt in a high speed chase, trapped in a burning building, etc. And can no longer suit up and go to work, you still have coverage in place for your family. All you need to do to see if you qualify is click below.
Learn more.
You'll find a little 22nd survey down there and I, Shane Webb, or someone from my office will reach out to you and see what the best plan for you and your family is. I remember where I was when I realized that insurance work isn't quite what we think it is. In my 13 years as a first responder, I've been hit by cars, run by cars, and hundreds of car chases and fights. The one event that sticks my mind the most is my partner, we'll call her Jane, was shot and killed by a perpetrator on my day off. Now luckily she had life insurance through work, but when our family received the check, it was, you know, one and a half years salary which was also taxable. So it just wasn't quite what everybody thought that it was going to be. We never really thinking that. So very deep. Right? So as an ex cop, as a husband, as a licensed agent, I'd be honored to protect you who protect and serve. Thank you very much.
Talk soon.
I don't even know what to say.
I can, I can pretty much guarantee you guys can see why.
We'Re called advanced agent marketing and not mediocre agent marketing. Because we don't deal in no crap, y'. All. This ain't no game. We're out here to help agents get rich selling insurance. And Tim, you just muted again. Are you selling the ads to use? So we're not an adult sell anyone ads, but if you like, three videos you can watch on our channel and we also have like a Facebook ad course that's helped. Over 500 agents now, I think make ads.
Yeah, almost 400. 400.
Okay, sorry. Over 400 agents make ads just like this. And so if you want to learn more about it, you can reach out to us. But this video here or this live today here is literally just about us giving you guys the information that we didn't have access to. That costs us tens of thousands of dollars.
And, and months and months of work trying to figure this stuff out. So we just like to give this stuff to you guys for free and then obviously if you decide to do business with us on your own accord, that's great. But information shouldn't be withheld from us because ultimately, you know, we're all here to get better and if we can help you guys the way that we've been helped by some of our mentors and we'd like to do that for you. So did anybody, does anybody see like why this ads specifically so effective for like getting the attention of a first responder though? Like did you guys.
Yeah, we went through like all of the textbook stuff that we just covered in that one video. Like literally everything.
We had the hook, we had the story, the emotional appeal, identifying with the target market. I mean the guy was literally a cop before.
Like it's, it's tax.
Yeah, all the boxes. So hopefully that helps you guys. Let us know what you think in the comments below if you can see why these people are calling up saying hey, I need to speak to Shane. If I remember correctly, he had some of his agents that like literally.
Yeah, we're feeding a whole agency with these. Believe they still are.
Yep. Imagine that you set up an ad one time and you feed an agency for over a year. Most people can't, can't get a lead vendor to stick around for like, I mean you know, even, even just enough time to, to give them like consistent business over the course of time because either the leads go dry or they go, you know, they're not as high intent or they never were in high intent to begin with. But at the end of the day like we give this stuff out to you guys again for, for your own business growth. So hopefully this is helpful. Let's check out the next one. Mr. Tim.
Let's do it.
Old Temo.
Let me see. Hopefully the.
Screen will share.
That last one was good. I saw the whole thing.
Yeah, I know. I had to download it and then upload it there I'm in like the little dining room. My parents house is kind of hidden away. All right, let's see. So you guys said audio was good, video was bad. See if I can open this puppy up.
Instead.
There we go.
If you guys see how these ads have literally people begging to buy insurance from the person in the video. If you don't see how that's possible.
Then don't comment at all. It doesn't make sense. But comment, yes or add.
Here we go. Okay, so to give you guys a little bit of context, this guy used to buy only direct mail leads when he came to us. He had never had a Facebook account before. Literally didn't even have a Facebook account. He went from no Facebook account, direct mail leads to generating hundreds of local final expense leads for under $10 each, meaning in his local area of akron, Ohio. Like 50 mile radius or 30 mile radius, whatever it was. Hundreds of leads for under $10 each. Let me show you guys what it was.
Tim, I'm concerned nobody commented. Yes. I don't know if they can see how these ads would be beneficial. Do you think we should.
It's got to be our Internet. It has to be. There's no.
I don't even. I mean, guys, if. Do you. Are these, like, is seeing these ads helpful or like, should we just move on? Let us know if you think the ads are helpful. Just comment ad and we'll. We'll go through the last one. If not, we can just move on and close everything out pretty quickly. Tanner, plane says I love you. I love you too, Tanner. Miss you, buddy. You gotta hit us up. Shoot me a text, bro. I don't think you ever text me that. Very helpful.
Yes.
Okay, cool.
All right.
I just wanted to make sure. Guys.
Cool. Let's show them this last ad here, Mr. Tim, and go through everything. I know everybody's trying to get Akron.
Ohio, and over the age of 50, you need to hear this. There is a new special senior benefit life life insurance program now available to Ohio residents to get up to $35,000 in coverage for as little as a dollar a day. The best part is there's no medical exam required and policies come with fixed premiums for seniors living on a fixed income. All you need to do to see if you qualify is click Learn more down below to fill out a short survey. My name is Dan Levengood. I've lived in northeastern Ohio my entire life and in the Akron area for the last 10 years. I look forward to. To meeting you and helping to protect another Ohio family.
Bingo. Short, sweet, simple, straight to the point. Literally, when this guy would go to the door, people would recognize him as the guy from the ad.
Imagine knocking on a door and someone be like, oh, you're the guy from the ad. Like, what. What kind.
Of.
I'm gonna.
I'm gonna sign. Sign for Tim.
I'm gonna return this mic to Best Buy.
I wouldn't even go back there, dude. I would mail it to them and I'd buy something on Amazon. So this is the worst it's ever been. It's a Roth.
Yeah, it's pretty brutal. Pretty Brutal. But yeah, you guys get the point.
You guys get the point there. So with that being said.
Let'S go over here. We're going to jump back into this presentation.
And now we're going to talk about. I'm going to kind of go over this a little bit briefly because systems are kind of boring, but this is the stuff that makes you guys, if you're living in. So basically whenever those leads come in, right, because you guys are going to set this up, you're going to have these ads ready to go. And then from there, what do you do? Well, most people will send the leads directly to a spreadsheet and then they'll take their phone, open up their phone app, and they'll start punching in numbers like this.
Which takes absolutely forever. I just called a number with 4, 5, 8, 8, but it takes absolutely forever and it doesn't make you money. What you need to have is basically a more efficient, efficient system to work your leads. Right? And so what that, what that actually looks like is one, having automations and two, having a faster way to dial. So Julian, do you want to kind of touch on your experience since we switched over to using a power dialer and how many more calls you've been able to make?
Yeah, so I went from basically being a clown living in a clown world.
To being able to crank out consistently again. Guys, keep in mind, I run a second business. So like, literally I'm able to crank out like, I think like 300 dials a day while still servicing agents, while still helping people get through those things and doing other responsibilities as well. So, I mean, I'm sure you can imagine if I'm able to do 300 dials a day.
And run another business, like if you just only dedicated all of your sole focus to insurance sales, using a power dialer, like, you could be absolutely lethal. And it's wild because a lot of people are still hand dialing and doing just like ancient things. Like, you might as well just get.
Like, what is it called? A road.
It's like a rotary dialer. Like a. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It might be a little bit faster. Get one of the keypad ones if you really want to speed things up. But if you guys want to like run a business in this century and keep up with the competition, like it's all these slight edges that are gonna, that are gonna keep people ahead. Like for every single time that you buy a direct mail patch, I get my leads in instantly. I'm beating you to the punch eight to 12 weeks in advance. Minimum, they've already gotten a policy and charged back on another agent because I replaced that agent before you've even called them. You haven't even gotten mailer back. I've got automation, text and email hitting them and I'm calling them all at one time before you've even punched in their last phone number by the time I'm hitting them versus when you're getting them. So like if you're not doing these types of systems, like these are the slight edges that put me ahead of people, right? I'm just a normal guy like you guys are, and girls of course. But like I'm just, I'm normal just like y' all are. It's just literally persistent work and effort and following a proven system and, and learning from people who are, who are getting the results that I want that, that has helped me get here. So this is like something, this is like the boring stuff I think that we're going to cover tonight. But it's big differences that in your business that come from this.
100%. 100%.
So yeah, basically kind of sum this, sum this up. Don't use spreadsheet, don't use paper, stacks of mailers. You guys need to use a CRM. I'll kind of touch a little bit more on what that actually looks like and how to do that. And we have a pretty good solution that you guys can use if you want. So basically whenever you are generating leads or whenever you have leads coming in, there's basically five steps, right? So you have the ad, which is everything we touched about with the messaging and the ad and all that kind of stuff. Basically what the person's seeing, they're, they're going to fill a form out on Facebook, right, which is called an instant form, super easy to set up. And then from there you're going to send them to a landing page. So this landing page is basically going to have a video where you're going to be pitching them a little bit more and providing them a little bit more context. So from the ad, the ad, the whole goal of the ad is just to get them to click on the instant form. Then once they fill out the instant form, now you have their information, now you can call them. So our next goal here is to get them to pre book an appointment so we don't even have to call them and they just show up on our calendar ready to buy. So that's where we send them to the landing page. On the landing page we're going to have a video that's going to provide them some information and then also kind of coach them through what they need to do and why they need to actually be looking at insurance. It's basically like our ad, but it can be a little bit longer and it's going to provide a little bit more value and a little more content context. After the landing page, you're going to go to a survey for your calendar where you're basically kind of screening through people asking a little bit more questions to make sure that you're not just getting clowns showing up on your calendar. And then number five, the automation that's basically just making sure that the people that book actually show up so that you actually have a chance at closing them into. Into a deal. The automation will also help with the people that don't book and trying to get those people to book. So let's kind of look at what it looks like again. You guys already saw the ad. Ad is step number one. Step number two is the instant form, right? A lot of people will freak out and they say, hey, well, isn't an ad gonna be or isn't a lead gonna be low quality? If it's a form directly hosted on Facebook, auto form, or whenever it auto fills the information, that means it's bad, right? The thing is, everyone is completely missing that.
What if I got a question here. If the person takes the survey and they don't seem like a good prospect, what do you do with that? The. You basically set it up so it's automated. So if they answer the questions, like, part of it is if you ask them questions, the people that aren't serious are not as likely to book. They have to go through extra steps. But also you can set up an automation where, like, if you ask them a question, which I wouldn't ask this question, but just for example, do you have a bank account? If they don't have a bank account, I could just cancel you. But I wouldn't ask people that. The point is, like, please hold on, Tim, Tim.
I've heard this actually come out of too many people's mouths.
What's up?
Love of God, Please don't ask people if they have a bank account, please. It just doesn't make any sense to.
Ask someone, hey, do you have a bank account?
Like, really think about how, like, illiterate that is. And that's. This video is not about us diving into how to ask people for banking and diving into all that stuff. If you want me to cover that with that in a separate video, but please don't Point. And don't ask him for the social at the beginning of the call, please. I've seen this happen too many times. So I'm off my.
So asking for the social at the beginning of the call. Is that a thing?
There's just one, there's one cat in particular that I know about that literally friend of a friend type deal. But apparently like.
He'Ll jump on the phone and literally just say hey, this call is for us to apply you for insurance. I'm going to need your accountant routing number and your Social Security number so that we can get started. That's how he starts to call.
He writes about a policy a week.
Sometimes.
Yeah, no, that makes sense.
No hate though.
Well, point being I'll jump back into this instant form so we can get closer to reviewing the ads. So the reason we use the instant form is all their information is already stored on Facebook so they can't like they're less likely to type in 911 for their phone number or you know, whatever for their email. I won't even get into that. So use the instant form keeps people on Facebook, gets you lower cost leads and from what we've seen it gets you higher quality information. Then you're going to send them to your calendar landing page, right? This is basically what I was talking about where you're gonna have a video that kind of pitches them a little bit more and then after that it sends them to your calendar. You're basically trying to coax them into booking an appointment. We're go through that pretty quickly. And then the survey, right. We usually ask them their name, email, phone number, address and then beneficiary. And then you can also ask like why do you want life insurance or some other like self qualifying question like you know what, what are you looking to cover? Or something kind of like that where they're adding in a little bit more information that you can then use as ammo on the call. And the last piece is automations which is basically just like robots, AI, that kind of stuff.
The goal is to basically just get the person to show up to the appointment. So you're going to send them text reminders, email reminders, different things like that, which luckily you guys don't have to build. It's all already pre built for you guys in advanced agent CRM if you guys decide to work with us on that or most CRMs are going to have some kind of automation that's already pre built in. So what does it look like? All put together your Facebook ad, then your Instant form, then the landing page, then the survey and then basically people showing up and then you can close them.
So that being said, let's jump into what are the actual results that you guys can expect if you start generating leads this way? Well, as you guys can see here on the screen, this is 86 leads for a dollar 65 a piece.
What do you guys pay for a lead right now? Go ahead and drop in the comments what your average cost per lead is that you guys are paying from a vendor or from your IMO or whatever. These are brand new leads. Granted for the $65, these were probably a little bit more misleading, more of like the burial fund thing. But you can sift through a little bit of dirt if you're getting leads for a dollar. What do you guys pay per lead right now?
30, 40, 50.
Keyshawn says too much.
Do you guys try to off a complete range of insurance products final expense.
Term right here in these churches?
Samadhi? I focus primarily on whole life insurance final expense. I'll sell term to beneficiaries and stuff but I don't really jump into the world of like, I don't jump into Medicare at all for compliance reasons. And, and.
They'Re like we don't really sell anything else. If they want life insurance, they can get life insurance. If they want something else, they can get something else from someone else. It's easier to be an expert of life insurance than to try to be like a dog at everything. How often while you were discussing the type of insurance? Not very often. It really just depends.
What is this.
Opinion nectar.
So we got 30 and up $10 to 1250. Take my license next week. So I haven't started buying leads. Okay, got it. So everyone is paying more than one 65 per lead. Most of you guys are paying $30 an up or more. 750 a thousand 1500 for 50, 75 and 100. So that's like $15 a lead or more. Got it. So that gives me a pretty good idea. That's very similar to what we used to pay. We paid 50 a lead for direct mail gift card leads where the lead was advertising a free Walmart gift card. Complete Nightmare. So basically $65 for 86 leads, 92 leads for a $80, 312 leads for $3 and 38 cents a pop. Here's one of the people that has gone through our course. I don't see the amount of leads but he's paying $5 and 87 cents a lead.
That's funny. Be your Own lead vendor. All the. All the clients on Tick Tock nowadays, we're talking about being their own bank. You guys can be your own lead vendor.
We got 2.38 leads. Praise God. My first clothes. Using the system. This doesn't say the cost per lead, but she closed an app that was a.
She's actually 83 years of age.
Yeah, 83 years old.
So she figured out Facebook ads at 83. That is wild. Like that to me was awesome. She knocked it out of the park. Shout out to Matt. I don't know if she's on here, but shout out to you if you are.
We got Johnny $2,323 self gen lead. Scott was a self gym lead. Auto booked appointment, Self gen burial ad. $4 each. Here's somebody that was targeting nurses. 50, 54 leads for $5 and 80 cents. Four leads for 2.87. So if you guys are paying a ridiculous amount for leads, like, just know that this is entirely possible. And the. The thing to think about is, like, how much more would you guys make if you were paying under $10 a lead instead of paying 30 and up per lead? Or instead of paying $50 a lead, like, that's where all of your profit margins are coming. If you guys aren't making the money that you want to make. If you can generate your own leads and just cut the cost, all of this money in between, it goes to you.
Like when I. When Julian and I first realized this, it was like a entirely different world opening up. We didn't have to pay 50 a lead anymore. Literally just run it out on Facebook, get the leads. We get them as soon as they request the information, called them and close the people.
It was like discovering fire.
Yeah. Or like inventing the wheel but not reinventing it or having electricity.
Literally.
I was gonna keep going until you stopped. My next one was microwave.
Oh, man. I don't know. I think microwave might be. Might be out of the blue in those. So with that being said, I want to go through and review a couple different ads for you guys to see.
I generated so many leads, I couldn't follow up on them. What is the easiest way for me to sell them? Call them.
Yeah, that's a pretty good problem to have, especially if you're paying under $10 a lead.
Like, or higher agents.
The whole goal is to have so many leads that you can't even work them all. At that point, you're making so much money, you don't know what to do with it.
And then you can hire Agents or you can hire dialers. There's all sorts of options.
Exactly. So, Julian, for the last 15 minutes or so here, we're gonna kind of look at some of these different ads. We're going to give them a rating out of 10. So these are five random ads that I picked. Some of them were submitted by.
Some of them are submitted by some agents. And then some of these I found on the ads library. We're going to kind of review these and see what we think about them, if they're good or bad, and how they could be improved. Before we do that, I see one question from Patrick. How long does it take for the algorithm to learn an ad? So I think what you're asking is, how long does it take before your ads are, like, optimized? And basically what that looks like is it depends on how much you're spending, but usually after about a week. But you're constantly going to want to every couple weeks, or depending on how much you're spending, maybe multiple times a week, you're going to want to look at your Facebook ads and tweak and cut things that aren't working and then scale things that are. So really like. To answer your question, in the short answer, you're probably looking at about a week for your ad to optimize. Depends. The more you spend, the faster. And then.
After that, you're just kind of tweaking it every couple weeks. Or depending on how much you're spending, the more you're spending, the more often you want to tweak it. But realistically, you're probably looking at a couple hours a week that you're going to be putting towards it.
Let's see here.
So let me share my screen. And we're going to look at ad number one here.
All right, so for this first one, we got a video ad here. It says, attention, seniors. Are you looking at the cost of funeral expenses and the burden it can put on your loved ones? Look no further than final expense, competitive rates, and blah, blah, blah, blah. So.
What, we can't see your screen? It just says add one through five.
You see it?
Yeah.
All right, cool. So I'm gonna play this. We got a little video here, and then we're going to give this a rating out of 10 and see how it could be improved or if it's perfect. And we'll talk about that.
We'll go ahead and stop it, right?
I'm not even a comment, man.
No comment, man. Like.
This. I mean, I don't want to get crazy, but.
We'Re all here to learn. I'm gonna say that.
Yeah.
And so I would say, like, this is an example of pitching. You're just throwing stuff out there. And we're, we're, we're pushing the insurance instead of trying to, like, we offer life insurance coverage. We're, we're selling instead of trying to, like, get our prospect to come to us. You want to be magnetic, right? You want to use. You want to throw bait into the water and you want to reel the fish in. You don't want to. You don't want to jump in the water and try and swim after each one of them, like, individually. And I get. Swim in the water after the fish individually from this ad.
Yeah.
I hope you guys. I'm not like, being mean, by the way. I'm just. This is just how I talk. So I appreciate the effort, but I would, I would make some adjustments to this ad and I would try to. I would try to make my prospect feel like.
I understand them more than trying to sell them the insurance we're.
Not trying to sell.
Yeah. I think the first thing I noticed was the hook, which I think is pretty terrible. I'm going to turn the music off because it sounds too corporate, but providing protection for life's uncertainties. This looks like whoever made this ad asked Chat GPT to come up with a hook because this is pretty brutal, right? Like, there's nobody is speaking to me. It's just text coming across the screen with somebody walking with a rose over their headset. Like, it couldn't be more boring.
And.
And there's nothing that I would scroll past faster. This right here, like, if they had somebody reading this line right here, that could actually be decent. Worried about what will happen to your loved ones if something unexpected happens to you? That's not a bad book. They had a person reading it, but they have like the most sleepy corporate sounding music ever. And just nothing is going on here. So to be honest, this is your ad in the nicest way possible. I would totally scrap everything and either hire an actor or do it yourself. And just start from scratch with the script. Focus on figuring out who you're talking to, call them out in the first few seconds, and then address their fears and pain points on the ad.
I also want to clarify.
Yeah.
Putting yourself out there like, it. It like we're not coming for your life at all. Our stuff was garbage.
Worse.
Worse. When we first started running out, we didn't get. We didn't get a lead for like a month almost.
Yeah. It was really bad.
Not even one lead? Not one. Like, you have to suck to not get one lead. Really? It's hard to not get a lead.
We were off. We started getting leads. They were like $40 each.
Yeah. And then we paid $40 a lead, so we sucked.
Even most people. Pizza shops.
Yeah, it was rough. So what I wanted to say, though, is that.
Just because your. Your ad isn't where you want it to be, you've taken the first step to get there. And I commemorate that. Keep going. You will find your final destination. But let's move on to the next one. Check it out. See what's going on.
Yeah. What do we want to rate that?
I'm gonna give it like, a zero.
To be honest, I was gonna say.
Like a zero or a one that's.
Generating leads, and then I know. Nothing.
Geez, are we too mean? Comment mean. If you think we're too mean, let us know.
All right, this next one. This is a photo ad.
If you're a parent, you need to read this. So I like this hook. I feel like this person might have taken our course. Your family could be on the hook for thousands. In case you haven't noticed, funeral costs have been skyrocketing in recent years. Yeah, this person definitely took her course. And as of November 1, 2022, the average funeral cost over $10,000. The good news is you may qualify to have 100 of your funeral covered for as little as a dollar a day, even if a hundred percent took the quarter. Bro, they're checking all the boxes. You've been turned down in the past. You already have life insurance or are on a fixed income. Click below to see if you qualify. In just a few minutes. They got the quotes. They got the. Tap your age. The only thing I don't know if I'm a big fan of is the glowing text because it's a little bit hard to read, but besides that. Like, this is. This is a copy paste. Advanced agent marketing ad. 100% through and through. Julian. Thoughts?
I was gonna say the copy. I was honestly impressed with the copy.
Yeah.
Very rare that an insurance agent knows how to write copy. So I was like, what?
Whoa.
And then when you mentioned it was our. Like it was something that came from our course, I was like, that makes sense. I really like that. The text. I'm starting up the text. The red pops against the background.
Yeah.
The only thing that I was not a fan of was the really small medical exam waiting period. Tap your age group. It was really small. And the 25 cent a month. Like, I mean, I wouldn't even include it at that point because I. I didn't even know that was there. I just, it looked like. And then if we could just grab.
That and then just say per month or something instead of that. There's no way you're seeing that.
Yeah. And can the glowing text maybe make it like a bright yellow so it pops and then like, I think that would be probably like pretty awesome.
Yeah. Yeah. Just to clarify, I don't think this exact ad is from our course, but this is like the exact style that we talk about. And then I think this headline could be a lot better. This is like very, very unclear. Your assurity can be assured or security can be assured. I don't know what they're advertising based off of that. It could be like a home security system or a gun. I don't know.
Y' all are teal. Sorry. Y' all are real. Sorry.
Y' all are real. Sorry.
Real. Instead of like you're mean.
Oh, facts.
So, yeah, I would, I think I would give this one an 8. Personally. What do you think?
I was going to say like a six and a half or seven? Because like a lot of my clients have a really hard time like e signing and I know if they can't e sign or read the text on the like contracts and stuff, a lot of them are like, I can't read this. I'm just going to trust you. I know for a fact that glowing text and really tiny text is going to be an issue.
Yeah.
And back to the call to action.
I. I really like or like, I guess not just a call to action, but like just having the copyright, like your security can be assured. Like not really following that other than that. And I give it a six and a half or a seven because that red pops and it's good.
But like, if I'm old, it kind of just looks like a bunch of flowers.
Yeah.
And like some of it, it can be a little confusing other than that, the red, great job. The copy, phenomenal. And I like that they were showing the quotes and stuff like that. So y' all yellow font with a black and grow neon would pop like a mofo.
Or to be honest, like, they don't even need a flower background here because you can barely see it. I think they'd probably be better off with like a sun, a solid background color and then just having the text pop a little bit more.
Tracy, I'm color me confused. Tracy. I don't know if we're teal A little pun there. I don't know if we're teal or real anymore because you, you dropped another comment. So I'm not sure. But the way they dim the picture in the background helps the photo stand out.
Yeah, I don't know. I don't, I don't think they need the photo because you can't even really see it. But overall, not a bad ad by any means.
I'd say we can give it between the eight and the. And the seven. I would say it's a seven. I'd give it a seven.
I see.
Meet in the middle. Give it a seven past.
I think this is definitely generating leads. They started it nine days ago, so if they're still running it, this is probably working.
But yeah, I mean, definitely not perfect. Probably not Gener. Probably not going to be like their best performing ad, but I think it's definitely going to generate the place.
So let's look at ad number three here. Ad number three, let's see. So this is from Humez Kroll Life and Health. Let's look at the ad copy first.
We're still stuck on the last ad, Tenno.
Oh, hold up.
There we go. Attention, seniors. Final expense insurance. Peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Are you worried about the cost of final expenses and the burden it can put on your loved ones? Look no further than final expense insurance. With competitive racing, customizable options, final expense insurance can help give you the peace of mind. Okay, so here's the difference. You guys notice the, the difference in how the ad copy sounds from this first one to, from the one we just were looking at to this one. If you're a parent, you need to read this. Your family could be on the hook for thousands. You've caught my attention here. You haven't noticed funeral, costume and skyrocketing recent years, blah, blah, blah. The good news is dot, dot, dot. So you're leaving me on a hook where I have to read the next line, even if blank. Whereas with here, like I'm trying to just read this to you guys and I'm already bored. Like, there's no reason for me to read the next line.
We're still stuck on the last ad.
There you go. So with competitive rates and customizable coverage, final expense insurance, like, I don't even know what that. I don't even know what you're talking about. And I'm in the insurance business.
Yeah, it's very, I'm pitching. Yeah. Very confused and I'm p. Being pitched.
I know.
I'M being pitched, and it makes me more confused.
Yeah, absolutely. And the call to action is, like, way too far down.
Looking at the ad here, what are your thoughts on this?
I. I think we could spruce up the. The contrast a little bit. I don't think this image is terrible, but I think we could probably make that red a little bit brighter, and I think we could get the contrast up a little bit so the green and everything kind of pops against the. The red. Those red bars a little bit. But it looks like the structure of the ad is not in a bad place. Place.
Yeah.
I personally wouldn't run this ad, but I think. I think that this person is only a few tweaks away from having a monster lead machine. If they just. They just change up their copy a little bit, make that ad pop a little bit more, slim down some of the text and the peace of mind for you and your loved ones, we could do something there, I think. I think we could get a lot cooking here.
Yeah, I think definitely some good observations. I think the. The image I don't think is bad. I'd like to maybe see some, like, faces or some brighter colors, because this just kind of looks like dead red. Definitely needs to be brighter. And there's too much text going on. I think Tracy.
Tracy mentioned. Yeah, I wouldn't want to read all that. Somebody said, do you guys ever use sexy women in your ads? I don't know. You'll see.
Attention, seniors. Yeah, there's, like, too much going on here. And then saying, provide your loved ones with the cash to cover funeral expenses. I don't think anybody speaks like that. Like, I would say, protect your family for blank. Much more simple, much more clean, much more easy to read here. We're, like, trying to sound like Shakespeare on an ad. Like, nobody knows what this means. Provide your loved ones with the cash to cover funeral expenses. Like, you're saying something that should be said. Very simple, in a very convoluted way. And then I would also make the text bigger. So either say, attention, seniors and only say, attention, seniors, or just have text here and then make. So you can see the text. And I would also make it a little bit more bold.
Overall. Let's see. I want to open it up to you guys. What do you guys. What would you guys rate this ad out of 10?
1 to 10, y'. All.
1 to 10. Drop it in the comments. I want to hear what you guys.
Have to say coming into this late. How much are agents making off of Facebook leads on average? Depends on the Agent and whether or not they're buying them from a vendor or whether or not they're generating their own leads. Just depends. We got a five that came in from Keyshawn.
6.25. Somebody gave it a two. Dang, we out here. It's intense. Two. Dang. We got some haters.
I'm just kidding. I think the 2 might be closer than the 6.
To be completely honest.
I think there are a few tweaks away from being like a six or seven. But like, I think the two might be closer. I don't know if this one is killing it by any means. There's not a. There's like, the text is too small and the copy is pretty mid.
Yeah, I say I'd probably give this one just because I'm getting pitched so hard in the copy. I'd probably give this one like a three.
Yeah, I'll be generous.
The image, though, I'd say is like a six. Like, if we could get that image.
Maybe a four, to be honest.
Really? You think so?
It's not great, dude. It's really not.
I think the color. I think we should give it a little more color and spiced up that copy. We could have something cooking there. I mean, it wouldn't be a. It wouldn't be a monster ad, but it would be okay.
Let's see if this guy's running any better ads. Nice. Just running these two. How long they've been ready for? A day ago. He's gonna. I think he's probably in for a rude awakening, to be honest.
I did add pity.
I think he's probably gonna get some leads, but nothing. Nothing Great.
Dude, these comments are getting brutal. I thought we were messed up. Somebody said, who uses hyphen and ads? I did add pity points. Oh, my gosh. I love it. Hey, but I'm glad that we can all keep it real with each other.
You know, we're all 100%. I think I have. I think. I think this is chat GBT ad copy. But he didn't, like, look through it before he posted it.
Dude, I've got like candle soot on my neck. I just lit a candle.
Okay, so let's look at ad number four here.
Ad number four.
Let's see.
I think this is the video. All right, so this one is inactive. It looks like this person got their account banned. Jeez.
So let's look here. We got big news for Indiana seniors. You can now apply to this new 2023 low cost burial program. This new regulated final expense program can cover 100% of your funeral costs and final expense up to $25,000. We're helping seniors qualify for this program right now. Learn more.
We got a video ad here, so let's see what this video ad has. Because as you guys know, video ads are the secret sauce. If they're doing this, well.
They could be freaking killing it. So let's see what's going on.
They weren't banned.
Great news for seniors. The Social Security administration.
I think that's why she got banned.
The hook is terrible. I'll just. I'll. I'll leave that there, and then we'll see where this goes.
Has made a small burial fund available to every senior citizen who qualifies, but it's not enough. So the state has approved an affordable burial program that could pay for the entire portion that Social Security doesn't cover. If you qualify, this program would pay 100% of your funeral and final expenses up to $30,000. We are helping seniors qualify.
Like, itching to hit the pause button. Dude, this is lulling me to sleep.
I logged out of Facebook and forgot my password, but didn't go to fix it.
Yeah, for real. I went back to MySpace after watching this, bro. Something without ads, like, this is really, really bad.
San Fran 49ers says, I was going. I was gonna make an ad, but then I got high.
Yo. For real. I don't know what they got high.
On, but it was definitely down to this, like, live. And the first thing you see is, like, these comments and us just, like, roasting these ads.
Oh, Lord. All right, let's finish this.
Qualify for this program right now. To learn more about how this program works and how easy it is to qualify for this coverage, click the button below.
Now.
I would leave Indiana after seeing this ad, okay? So.
So I want to be. I want to be very clear. Shout out to. If this is this. This girl's name. I don't know if the. The girl filmed her own ad, but shout out to her for putting her. Putting herself out there. Right? The fact that she filmed this ad is a win in itself, but the problem is the ad is so boring, and she has no energy in the ad. With a couple tweaks, though, like, the fact that she was willing to film the ad and put it up on Facebook. Like, good on her for doing that. But there's a couple tweaks that I think she needs to make, and the first one is, even if this ad didn't get banned by Facebook, which it did because she said Social Security, which whenever you say the word Social Security, you're immediately going to get flagged. But let's say it did wrong. The people that she's going to get requesting information on this are 100,000% going to think that life insurance is free. So even if she got leads for $3 or $2, like, everybody is gonna be like, okay, how do I sign up for this free government program? And she's going to be selling them. Like, she's going to be pitching from her back feet. It's gonna be a bad situation. So that's the first thing.
Yeah, it's very misleading. Exactly. Yeah. Sin says it's misleading 100%.
Seems quite similar to TV ad that one might see 30 years ago. But today's a different age, more fast paced. Yeah. The only way that you're going to get someone to watch this whole thing is if, like, they're forced to because there's a commercial break. But you can scroll past these puppies nowadays. So first thing I would do is I would not do the misleading message, especially in a video ad. Like, if you, if you're in a video ad, you have the opportunity to pitch them on, like, actually getting life insurance. That's the first thing I would do. Completely change direction there. And then also, let's look at this hook, guys. Remember, the first few seconds is what catches their attention or doesn't catch their attention.
We've got great news for seniors.
We've got great news for seniors.
I don't, I don't care. Nobody cares.
Right?
Like, it has to be, like, the news for seniors. That's a decent angle. But it's got to be such big breaking news for seniors that, like, people are storming the streets, traffic is backed up for miles, just to even have the chance at taking advantage of this. Like, if we're going to do the big news for seniors, it can't be.
We've got big news for seniors. Like, it has to be. Like, people are like, storming the Capitol building in their states to even have a chance at claiming this benefit. Like, we got to go all out here. Like, we got to catch their attention. And so the hook, the stakes are way too low. It's not attractive, it's not sexy, it's not engaging. This ad came with free ambient. Yeah, 100%.
And then also the ad goes on for way too long. There's no emotion, there's no storytelling. It's just straight benefit burial program.
Benefit.
So I want to hear what you guys would rate this ad. I think I already have a number in mind, but I want to hear what you guys are thinking. What would you guys rate this ad out of 10? The ambient ad that got banned from Facebook.
Let's see. What do we got? What do we got?
Julian, what are you thinking? What would you give this?
Maybe like a 3.
I was thinking the same thing.
Yeah.
I think Samadhi summed this up pretty well. A for effort, 3.5 for effectiveness, 2 for level of interesting. I think that's. I don't think I would have said it better myself.
I'm yawning. Yeah, I think that I do. I do respect the hell out of her for putting her face out there though. If she's not a paid actor and she's like a real agent.
Yeah.
Big balls. And like, guys, realistically.
If you put yourself out there, you're just going to be better off than everyone else. Like just the fact that we're willing to throw ourselves on video even when we sucked at making ads is more likely for us to succeed than someone who's not as and they're trying to hide behind the screen.
Yeah, yeah, 100. And I think the thing is though, if you're gonna put yourself in the ad, like, don't make the ad misleading because then you're the scammer. Like, if you're going to make a misleading ad, at least hire an actor, do a photo ad.
All right, let's throw this final one here. This one is for Samadhi. You go ahead and jump into this one. This looks like they're targeting nurses or medical professionals.
I'm going to play this right here for you guys and then. One sec, I'm going to go on mute for a second.

So comment below. What you guys.
It never ends.
What do you guys think about this ad?
Somebody said Groundhog Day.
Yeah.
100% of 5 are accurate. 100%.
I wonder why. Stop.
It didn't. I don't think it did it keep looping.
Well, yeah, it played again. It was. Oh yeah. It was like halfway into that.
Well, everybody said like, like some people are saying like too add too long.
Yeah.
But 42 seconds, like that's a pretty solid. That's a tight pitch. I, I thought it was a pretty solid ad. High energy. Yeah, I mean like not crazy because it's kind of like pitchy but decent hook.
It was like what caught my eye like a fish looking at a wig is a million dollars like this.
Let's see what the pages.
Yeah. I mean I thought it was, I thought it was like pretty engaging. I'd give the effort like an 8 or a 9. Yeah. Copy. Yeah. Mid.
So here's my biggest gripe with this is like we already. This is why I picked this example is because I knew we were going to touch on nurses but like we already looked at what the, what the pain points were for nurses. Like if we watch this ad and I'll just play like the first bit.
Of it here you work in the healthcare field, so surely you have life insurance, right?
Well like that's not really the hook. Like you work in the health care field so surely you have life insurance. Like who cares, right? Yeah, sure. I have life insurance scroll. No, I don't have life insurance scroll. Like, there's no. There's no emotional catch, right? I could have literally said, if you're in the. And if you're in the healthcare field, this could be the most important video you ever watch. Right?
You guys are. You guys are animals. Filthy animals. I'm gonna have to turn the comments off.
But this fiber actor is probably cleaning up. She's probably making a lot of money. But point is, like, exactly. Like, why are we assuming that they already have life insurance if we're trying to sell them life insurance? And also, we're not speaking to any pain points.
Well, if you have people that depend on you, parents, a spouse, spouse, kids, it is something you really need to consider.
Like, within the first. What are we? 10 seconds into the video and she's already pitching me that I need to consider life insurance. Not even that I need it, just that I need to consider it.
Life insurance provides financial security for your.
And then now we're pitching again.
Your loved ones in case of your unexpected passing. It ensures that your family won't be burdened with financial.
And we're also using language that nobody speaks. Speaks with. It ensures that your family will not be languished with financial hardships once or financial hardships or whatever. Like, we're not speaking to people, right? We're just pitching. And so my point being, like, honestly, I would probably rate this ad like, a three or four. Just because.
Like, if I'm a nurse or anybody, like, there's nothing about this that really speaks to me that we're talking about benefits. Build cash value over time, serving as a long, whatever. Protection and peace of mind, like, consult with a license in this ad at all. That speaks to the emotions or speaks to the Achilles heel like we touched on earlier. So I think, actually I have an example of a nurse ad that I could show you guys.
That I just would absolutely crush this. Are you seeing the comments?
Will these comments have me, like, I can't. Out of control, man. It's hilarious.
Look.
I mean, if you guys want to use an actor like that for a final expense, Actor would absolutely kill. Or truckers. Truckers would probably be a little untapped gold mine if you were to use an attractive fiber actor. Let me see here. Find this ad.
All right, so let me show you guys what a good hook looks like for nurses. What a good.
Video overall. I'm gonna download this one so you guys can see. And then in just a minute here, we're Gonna jump off. Are you guys getting value from this so far? I know we've been going for like almost two hours here. There's 45 of you guys that are still here. So I hope you guys are getting value and not just wasting your Monday night. Comment value got if you guys are. If you guys have learned anything so far and we're gonna pop this video up here.
If you guys want us to do more of these, comment value in the comments down below. Got something very exciting coming, coming here on Wednesday that we'll touch on before we close this out.
Oh, we'd leave if we didn't like it.
Value I got Val.
It's pretty good. Thank you. I appreciate it. All right, let's jump into jumping in this nurse video.
All right, so compare what you guys just watched.
With this.
Healthcare worker. This could be the most important video you ever watch. As nurses, we see death and sickness every day. You know that anything can happen at any time. I mean, I think about it often, but being around sick patients all day makes being a nurse a pretty dangerous job. So what if something happens to you? Do you have a plan in place to protect your family to make up for lost incidents income? If not, listen up. There's a new program for nurses and healthcare workers to get up to $500,000 in life insurance for as little as $1 per day to protect your family just in case you end up becoming a patient instead of a caregiver. Best part is you get a terminal illness. The policy will pay you to help cover your medical expense. All you need to do is click learn more and fill out a 22nd survey to see if you qualify. And I personally John, will reach out to you. I've been a nurse for nine years and over that time I've realized that the life insurance we get their work, not all that. Here's why your job owns it, not you. So if you switch hospitals, your policy is gone. If you quit, your policy is gone. And if you get injured and can no longer work, guess what? Your policy is gone. So here's what myself and millions of other nurses have done to protect their families by purchasing a life insurance policy with living benefits. Something happens to me and I can no longer work. I'll be paid by my policy. Not to mention, if you pass away tragically, your family will receive a check to to make up for your lost income. There's actually one family that sticks out to me most. Her name is Mary. She's a single mother. She passed away tragically in an accident. However, Luckily, Mary had planned ahead and purchased a life insurance policy years earlier. Her kids each received a check for $500,000 tax free, which was more than enough to put them through college and put a down payment on a house. Now Mary's story has a happy ending. While she wasn't able to be with her children physically, the last love letter she left her family set them up for a lifetime. Now I want to ask you something. Something happens to you. Would you like your story to end like Mary's or in a tragedy where families are forced to sell their house, spouses have to work multiple jobs to make up for lost income? As a licensed agent and a nurse, I'd be honored to help you protect your family like you protect others. Talk soon.
Boom. Now that one feel long winded or overly drawn out because it was basically double the length.
What do you guys think? What would you rate that ad out of 10?
I see a 9. I see a bunch of people commenting, value, value, value, value, value. Fantastic, guys.
We really appreciate it. Seriously, you, I mean we wouldn't be on here make giving out free sauce on a Monday night if we didn't care. So glad that you, glad that you guys appreciate this stuff.
So, and I want to show you guys real quick, if we go back to the presentation because you guys saw that script, right? If you go back here, we look at Achilles heel right here.
Literally the exact line that he says in the video, I see death and sickness all day, every day. I know that accidents happen and you never know when it could be your time. What if something happens to me? I could get in an accident, get sick or die. And literally in the script.
You see death and sickness every day. You know that anything can happen at any time. But do you have a plan in place if something happened to you for your family to take care of you? Right? And then at the very end, right, we see, I'm guessing your name is Beth, Beth Ann, Right. She talks about the story with Mary 100, right? That's why we add in a story for most of the videos that we do. But at the, at the beginning we're just talking about what the policy is. And then at the very end, we're talking about a story so they can picture themselves in the story. You guys know what, I'm going to tell you guys a secret. The story doesn't even have to be real. You can make up a story that perfectly, perfectly demonstrates your point.
Because chances are the story you tell has happened at some point.
You can completely make up whatever story you want to, to capture what you wanted to capture. Like the story of Mary is just made up, but I'm sure that's happened to somebody and it perfectly demonstrates the point. Whereas if you're a nurse, you can picture yourself in Mary's shoes. So with that being said, I agree. I would 100 put that ad is like a 9 or a 10. And I see Samad says he doesn't really like how people are just walking around wiggling their cell phones and using jump cuts in their ads. Sure. But also, you have to realize these are insurance agents, not professional actors. So they have cell phones. These are the cameras that they have. But also fit like, like we talked about earlier on in this presentation. What makes a successful video ad?
It's.
Photos. What makes it successful ad is native content. So if somebody's holding their cell phone, that looks like a natural video you'd see on Facebook. If these people went out to like a film studio and filmed the ad, it wouldn't have the same effect because it's literally just them sitting on their cell phone filming something. So it looks like a video or a blog that you'd see on Facebook, which ultimately means people are more likely to watch it and it ends up being more effective. So it's not optimized for like the highest quality video. It's optimized for the highest quality conversions, which is what ultimately we're going for here. So with that being said, do you want to kind of talk through what's going down on Wednesday? Because I don't, I don't know if people here know what's actually about to happen.
What's up guys? So on Wednesday. No, I'm just kidding. So guys, what's up? Anyways, but yeah, Wednesday, guys, we're gonna be dropping some mega sauce and we're doing a whole song and dance where we're gonna be giving away an all inclusive trip. To me, Mexico. This was people who have contributed, like, who have basically like anyone who's who sold insurance and posted it. In our group, we did a whole thing. We did a $2 million sales and we're just going to give away a Mexico trip to an agent and one of their family members, friends, girlfriends, husbands, wives, whoever they want to take. And it's going to be all inclusive Mexico. So we're also doing some other entry options where if you didn't post any sales because you're new to the group or whatever, then we have also got some options for you there. You, if you watch the video, that's on our channel that's talking about we're giving away a Mexico trip. It literally tells you word for word how you can enter. We just dropped the link in the chat below. So if you guys want to, if you guys do want to win a trip to Mexico, we're going to be talking through how you can make some of these ads and telling you, telling you about the winner of the Mexico trip. And we're going to be doing a, a, a gift for the people that show up. So if you show up, we're going to be doing an extra gift for everyone. In addition to that, my friend owns a pizza shop in Puerto Vallarta. Maybe you can visit him if you go.
But yeah, guys, if you're wanting to enter the Mexico trip, comment Mexico below.
And watch the video that I'm posting here. In the chat you guys will see everything you got to do to enter. It's literally free. All you guys have to do is do the steps we outline and then show up to the video on Wednesday. You could literally go to all expenses paid vacation in Mexico.
Yep. And we'll probably fly out and visit you and make a video talking about how you got there. Because we want to go to Mexico too.
Amen.
But yeah, so if you guys want to go to Mexico, comment Mexico. If you don't want to go to Mexico, don't comment Mexico. I wish. I just got my insurance sales license a week ago. That doesn't mean you can't go. We're just giving it away. But yeah, if you guys want to go to Mexico, comment Mexico. Like I said, if you don't, don't. But I think that pretty much covers everything. Tim, do you have any, anything you want to add?
I think that's pretty much it. Appreciate all of you guys showing up. If you guys thought today's live stream was good, make sure to show up Wednesday, 8pm Eastern Time. Because if you guys got value from this, Wednesday is going to be absolutely insane. Not to mention we're literally giving away a free trip to Mexico. And all you have to do is enter, watch that video I just dropped in the chat and then you guys will be entered into win and all expenses paid vacation to Mexico. And even if you don't win the vacation in Mexico, everybody that shows up to that live stream is going to be getting a pretty insane, amazing prize. So make sure to show up guys. Watch that video and I look forward to sending somebody to Mexico and giving away a lot of crazy stuff on Wednesday.
I've never seen so many people not excited to go to Mexico. All right guys, we're not giving away.
No, I think we're lagging, bro. Everyone's, everyone's dropping in here. Tracy says Mexico. Michael says.
Mexico.
With this name, but l says Mexico. I think we got some more coming in here.
Vicky says Mexico. There we go. I was about to say I was like Mexico trip away to myself. Yeah.
Oh no.
Cool.
Well yeah, there we go.
I'm gonna drop a couple more times guys. So check this video out. As soon as you guys jump off this live. It's like a two minute video that tells you guys how to enter. So just click that link and spamming it in the chat so you guys can, can get it. Watch that video, do the steps and we'll see you guys on Wednesday. Hopefully you'll be the one going to Mexico. So skaters, peace, Italy.
