All right, so the first habit that I want to show you guys is this. So essentially, as you can see, this is my week. And what I started doing is I time block out literally every single thing that I do and spend my time on, right? So this was probably like.
Two, over two years ago. I used to not do this at all. And.
Honestly, I don't know what the hell I was doing during the day. And I started realizing, like, majority of my time was either being spent like, you know, I would just like play chess on my phone or something in the middle of the day or scroll through Instagram and like, before you knew it, you were quote, working for 10 to 12 hours a day, but you didn't really get that much done. And I decided to put a stop to that. And so literally, for the last over two years, I can go through and scroll through and it might take a second to load. There you go.
I have time blocked every single thing on my calendar since like June of 2023. It might take a sec to low, but there you go, like literally every single thing. Okay. And so what that allows me to do is I can look at exactly what I was spending my time on at whatever day and I can say, hey, this could be better, this could be improved. Let's remove this, let's not do this, let's do this. When I spend my time on this task, I get this outcome, et cetera, et cetera. What I can also do is I can go and take a screenshot of my calendar, right? And then actually already did this. So I can say, give me an analysis of my calendar and how I could spend my time better, and then it's going to look exactly at what I did and I could consult back and forth that to make me more efficient and more effective. Okay? So I cannot stress to you guys how much of a life changing task, life changing tip this will be for you if you're not doing this. It's like if you're trying to lose weight but you won't, you won't step on a scale. Like you're going to be fat for the rest of your life. So step on the scale, start tracking your time on your calendar and. And it will blow your mind how much more efficient you can be. I like, I'm being over the top on this because you need to do it, trust me. Next thing. This is a tool called asana. A lot of you guys probably already use this, but most of you guys probably are not using it in combination with this other tool that I'M going to show you guys. So I found this tool called Reclaim AI. It's Reclaim.
AI. I have no affiliate. Actually, I do have an affiliate, but I don't really care if you use it. And what they do is they. They allow you to track your time, but it will also like, automatically schedule things on your calendar. It's kind of like motion, but better. Okay. And cheaper. So what you do is you go into Asana, you have all your tasks. So let's say, for example, one of the tasks that I would have in this example would be, let's just say test new vsl.
So I can say test new vsl. Then this is going to trigger an automation here inside of Asana. There we go. Just give it a couple seconds and then Reclaim will pop up right here and I'll show you guys how this works. There it is. Cool. So I click schedule with Reclaim. I say how long I expect the task to take. So let's just say I'm like, all right, cool. This is going to take 30 minutes. I set the priorities at high priority, medium priority, low priority. Let's just say it's high priority. And then I say the due date. We'll just say it's due tomorrow, hit submit. And then, ladies and gentlemen, it's going to go and it's going to schedule it on my calendar relative to all the other tasks. So we'll just add a couple more. I'm going to pause the video while I add a few more tasks. All right, so I added a couple new tasks. So we got test new VSL, film 10 new ads, film new course video. And based off of the priority high, high, high, I could edit this and make some of the medium. So basically, it basically takes AI and based off of the due date and the priority and how long it's gonna take you, it'll schedule them out on your calendar. So for example, tomorrow, walking into the day tomorrow, I know exactly what I need to work on and when. So I know, okay, cool. From 6am to 9am, I need to be creating the marketing playbook. Then I'm gonna jump on the marketing meeting, right? Then I'm going to work on the creative asset form. Then I'm gonna take lunch. Then I'm gonna work on the new vsl, Then I'm gonna have the CS fulfillment sync, and then I'm gonna film the new course video, and then I'm gonna film 10 new ads. And so, like, I don't even have to think about planning my day because I just said, hey, this is what I need to do. This is the priority and the order in which they should be done. And then the AI is going to go out and block it on my calendar. So, like, if you implement actually using your Google Calendar, like it's meant to be used, and then just assigning tasks where you're having AI plan the day for you before it even starts, I mean, you're going to be like, that is the biggest issue you'll run into when you, when you go to work is you don't know what to work on, so you end up just spinning your wheels for half the day. So that is a game changer. And then let me show you guys the last, which is probably the most effective tool that I have for productivity.
All right, so this last thing is what I call my personal intake form. All right, so every day at the end of the day, I will go and I will grab the sleep score for my Oura ring, right? What time I went to bed, what time I woke up, how long I slept. I'll rate my energy throughout the day on a scale of 1 to 10. So, like, how, how much energy I had, I'll rate my mood. So wasn't I, was I in a good mood? My focus, my productivity score, the number of hours that I worked, if I worked out or not, which today is honestly going to be a zero. If I worked out, what type of workout was it was a weightlifting, running, basketball, hiking or etc. These are the things I typically would do. Diet score, 1 to 5. Completely off diet or perfectly on diet. Gallon of water. Did I meditate? And then what I do, just like I'm doing right now, is I'll film a loom video explaining what I did that day and like overviewing the workday and kind of just explaining where my mind's at. So what I basically have. I'll show you. All right, so over, basically the past. Over a year, since April 6, 2024, I have all of my sleep data. When I went to bed, when I woke up. We'll just scroll down, we'll go to 2025. Okay, so in 2025, New Year's Day, I have from January, did I work out how long I slept? Like, literally everything. The amount of hours I worked. All of it. All of it, Right. And then on each of the days, I also have a loom video, a company. Granted, as you can see, it's not like I'm perfect and I do it every single day. I had a lot of travel during July, so I honestly Wasn't, like, super on top of it, but I can go and find, like, a random loom video. So let's say I want to see what did I do? February 4th, 2025. Okay, cool. Well, boom. All I got to do is click here. I can go check out what the. What I did on this day with a loom video.
So I'm literally.
I can see literally everything I did that day.
So imagine, like, the data that you can get from this.
If you, like, fed this an AI and asked it, how can I improve? What could I do better? And here's what's really cool, is I get this monthly scorecard. So here you can see for July. My energy has been good. My focus has been good. Productivity score has been good. Hours worked a little low. Workout percentage has been decent. Meditation percentage has been decent.
Let's see how my sleep has been. Overall sleep's been pretty off, and I've only submitted the form, like, 30% of the day, so this is not great. But from what you can see, like, I have all this data from all the time, and then I also have notes for each of the things. So.
The moral to Three Ladies and Gents is, like, track everything that you can that, like, actually influences your performance. Track it all, and then analyze the data and then just improve. So I can look at this and be like, hey, what do I need to improve on? I'm not just guessing. Like, I know. Hey, my sleep's been terrible.
I actually have not been super consistent with filling out this form. So it's like, you know, some of this advice is things that I need to take myself. My meditation has been, like, pretty, pretty good. But there's a lot of things I can improve on, and I know exactly how I'm spending my time. I know how I'm eating. I know how my health is. All of it, all of it stored in one place. So this is the ultimate productivity hack that I can give you. If you guys want a copy of this or want me to make a video that shows you how to set this up, just leave a comment down below. It's kind of a beast to do, but I'll give you guys, like, a template and everything so you could do it. If this is something you're interested in. So leave a comment down below if this is something you guys want me to tutorial on, and I'll see you in the next one.
